Friendly staff and very helpful! I just happened to check them out online and noticed there was online deals for the parts I needed, which was a great benefit to my wallet.

Clay and James were so helpful and efficient replacing my battery! I was so grateful for their honesty and help. They were very detailed making sure everything was what I needed to fix my car.

Chevell B at register #2 cannot do simple math. I bought an AC kit for $9.62, and I gave him a $10 bill. Turns out it's YF and I got the wrong one, so I returned it. I give him the .38 cents so I can have my $10 bill back. He gives me $9.62 back. He even admitted he's bad at math and said "I'm sorry I'm bad at math, I can only give you what needs to be returned" and keeps the .38.... like bro you dirty as hell. Get a math book and count bro. It's your job.

I went there a few days ago to get break shoes for my classic Impala and the guy seemed lost and confused. I was afraid of getting my parts there. I said thanks anyway and left.

I'm a widow, and my husband always took care of our vehicles. I often forget to check oil and tires... When my oil light came on recently, I told the gentleman at the counter I probably needed at least a quart. He checked my dipstick and agreed. It was a hot day and I had been doing errands so my engine was very warm. He wanted it to cool down before he was satisfied that it was to the right level. I really appreciated the concern he showed and the time he took getting me back on the road!

This is the best advance auto in the Fort Wayne area. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Anthony Allen and Jeremiah are the staff to see. When you need something they get it no questions asked. If you need help figuring it out they help. Never afraid to step out of the box to help customers. Forever my home store.

The last few visits have been miserable. Where are the fuses? Where is the cross reference books for bulbs, wiper blades, etc... Where is the person to ask? Why have shelves open for shoppers if you ultimately need to go to the counter? I watched a woman with no clue what to do, stand there and be ignored the staff playing with their phones or hiding elsewhere. Pay quality employees enough to stick around. I never see the same people twice.

Fast friendly service. Right parts that you can order on line and pick up in 30 minutes. NO HASSLES. You can also rent tools there too!

Guys who helped me were young, rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Even rang items up wrong.... However, yesterday evening my husband went to return his old motorcycle battery for core charge and the older gentleman who took care of him(not 19-24yrs old) was absolutely amazing. Thank you.... Maybe you can teach the young ones how to handle business and talk to a woman when she comes in. Thanks again.

I went here to buy windshield wiper blades. I asked them to install them and they did not hesitate to do the installation. They were very cheerful about the installation also. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

WOW, I try to give local businesses my business. Need a quick purchase at the stellhore Store. Arrived 5 minutes before closing, and the door was locked. Employee came to door and stated, the register is closed. Ordered from Amazon.

I did an online order everything went smooth up until I put it on nope the filter doesn’t fit now there’s oil on the filter and I’m worried I can’t take it back after I was told by the website and the people at the store it was correct

Definately try their online ordering. We placed our order for new wiper blades & had them installed then back on the road in only a half hour. The guys at our Stellhorn store are the best!

It was a good one they didn't have the part at that time but the gentleman was very knowledgeable and called the warehouse and told me it would be ready Monday morning then call me back to confirm it Good job. I will give it a five star rating

I needed a new battery on New Year's Eve. It was snowing and nasty. Marcus helped me get the right battery and happily installed it. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Several very helpful individuals but also some lacking much skill on anything. I love purchasing online and picking up and when do get chance to the right employee becomes extremely helpful in solving your problem. Good place to borrow repair tools. Great rewards and decent enough stock.

Just went in a few moments ago to hopefully have my battery tested for free considering it's my only means of transportation and I'm concerned for my car. The only person at the counter made us wait roughly five minutes and another 2 once we were able to approach the counter and I explained to him (the man had glasses and facial hair and light to little head hair) what was going on and he refused to test my battery since he was the only one in store. 1. It should not matter if you're the only one in the store; you help customers one by one in the matter of retail. 2. If you are going to offer a service, then refuse it to a customer that is incredibly rude. I don't live in the area and I am quite frustrated and went elsewhere. Shame on this store and the people working in it. Get more staff so you can fulfill the services you provide or close your store.

Good products, good staff, convenient location and comparable pricing. I commonly rate a shop by their parts access and mostly by the skill of the staff. I appreciate the fact that they are not just some average store. The shelves are not hard to navigate and find what you need

Employee met me as I entered door. Asked if he could help. Took me directly to the items I needed and was done. GREAT SERVICE and experience..Will be sure to go there when needed again..

Awesome customer service they dont normally do this but because an employee had messed up what he told me about returns I was allowed to return a set of spark plugs that didnt work out in my car with no boxes manager was respectful in explaining thier normal policy and swift to help me leave a happy customer always coming in to this location for parts! Update 8/3/19: Still the best in town not only let me return an open set of bulbs but helped me diagnose and repair a problem with my connection wire saved me a bundle. Also referred me to a mechanic that could fix an oil leak my car had for far less than anyone else in town. While everyone wanted me to believe I needed a rear main seal it was actually just a gasket behind the oil filter.

They were more than willing to help me install a new car battery and got me back on the road in record time! I will definitely be taking all of my business to them in the future (and won't be messing around with the other guys who told me to "find some place else to do it" because it might take more than ten minutes...).

I have a very old car and one of my windows came down and would not go back up-and it's been raining all day. I went in to see if they could help. Not only did Ashley and Tyler give me a very inexpensive solution, they fixed the problem for me, and held an umbrella over my head while it was being repaired. You've scored a customer for life!!!
