Steve the tow truck driver, who was also so kind was here within an hour to pick it up and explained everything to me that I needed to know! I would definitely recommend them! 🙌👏
Called about selling broke down vehicle today, it's in a public parking lot and no way to get it home so, I called this place. The lady who answered was wonderful. The lady Pam (who I was transferred to) was the worst customer service, gave me next available day for pick up and asked if that would work for me, I said no it doesn't and before I could ask for any other availability. .Pam hung up on me. Not only that but, her tone from the beginning was not that of someone who belongs in customer service /scheduling. Avoid if possible.
They lie and no longer sell parts which if that's the case quit false advertising due to that is what you are doing and take better care of your site
