Terrible experience. Guy was rude and ignored me when he took a phone call during my transaction while I was waiting on my receipt. Never coming back. There’s a reason your parking lot is empty.

The new manager was kinda rude when we went in there. Ok, not really kinda he was full-blown rude and disrespectful. The other employee who helped us was nice, and then there was another employee we talked with who was also kind and helped us way more than that manager did. Kinda a poor excuse for one if you ask me if your employees can do twice as much as you while still being way nicer.

My tire ended up busted due to debris on the road that I couldnt avoid. I pulled over at O Reilly's. I was so embarressed needing assistance on putting my spare on. The staff and customers were so nice. They assisted me with putting on my spare. I was incresibly thankful as my dog was also in the car with me and I was quite anxious. Very thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Will definitely go there in the future for auto supplies if needed!

I left this review: "The most unfriendly unhelpful woman I have encountered at a business in a long time" and the owner immediately responded. To which I now wish to respond with a HUGE apology. I had the wrong store! It was NOT your store or this specific store. Every time I have gone to your location on Coliseum Blvd they have been the opposite of my review. They have been fast, courteous and efficient. I'm really sorry for the mixup and and after you respond, I'll simply delete the review.

Brandon is amazing was so helpful did not hesitate to help me with everything I called about a battery he was very informational about the stock let me know prices and informed me they could help replace. When i got there he helped me right away found me the right battery swapped it out with no problem was very nice about it customer service couldnt get better he made my whole day better I was super worried about my battery and he took great care. They need brandon at every location

Helped recharge and validate a defective battery I purchased. Replaced it under warranty. Was a good experience. Employees seem to have some experience and knowledge and interest in automotive, unlike a lot of other competitor stores.

Just went in for a diagnostic test for my check engine light. David was very knowledgeable, and also very honest when it came to the results of the diagnostics. He didn't want to suggest any particular parts as there was some confusion as to the code and what actually would fix the issue. Most walk in auto places like this haven't been very welcoming or helpful to me in the past. So David's willingness to help me figure out my issue was above and beyond what I expected, as he even helped search the web for more info for me to resolve my car issue. Still haven't figured out the real issue of the check engine light, but it turned off weeks ago and hasn't been back on thankfully 😅

The only place in town that has car parts for my Volkswagen Passat sedan! Workers went above and beyond! They offered to help me carry the parts out, because I am pregnant, and they accept returns. I will definitely be back.

At O'Reilly's on Coliseum totally disappointed the O'Reilly's on Anthony Street sold me a bad alternator and a manager Ron on Coliseum is so rude and disrespectful I don't understand you don't pay you don't always take your car to a s c they don't sell parts to just a s c certified now the bad part that they still sold me they don't want to replace it I have to take it off and bring it back nor do they want to pay for the labor because they sold me a bad part are you kidding me

I would not recommend no help at all if you have questions. I had to call Auto Zone for help while I was standing there lol, seemed like the guy didn’t want to be bothered maybe he doesn’t take black women seriously. Who knows just take your money elsewhere unless your job gives a discount in that case use another location.

I've had good service and bad service. I was being helped by an older person wearing suspenders or something I didn't get his name whatever. As this person was helping me he then picked up the phone and completed helping the person that called on the phone and I was left to wait while I have other things to do until this guy ignored me when I came into the store first before the other caller. I don't appreciate being pushed to the side when I was the first customer.

Quick and easy bulb replacement. Rep took me straight to the right section, helped me find the part, compared two different products on price, and got me checked out. In and out in a matter of minutes, nice and easy, and cheaper than I expected.

I am an emergency personnel worker for the City of Fort Wayne. I stopped to pick up some nitrile gloves. I asked the guy at the counter if they had them in medium. He went to the back and asked. The guys in the back said "no". They then proceeded to ask the guy "wait, who's it for?" He comes out and tells me they don't have them. Lied to my face. Aweful.

I have been a long time customer of this store and tonight is going to be the last time. Tonight was the first time in over 6 years that I have had bad customer service and was treated poorly from an employee named Chase. He didn't want to answer my questions and when I asked politely if he could come show me the part I needed he started shouting out numbers in across the store. I explained to him that I was unable to gather all the numbers for the parts that he was saying from behind the counter and asked him politely again if he could come to the aisle and show me. Unfortunately he did not come and help and left my wife and myself standing dumbfounded in disbelief. We were trying to buy windshield wipers and an air filter for our 16 year old sons car. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he just didn't feel like helping customers anymore today??? Needless to say I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING at O'Reilly Auto Parts stores anymore.

Called to see if they could tell me if I bought any part from the store . Regardless if I remember the part . The system has a part number . Just look the information up was all I was looking for . I could have been calling for a person with damentia and didn't know exactly what parts they had put on . The job of the sales person it to help customer in anyway to get what they need . BUT JACK ACT LIKE HE DIDN'T WANT TO LOOK FOR THE PARTS AND TOLD ME IT WAS NOT HIS JOB TO LOOK AT THE PART NUMBER AND SEE WHAT IT WAS THAT WAS BOUGHT .I SHOULD KNOW WHAT PART I WAS LOOKING FOR .SMH I TOLD HIM ALL THE OTHER STORES DID IT AND ALL THEY NEEDED WAS MY NUMBER AND THEY TOOK TIME TO LOOK AND TELL ME ALL PARTS THAT WAS EVER BOUGHT ... TELL JACK TO DO THE JOB OR FIND ANOTHER JOB .

I haven't always been a Google Guide, I'm also a retired ASE Certified Master Automotive Service Technician. I purchase 90% of my parts at O'Reilly's. I work on many cars and trucks, somtimes I think more than when I wasn't retired. O'Reilly's sells very good quality name brand parts and supplies. They have professional people to help with any questions and they are always most friendly. They take care of any automotive servicing part needs that I have, except dealer only parts. They can order most special parts over night and their prices are extremely competitive. On top of that they will price match any other competitor. I have delt with O'Reilly's for over 20 years, they back what they sell 100%.
