Called them at 1030 in the morning to tow, waited for hours and nothing. Called back a few hours later and they said it was next. Waited a couple more hours and called back then they say I have to call back in the morning when I needed it there that day. Don't recommend rude staff not helpful.
These people want nothing more than to seize your property. And keep all the belongings. The charge very high rates. Give you the run around to get you vehicle . Just to run the bill up. All in hopes of you surrendering your vehicle
I will recommend Bob’s Towing to everyone I know. My car decided to die right in the middle of the road in Bay City, and Bob’s was out there within 30 minutes and had it towed to my preferred auto shop. My total was $62. Can’t beat that timing or the price and they were very friendly and easy to work with. They made a very stressful time very easy on me.
Called around 1145. Vehicle was locked with a flat on the side of the road. I was not able to be there for the tow. They had my car back to my house by 130 and charged half the price that I've paid competitors in the past. Call these guys first.
As i was stranded on the side of 10 near I-75, James was the first tow truck to arrive,. Because of my rear tire being locked up, snow and distance, his truck could not tow my Jeep. With his wrecker, He waited behind my car (which, with the lights kept me safe) as vehicles flew by going 70 and above! Robert arrived with the flat bed and with precision and experience safely loaded my new car and took us over an hour away. Kind, caring and with honor and integrity delivered us safely to our destination. I highly recommend Bob’s Towing and Recovery!
Called Bob’s Towing and spoke over the phone to a lady who quoted me $60-$85 for the tow and 2 hours wait time. This is a tow for flat tire and car was only 10 miles in total being towed. The car was also being towed to the same area that Bob’s towing is located fat.
The DRIVER showed up earlier than expected, however, ended up charging $132.00 ! I should not have been quoted one price and then have to pay a different price that is pretty much beat and switch and when you are in a circumstance where you don’t have any other options, you have to pay what they want. The tow itself was fantastic, but I don’t appreciate having a bait and switch played on me, I spoke to the driver regarding this matter he didn’t know. I told him what happened. He said he would talk to the lady on the phone. I am not sure if she was his wife or an actual dispatcher. The lady was super nice however I could hear a kid screaming in the background during the call So I’m assuming this is not an actual call center unless if she’s doing work from home.
I just asked this company to please price your tows out accordingly and don’t switch the price once the driver gets there that’s not fair! If they resolve this matter, I would’ve given them five stars because the job itself was done great! If you are going to have them provide a service for you, I definitely would record the conversation so you have proof of what is told to you price wise.
Very efficient, professional driver! My car was at a weird angle and he pulled it right up out of the ditch, all the while guiding me on how to turn the wheel to help guide the process. And he was kind.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Joel for helping me and my dogs get back on the road after getting a flat tire. He was there in 20 mins and finished his job in 5. Time was around 3 AM
I would like to thank driver #41. I had just come from a long day as a vendor at a craft show. My body was tired and unfortunately one of my trailer tires decided to lose it's tread shredding on US10. Ripping my fender off the trailer. I pulled off the expressway, stopped on Salzburg by Dow. Called the nearest service. Bob's towing sent out #41. Once he arrived it was quick to get the spare on the blue goose. I had all the tools to do the job, I was spent after sitting in the hot and humid sun for 8 hours. #41 was a godsend. Thank you for having great service operators.

Had to get my car towed from The McDonald’s on north Euclid over to staggs collision over in the south end . Only cost me 60 bucks. Very reasonable price . Also the driver was super cool and nice to have a conversation with , forgot to get the guys name but seems like a really good dude. Will definitely use this place again .
I've had to call these guys many times and they're always professional. Tonight we needed them and they were so patient and kind while we figured out our payment situation. Can't thank them enough

What a great company! I just got pulled out of a ditch an the wait time was short they were very polite an helpful an within maybe 8-10 minutes I was out of the ditch made my payment and back other road he was even nice enough to let me leave first to make sure I made it safely

One of their drivers in Essexville almost hit my car at a gas station then had the audacity to give me the middle finger. Safe to say that their brand is tarnished after that experience.
Went here to get stuff from my vehicle that was totaled in an accident. They were extremely nice and helpful at the service desk. Very easy to find and to navigate once inside the lot.
I used Bob's this weekend when my timing chain went out on the side of the highway and my engine seized. Bob's was fast, efficient, and even empathetic to our situation. I enjoyed our driver's company and it made a stressful situation a little better. Thank you for the good service!
Absolutely Had the best tow experience. I work in the Automotive and Repair. But am 5 hours away from my son and car. Bobs Towing has made this so easy and actually enjoyable. Thanks for making a bad time so much better.

My truck broke down last night needed a tow. But it would of been an inconvenience for Bobs towing to send their 1 driver out to Auburn to help me out. I called Village Towing. Great Customer Service. Friendly driver and took maybe 15 min for them to come out. THANKS Bob's Towing.
Today I was surprised to speak with the Owner of Bobs Towing who thought I was correct at being upset as was he. He apologized and said that never should of happened. He gave me his personal phone number to call next time I need a Tow Truck. I explained that I was really upset and that during the phone call with the dispatch I was basically just trying to get home so didn't think about it, but after I was home and thought about it and thought What if that was my daughter stranded? I would of been more upset and would of reamed that dispatcher a new one in the beginning. Just goes to show you that sometimes hired help do not understand that you need to put yourself in the owners shoes and do what they would do. Getting a paycheck to do your job if your not doing your job is poor customer service. He might want to rethink his career position. Working with Customers is a tough road, but so is digging ditches.
I was traveling to Traverse City with my two young kids and had car issues on 75. I pulled over and someone recommended to call Bobs Towing. I’m so thankful I did. The woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. She was apologetic telling me that there was not room for the three of us to fit in the tow truck and it would be an hour until a driver could get to me. She called me back within ten minutes to tell me a driver was on their way and brining a different truck so my kids and I could be transported shop with them. When the driver, Bill, arrived he was extremely friendly and kind. He was incredibly helpful and even let my son help push the buttons to load the car. This seems like a quality company with honest and hard working staff. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
Some of the nicest folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Helped me put of a bind with a long distance tow at the drop oh a hat on Memorial Day weekend. Their prices were very very good as well. Its obvious from my interaction with the driver that they honestly car and live cars. Thanks again!
I had Bob's flatbed a vehicle to my home. They were extremely nice on the phone, had fast response time and very reasonable pricing. The driver Steven was awesome, very friendly, extremely courteous and cautious when it came to placement and unloading the vehicle in my driveway near other vehicles. Highly recommend!! Ran out of diesel fuel just outside of Bay City MI late at night (early morning). Called Bob's and unfortunately they don't deliver diesel fuel so we decided to explore other options however Jeff called us back with a very reasonable price to tow our truck and trailer into town to the nearest open gas station. He arrived quickly, had everything loaded in no time, and made great conversation to boot. Highly recommend Bob's Towing and their operator Jeff!
So friendly and helpful!! I had car trouble driving along I75 and was over 100 miles from home. They helped make a stressful time a little easier. They were so helpful in getting my car towed to the dealership. They were professional and got my car towed sooner than their estimated arrival. I would definitely recommend them!
