NOT good business when you wait outside for 10-15 minutes after the store was to open only to have the guy at the counter look up from his phone and flip you off when you tap on the door to get his attention.

For years we have stopped in to pick up semi truck and trailer parts. Today I called in for a load bar, the person who answered the phone went and checked to see if they had one, came back to the phone reported that he did and they set it out for me. I am going to pick it up. We always receive this kind of great service at Truck Pro Indy Fort Wayne

Stopped in to see if they had a light I needed. The employees do not greet you they stand and stare. I attempted to explain that I needed a light, I was interupted with that doesnt tell me anything. I said well its for an 05 kenworth, he again said that doesn't tell me anything. I offeredbthe vin number he again said that doesn't tell me anything. I asked if he was going to let me talk or did I need to leave? He again stares at me. I said never mind I'll go somewhere else. Not sure what I was suppose to do to give him information needed to begin the process of figuring out if they had 5he light I needed. Rude and unprofessional!
