Parkers caused $3400 worth of damage to my vehicle while towing my vehicle. My vehicle died when it was below freezing temperatures last Monday. We had called a Reputable towing company with our insurance company to have it towed to a dealarship. Unfortunately, the police showed up before a Reputable towing company did and requested Parkers to impound it. Parkers obviously raced out so they could collect fees . Parkers does not care about your vehicle at all because they have immunity when a car has been declared abandoned, even though it was only 90 minutes. It shows their character and their reputation speaks for itself. They made sure to let us know they have immunity but never bothered to let us know about the damage they caused.They still made sure to charge $300 for the vehicle to be released. Disgusting and pathetic company. I don't like to leave bad reviews but they deserve it.

Had 2 vehicles at different times towed after an accident not given a choice about complained used and both times charges insane amounts for "storage" and had stuff stolen out of both vehicles. Also, tried calling for a breakdown and was told it would be over 2 hours for someone to arrive. Called another company they arrived in 40 minutes.

Excellent customer service. Responsive and upfront. I needed to have my vehicle jumped, twice, and both times the drivers were professional and efficient. I was given pricing on both the jump and a tow if necessary. My go to for emergency roadside assistance.

I loved parkers , I called them every time BUT then i was driving down coliseum . The driver in the parkers truck with pink writing was speeding dam near 90 mph . Flys passed me then a sand bags( that's what it looked like ) comes out the back . My bumpers cracked . I called at first to just report the driver bc wow he was being reckless . But i get home to find damage to my bumper . I called back was told on monday Id get a call from the person that deals with this stuff. I explained I didn't want to make a police report just fix the bumper and handle the reckless driver . Monday came and went no call . I called them again . Spoke to another female who again said she was sorry and he would call me back . Again no call . Now i'm out of patience . I wasn't looking for anything but some one to say they were sorry . But since they ignore the entire situation , I think I will make a big deal . I was also told by the first lady on the phone she knew what driver it was and he has a camera on the back . She also stated she knew what flew off the tow truck (Like it was not the first time ) . This is crazy . People work hard for what they have . But to be like this and your a big company . Why do that ? That driver needs to pay for my bumper he cracked . I won't use parker again . That's crazy . I hope that driver don't end up killing someone .

Went today to pick up a car for a friend. When we arrived the lady behind her desk was on the phone. When she got off the phone she asked what I needed. When I told her why I was there she wanted a description of the car year color exc. I told her I had an email confirmation to pick it up. Then she asked how I was picking it up. I said rolloff recovery truck. She said she was informed it would be a trailer and if I didn't have proof of insurance and a workers compensation form I wouldn't be able to get it. I don't understand where she pulled that from but I've never heard of anything like that. Who carries a workers comp. Form with them? I've picked up vehicles from impound lots before and never had an issue. I wondered what kind of form I would have needed if I had brought a trailer? The car still ran but wasn't road worthy. There was no hold on the car,I could have divin it out of the lot to load it had that been the problem. As I was leaving I got the real problem. She informed me then it would be an additional $40 a day storage and they wouldn't be open again until Monday! Yep thats another $120 added to the already $624 Then was told I needed to get off the lot now. I was tempted to return the rudeness verbally but It somehow felt better just being polite and leaving. But WOW please know if your in an accident and need to be towed,you have a choice on towing. Parker towing is the on call towing service for Allen county but if you tell them you have a towing preference that is anyone but Parker towing then they will call someone else and I highly recommend that you do! Hope you all have a safe day and read reviews before you need a tow and not after when it's too late!!! Btw I was also informed that there would be a gate fee! And it's a cash only place and from reading the other reviews it looks like they show no interest in writing receipts. Seems pretty shady!

This is a business very clearly designed to prey upon folks who don't have many options when they need a tow. Their business model is centered upon keeping your vehicle on the lot as long as possible. They do not take calls at the main towyard. You call a routing office. The routing office will "attempt" to forward you to the towyard, but of the 4 times I called, it never went through. The aforementioned hours also apply to the towyard itself, which means your vehicle, should it get towed on a Friday after 4, is guaranteed to be stuck there the whole weekend regardless of state and you will get billed 40/day (currently, 2024) for 3 nights. The initial tow was ~150, so when my truck was towed on a Thursday, then I had to work late Friday and could not call in time (found out too late about their insanely bad call handling), I got a crazy-high bill that I had to pay just to get into my vehicle, which included an additional 40.00 "personal access fee." I'm just going to reiterate the above: Parker takes full advantage of the state laws, allowing them to gouge the heck out of you to even access your vehicle. You have to pay any amounts due from the tow, prior storage, and extra to access your vehicle. They will not take a check directly from insurance providers. My provider, Progressive, attempted to pay them directly, but they REFUSED to take a check from the provider and told my provider that the customer (me) had to pay in cash or with personal check. I was dumbfounded that they would not accept payment from my provider. My insurance handler was also shocked, and it was just very sketchy and unprofessional. I was forced to cough up the cash and then forward a new claim to my provider. High marks for Progressive, by the way. They were very quick with getting me reimbursed. It is 2024. Cash/Check only businesses exist purely to make life easier for the business and absolutely hamper customers. I would guess this is intentionally kept in place at Parker. I was not informed over the phone that it was cash only, and -like many folks I'm sure- went there after work, and had to immediately book it to the nearest atm, get cash, and make it back before the they closed. I could very well see this adding quite a few 40-dollar nights to Parker's billing. If you try to get them to tow to, say, your home or a collision repair shop, etc, it is EXORBITANT. They said it would be 290.00 total to take my vehicle to my home (~2.5 miles from the towyard.) This made it very clear that if they can't milk your vehicle on the lot, the buyout is EXTREME. TLDR, avoid this company. If you are wrecked on the highway and the cops call for a tow, you have a right to decline service from Parker. If you have roadside assistance coverage, your provider can find a better company. It is well worth a longer wait to not get completely taken advantage of. If I had not had solid insurance, this would have been a huge problem money-wise, as well as from a convenience standpoint. I have definitely learned my lesson.
