I had a wonderful experience at this location. I definitely wanna point out that Jayd is a very polite employee and I just watched her while I was there. She’s an exceptional employee. She was the only one actually working it looked like for a second! I loved the fact of the female working in a predominantly all male workplace and SHE was doing the most work. #GirlPower

Fantastic service and an attentive crew. they took care of everything quickly and helped with making sure everything is in the best conditions for the road. 10/10 would highly recommend their services to family and friends. Prices are also fantastic with frequently offered coupons to use if money is tight. Upon getting there and pulling in they offer water while the services are handled also.

Take 5 Oil Change is consistently one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely fun to interact with. They somehow manage to make a routine oil change feel welcoming and stress free. You are not treated like a transaction. You feel included in the energy and culture of the place. My experience was great! Devonta and Gavin were very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick and they made it very easy. On their behalf, I would recommend better working conditions for them. They were working in little to no heat in negative degree weather.

These guys are friendly and personable. At the same time, they are highly professional. When I see the shop it is clean and organized. One can the the safety and communication is a priority. I appreciate year no one has every tried to sell me any add-ons since I started to take my fleet to them.

Darrell, Ryan and Devonta did an excellent job! They were very friendly, efficient, and went through everything with me. Ryan went above and beyond and hooked my car up to a sensor because I had my check engine light on. Excellent crew! I highly recommend coming here! I will be back! The GM is awesome!!

Devonte, Dorcell, and Tyler were all super sweet guys!!! They were funny. They got me in and out quickly. They actually gave me a reminder sticker and updated my oil light - which was how I knew they were new at this location lol! Great service today! Side note: Dorcell kinda fine :) Thanks guys!! I always come with a coupon too! Make sure you look those up first. Save ya money!

Devonta was amazing! He welcomed me & my children made sure they had fruit snacks and water. Customer service was AWESOME. Attitude and energy was Awesome past GREAT! He should actually receive a raise or bonus! He was so respectful and nice. Will definitely be returning just to get his service!

Evans Toyota told me that my antifreeze was degraded (-15) and that I needed (-30) grade. So, I immediately took it back to Take 5 on East Coliseum because they're the ones who last performed my car's coolant flush. He eased my mind and assured me that the coolant they provided was fine and if I have any trouble, they would correct it free if charge! Tywan was awesome in explaining how coolant works and what Take 5 uses. He is a seasoned mechanic who cares about the customer and not there to just collect a paycheck. He was very friendly and displayed outstanding customer service!!! Every business needs employees like Tywan. Great guy!!

Absolutely amazing service! Pulled in and was helped right away — no waiting, no hassle. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. They worked fast but still paid attention to every detail, and even checked my fluids and tire pressure for free. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Awesome guys, very friendly and professional experience. Took great care of our car. First time customers, so we will see next time if it was one and done or a regular thing. I'm going to say regular. We were the last customers pulling in at closing time, and you could tell they were ready to go home, but still greeted us with a smile, couple waters, some candy, and excellent service. Most places would have turned us away, or have done the work with disdain, disgust, and in a hurry. Not these guys! Great quality service and fun friendly attitudes even though we they had to work past closing to get it finished up. (PS... hope she said "YES") IYKYK

Tywan, Darcell, annd Devonta (I think) are the absolute best! They were very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things to me as someone who essentially knows nothing about cars, oil, and such. Took great care of me and my 10 year old Audi. We all had a great learning experience when locating my cabin air filter to change. Very personable people and a great environment. Also great prices!!
