The entire process was easy and fast. I was a little bit worried when looking at some of the reviews, but the process was great. The ladies on the phone were helpful and patient when I looked for my title and wasn't sure how to sign it. Pick up was done on my schedule and the tow truck guy was professional and kind. After about 5 minutes he handed me the check (amount was the same they quoted me on the phone). My bank accepted the mobile deposit within a few hours. I don't know much at all about cars, but my brother told me the price that they gave me was more than fair. Also, some reviews mentioned the driver didn't call ahead like he was supposed to. My driver called when he arrived, but I knew what the window of arrival was so I was home and ready when he called me. No problems.
I have done business with this company before and every time they get the job done quickly. They pay double what other companies pay. They have not lowballed me once. I called this place and after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes I was finally connected to a person that made me repeat all of my information three or four times just to end up telling me that his computer was having a problem and he needed to reboot it and ask me to hold on for a couple of minutes and then hung up on me. I called back and then was put on hold for another 15 minutes only to get the exact same person who pretended like he had never heard of me before and I had to repeat all of the same information all over again multiple times while he put me on hold 10 or 15 different times because his computer was still acting up. Only for them to offer me $200 for a Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab. And then he had the audacity to try and convince me to sell it to him because I wouldn't be able to sell it anywhere else and I wouldn't get a better even after explaining to him that I've gotten multiple offers today for close to $1,000. He still tried to convince me that they weren't really going to give me that money and that I should only sell to him. I will never call this place again
Had a 13 year old car that served me well doing biweekly weekend commutes back home. When the driver side ball joint broke, all I thought I would get out of it was a tow to a salvage yard. I found Cash for Cars, and Esteban was very helpful, professional and had the patience to wait until I bought my new ride, and a fair offer given the cars condition. Highly recommend.
Was scheduled for pick up on the 19th. Never came. I called on the 20th. They had like 3 different numbers to call. This person said she never had me scheduled for pick up even though I had it in an email. Said someone would call me back. No one did. I called later that evening. They tried saying someone was there to pick it up and there were objects blocking the pickup. I said not possible, my vehicle was in a huge parking lot where I work and nothing was there I was there and no one came. I was than informed that they probably just told her that to avoid picking it up. I than called Thursday morning, asking if they knew when they were coming. I was told they didn't have drivers but they did now and they would be there. Again no one showed. I called in the afternoon telling them the afternoon she said she would find something out and call me back. Again no call back. I called later in the afternoon and left a message. I was starting to think this place was a scam! On Friday I called and they said they would be there that afternoon. Finally one polite person who knew what they were talking about. That afternoon they were there with a check.
Overall ok experience. Had issues with the tow truck driver not coming on the right day and then spent too much time dealing with their mistake(the driver canceled the order because I missed his call by 30 min). They did get another driver out a couple days later who was very pleasant. Somehow the offer dropped about $7. I guess they figure no one will make too big a deal about such a small amount but why do that just offer what youโre going to offer in the first place.
This place was very helpful marybeth stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process of selling my car an give me the highest offer after calling around the tow was quick as well good job guys๐๐๐
The offer was swift and that was the end of that. The pick up was a disaster trying to get them to commit to a time and when I did get them to commit they flat out didnโt come get it twice. Wasting time off of work for me. When they finally sent someone to pick it up I received a call when the driver was 5 mins out. Driver then tried to have me mail the title and the keys to copart instead of a hand to hand exchange. If I have this situation again I will use another company even if Iโm offered less money.
