THE WORST CUSTOMER/NON SALES PERSON. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMEONE SO AFRAID TO WORK AND MAKE SOME MONEY IN MY LIFE. I WOULDNT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE

Went there at 1 pm when they’re supposed to close at 5, there was no one there and the door was locked

Does anyone actually exist at this store? I have a hard time stopping in during their hours and I've called several times over the last few years, left a message, and not once gotten a call back. There are some good reviews so maybe they just have a bum answering machine. If you're the owner, please know your inability to return phone calls (for whatever reason) is probably costing you business.

STEVE WAISTED A MONTH OF OUR TIME!!!! We were looking for a re-roof system put on my park model. In April Steve went and took a look, he wasn’t sure about the roof top AC so we said we would just remove it. MAY 2nd he said “me and my grandson will go take some measurements and get the material ordered and hopefully get in this month yet” Great! We waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. We left several texts and voicemails, still no reply. We didn’t want to go find someone else, if he already ordered the material like he said, so we continued to wait. Finally I called the company he supposedly ordered the material from. they said “we have a load going to him now, let me call him” they called me right back and said, he said, he doesn’t have time to do it and some other excuse. Then about 10 minutes later I received a text from Steve, (this is now MAY 28th) “Sorry no time the rain has me backed up, I will pass” WHAT THE HELL! He couldn’t even give us the common courtesy to tell us earlier. STEVE WAISTED A MONTH OF OUR TIME!! In the meantime the one other person that installs that system is very busy, but could’ve got us on his schedule sooner, if Steve didn’t waste everyone’s time!!! So I had to go with a different company out of Gobles, Mi they will be installing my roof this week. OMG WHAT AN ORDEAL!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!’

Just made a phone call to this place to find a part. They answered and I explained I was looking for a specific bath lav sink p-trap and to see if they had one in stock. He asked me to bring it in. When I explained I was over an hour away he hung up before I had a chance to explain I came from this industry with over 20 years experience, certain I have identified the part from the manufacturer and had the part in front of me. Did I mention I am a woman??? Lost my business for everything!!! I have two other options also within an hour two other directions...

Does not carry parts. Only sales full units like doors .. not at office you gotta chase them down. Said go order online ..

They are alright

Its a good place to find those "hard to find " mobile home parts. If they dont have it in stock they seem to be able to order it and get it shipped in within a reasonable amount of time. They have accsess to almost everything mobile home related. As far as pricing goes they seem to be very comparable to the other places up north.

I went in there, he was standing outside as I pulled up. Ready to help me. Once he heard where I was from and that I drove like 40 miles just to get ONE piece of skirting he gave me it no charge. These are the type of people who make me happy to be a Hoosier. I didn't have the money I needed to use, so I had to borrow from my aunt. It helped her and I both. I'll recommend this guy to everyone.
