This place was great! My 8 month old son and I got a flat tire and they got us right in. Thank God for Pomps! They got us back on the road with a decent price.
Start off I have the 2nd most reviews in the tri-city area!! This is the worst tire shop auto repair I've ever experienced!! I went in as my tire was losing air fast had like 5lbs. I spoke to a older guy who was just sitting down on his phone. I said is there anyway I can get some air or this plugged. He said maybe but going be a couple hours. I said could I borrow a tire gauge to make sure the LED was showing the proper psi. I said sir what are you doing your just sitting he said thats what he does. I said I need help just some air then can head down the road to a diffent place to get it plugged. Most Unprofessional, uncaring, and just selfish place ever!!! Check my reviews I have tons!! This place is an utter JOKE stay away! Stay Away! Stay Away!! Run for the hills!! Owner needs to be made aware!!!
Great place if you’re in a fix! Gave them a call to let them know my tire kept going flat, they told me to come right over and they’ll take care of me. Sure enough they got my tire fixed in under 15 minutes and gave a great price!
Great service! They can get you in and out, and schedule you a appointment on the same day. Great prices and great quality of tires. I'll keep coming back.
Found a nail in my tire at the hotel parking lot. Stopped in at Pomp’s and they started working on fixing the tire within 5 minutes of my arrival and got me back to vacation. Thank you!!
Update: I've reached out to Rick, just as they requested in their response, but they've not replied. Discount Tires was wonderful to me, though. Their prices are great and so is their service. Can't say the same for here because they never even talked to me!
I tried setting up an appointment online through their website. It's been over a week since I requested an appointment and I haven't gotten any response.
