The driver that came out today Jim was absolutely amazing. Saved me a trip to the auto repair shop!! Was able to show me what was exactly wrong and car running at least for now just a cable came loose!!
I broke down on I75 near Bay City. Driver Jim Rogers was there in quick fashion. He was extremely friendly and took care of business. Got me towed to a local repair shop and assisted with filling out the paperwork and key drop off after hours.
Jim Rogers from Kreager towing picked up one of our vehicles today that we couldn’t start and needed service and he did a great job - very professional and knowledgeable. We are always happy with Kreager’s and will use them every time !

On August 25th around 11pm, a kreager towing truck was aggressively driving and trying to run me off the road for several miles (from veterans memorial Park on River road in Saginaw to King's liquor on Garfield in Bay City). It was a red flatbed with blue lights in the grill. At times I had to go 15+ mph over the speed limit to ensure they didn't rear end me. I was on the phone with the police the entire time to ensure I would not get in trouble for speeding to potentially save my life, but nothing happened..so here I am leaving a review. I certainly will not be using this company or any service they offer in the future after that experience. The fact that this driver felt the need to try and intimidate me in an oversized flatbed truck when I'm in a much smaller vehicle, while nobody else was on the road is absolutely ridiculous, childish, and plain reckless. They could have passed me at any time, but chose not to. I certainly wouldn't trust that tow truck driver to pick me up or assist me with my vehicle with a temper like that. It's almost terrifying to think of what could happen if that person were to assist me in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere. I will never use this company for any reason at all. If they don't respect my safety as a fellow driver and potential customer on the road, I highly doubt they would respect my safety if I selected them for any of their services.
My driver was Austin #47 and he was great! Very quick service and ensured we didn’t have to go out of our way in an already stressful situation. Really appreciate his service!
The driver who rescued me in Bay City genuinely cared about my safety. He shared with me towing history on my particular model of car and I found it to be very enlightening. He was very polite and efficient and I can tell he truly loves his job and feels rewarded by being able to help people who are stranded and afraid. His name is Johnny. My brakes gave out and I was stuck in the snow on a busy street. I was waiting on another tow but they pulled up out of no where and helped me out. Didn't charge me anything either. Would definitely recommend this company.

My car died and I was stranded on the highway at night and with no heat. These guys came and towed me nearly 70 miles to get home. Mike found me in only 25 minutes and his truck was nice and toasty, good music, and he got me home safely with my car. Very grateful for him and Kreager Towing. Thank you.

My daughter locked her keys in her car at school. I requested help and Austin was there within 15 minutes. He had the door open a few minutes after arriving and made sure not to damage anything. He was extremely polite and professional the entire time. I would recommend Kreager Towing to anyone looking for assistance.

We had a fantastic driver come to help us. Johnny was not only kind and prompt, he was very thorough, and a creative problem solver when it came to the tricky situation my vehicle was in. He also kindly stayed with me at the dealership until we had a chance to fully explain the issue. I hope I don't ever need to be towed again, but if I do, I will definitely be contacting Kreager!

Johnny was the best ! He was compassionate when I lost my shit when I seen my car (as I was unconscious during my accident) I couldn’t find my wedding ring or my phone and neither could the cops, so when my husband and I showed up he helped my husband as I was useless due to my head injury. The phone was not located we did find the ring thank the lord. My husband went to the scene of the accident to try and locate the phone with little luck but Johnny showed up to help him search and found my phone !!! You have an incredible employee who went above and beyond to help us locate lost items lessening the blow of what we’ve already lost. Thank you Johnny

Today I found myself in a rough predicament. I was stranded with my muffler hanging under neath my vehicle. When Johnny W arrived for my tow he was supportive, respectful, and VERY helpful. As a young woman who doesn’t know too much about cars I feel so blessed to have gotten a tow truck driver like Johnny who made me feel reassured and comfortable throughout the whole towing process.
Where Bob's let me down Kreager helped me up!! These guys are GREAT! They got to me in less than 1/2 the time they said and Johnny was so professional and helpful!! While coming home from Mackinac Island the third week of May 2024. Our tire became flat and we had to stop at a gas station just off the highway.
It was a Sunday night after 6 o’clock. And no tire shop was open to repair the flat.

My experience was great with Kreager. John was out driver and from call to loaded on the flatbed we only waited 45 minutes on new years eve at that. We broke down outside of their normal operating range but they still hooked us up. A big Thank You os deserved for the dispatch lady and John for their excellent service
