I was there this morning for test after my electrical system light came on. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond as he walked me through the likely issues. I am a car novice on my best day. His work was greatly appreciated. I have been to this shop before and they keep earning my loyal business when I have a car issue.

Brandon and Remy, two guys that will help you with your auto needs. Went in for brakes and associated parts. They give good advice. AAP has good prices, and they are right in the neighborhood, so getting the work done doesn't have you on a 20-minute trek.Even when you forget the thing you came in for! It has what you need. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. They were friendly, and helpful. Place was cleaner than you'd expect. Would recommend.

Went there for wiper blades cause there app said they had some in stock for a 2013 Kia optima for $11.99 each and got there the guy who asked if he could help wit anything never looked on the computer or anything and tried sayin that the wipers I was lookin at for that price is for the back window of my year make and model but yet my car doesn't have a back wiper it wasn't made to have a back wiper so if I could give 0 stars I would

This place is always so helpful! I broke the plastic thing on a windshield wiper. I went in expecting to buy a whole new wiper. He had some spare plastic things. He put it on and even put the wiper back on my truck! No charge.

Advanced Auto Parts on Columbus went above and beyond for me today! It was raining and I was in my pjs with my special needs son. I was trying to pick up my daughter from after school sports. My wiper was frayed and I was worried it would destroy my windshield by scratching it. I really couldn’t wipe the rain from my windshield ,so I had to drive to the closest store Euclid to get help. The Euclid store mistreated me by refusing to help me identify the wipers I had previously bought from that same store by coming out to my vehicle to see them, so I could replace the same ones. I had to call the Columbus store to see if I could get quick help with my current embarrassing moment without sporting my grinch pajamas and slippers inside the store. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman and I didn’t have to get out of the vehicle and he put them on for me and it made my day so much easier. I want to thank Columbus Advanced Auto Parts because it’s hard enough with my family dynamics with a child who is special needs, but they really made my day better. I will be a loyal customer only to the Columbus store.You guys are awesome!

I shop here for car parts and oil mostly. I appreciate services this place offers. Carquest atuo parts business partner. I call these two businesses first. I have gotten bad new parts from O'Reilly's also Auto Zone in the past making me choose elsewhere first

Slowest workers that don't care if you wait forever. They kind of do their own thing without acknowledging your existence on top of it. This store has gone downhill. After this trip I'll go to a different one. PATHETIC

This place is unbelievably bad at service to the public I just called there and literally let the phone ring almost a hundred times until they finally answered and disconnected and then I called back again and they just let the phone ring and ring and ring so I will no longer be buying any parts from there not only that when I do go in there a lot of the people behind the counter are not very friendly it's almost like they don't like to be asked questions or bothered to do their job at all so they get one star for this specific location and I will never be going there again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else do either

Andrew was great...O'Reilly's gave me the wrong size serpentine belt so had to get the tensioner tool and new belt from Advance! Definitely will be back!

There are all stuiped they don't know what there doing they suck at returning stuff and they have no manners at all and the general manger Kyle sucks he does not now what parts are parts and I would never go there again all the workers are idiots then I don't return your money on your card for 7-10 days bc we rented a tool and we just got the money on are card today

A great place for your automotive needs, especially there loner tool program. Yeah it might sound expensive to put $150+ down as a deposit on a special tool but then again you get it back which is way better then having to buy it for a one time use. And to top it all off the guys there really know what they are doing and talking about. Keep up the great service.
