Tow driver Aaron was very professional, He made it understood from the very beginning he was on my side and not the mechanics. Kept asking was I OK? Did I need anything else? Made me very comfortable like I had someone on my side. Highly recommend

I went off the highway today and was very stressed about getting out. Blue eagle towing rescued me:-) The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful. The guy who pulled me out was amazing. He was skilled and very kind. I am very thankful for their help and the price is so worth it. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. I thank God for Blue eagle towing!

This is by far the worst towing company I have ever worked with in my life. I’ve been doing automotive for over 15 years. They sent a driver to the wrong address. I had to get him to the right address. His phone was not working well due to signal, so the driver took it upon himself to drive the vehicle from its legally parked spot and took it to the tow yard charging us another $65 I spoke with the man Chris Morgan. He acted like a child. He did nothing to make it right. I do not recommend this tow company whatsoever.

Had nothing but the best experience possible. Amber went above and beyond to make sure my little road runner was taken care of. The driver called me as soon as he got to my little car and told me everything he was gonna do. Awesome job blue eagle!!! Thanks for being the best in the business!!

Unethical business practices bogus charges on the bill. Cash only and the bill was more than what the operator stated. Charged for after hours tow when the tow time was when the yard was still open. The time was even on the statement. I’d walk to where I needed to go before using them for emergency services. Plenty of great tow company’s around and word of mouth travels. Do your self a favor and read the other bad reviews you will see a common theme here. Zero stars should be an option.

Great customer service and Dan was very professional with his service call. I’m satisfied with there services will continue to use Blue Eagle for all my service calls.

They damaged my car while it was parked in a lot. They paid for the fender and headlight but I still had to be the one to take it to where it would get fixed, and they are very unhelpful in phone calls. They promise to call me back with more information numerous times and have never called me back, the owner is apparently the busiest man alive and will not help whatsoever. The employees on the phones are all liars.

had a really good experience with a worker named Justin. He helped me tremendously and handled my car with care. Very professional and knowledgeable. would recommend.

Had a scare with my car. Ford escape had a recall for a bad shifter linkage bushing and my car wouldn’t get out of park. Called these guys and they came out. Tow truck operator was very knowledgeable and professional. I told him what I thought it was and he knew exactly what to do. Messed with this little cable got it to shift into reverse and drive so we could get a tow truck. Highly recommend these guys. Cannot remember the guys name but he was very helpful and didn’t waste a second

In a series of unfortunate events in the past 4 days, I found myself laugh-crying because the Tesla got a flat. I was unable to sage myself from the bad juju following me, but the local tire shop recommended I call Blue Eagle for towing. Art was extremely helpful - I didn’t have to wait long at all. Will definitely call Blue Eagle in the future for any towing needs (hopefully not any time soon).

I’ve used Blue Eagle before and didn’t have an issue but this last time was a different story. I called around 5 pm to get a quote and was told it would be after hours and there would be an additional fee, I told them I would call back if I decided to get it towed. My car was coming from a mechanic that could not do the job back to my house. I never called them back to confirm the pickup, I just decided I would get it towed in the morning. I get a knock on my door at 10:30 pm and it’s the driver with my car on the tow truck in my driveway. He told me that if I couldn’t pay it would be impounded, that’s crazy. Luckily I was able to pay for it, but what if I didn’t have the money? The driver was very nice and I understand it’s not his fault, he’s just doing what dispatch told him to do. He did get them to take the after hour fee off.

This is the most unprofessional establishment-due to their operator- I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My car was wrongfully towed on a Saturday evening by a company downtown (thats another review for another day). I called blue eagle to ask if they had my car, through heaving sobs. The "operator" on the other end scoffed at me when I told her I was confused because I was given permission to park there and I didnt know why this happened. She then said, "well you shouldn't park in stupid spots then". I asked her how much this would cost me and when I could pick up my car. She told me it would cost me 205$ and that they can release the car monday morning. I said thanks and hung up. Flash forward to monday morning. We get there at 8am, only to be told they are CASH. ONLY. we could've gotten that over the weekend had we been told. It is also NO WHERE on their website they are cash only. The way she spoke to my husband when he picked up the car was reprehensible. Now as I look over my receipt I was charged for storage (80$ for the weekend, 5$ for gas, 20$ for after hours, amd then 100$ for flatbed usage). I would never use this company for emergency services after being treated this way by their operator. While I understand they were hired by the other agency to do this service, it does not change the fact that their patrons deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I wish I could give less stars for this interaction with her.

Justin who works for Blue Eagle Towing towed my Jeep on a flat bed and he was very nice and professional. I appreciate the care he took in loading and securing it as well as unloading it. I would surely use this company again.

Last night I got off work at 11 pm. I work 3rd shifts. My truck would not start and I had no way of getting home to my family. I called Blue Eagle and had service right away. With in 10 minutes a driver named Art was there and helped me get my truck back up and running!! He was very knowledgeable and respectful. I will be calling them anytime I need help!!!

Absolutely incredible experience in a bad situation. DJ came out to tow my vehicle quickly and kept me in contact with timing updates the whole time. He was extremely helpful in what was wrong with the my vehicle and jumped it for me as well. He was so kind and trustworthy I’d call him anytime I’d need a tow! Definitely made an inconvenient situation much better. 10/10

Mike our driver was kind respectful professional and awesome but that’s about all the nice things I can say about this company. A “50 minute” tow to quote them directly. took 2.5 hours for our driver to arrive, the auto shop we arrived at wouldn’t take the car and told us to go to belle tire which was at the other end of the parking lot. The car was still on the bed, truck engine still running, and we were charged an additional $50 for a 3 minute drive across the parking lot. Dispatcher was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I’ll never use blue eagle again. Nightmarish. Mike was cool tho.

Sasha did a great job taking our call and giving us. reasonable rate to tow truck back to Marion from Fort Wayne. Their rates were very reasonable compared to other companies in Fort Wayne. The driver, Godi, delivered the truck to the house in a very reasonable time. I am thoroughly impressed with the company and would use them again. Thank you Blue Eagle!

I had a tire blow out this evening. Called the service team, they were very informative and connected me quickly with someone that was able to get to me quickly for help. I was outside the standard service area, but a technician was there at the scene within 25 minutes. The communication throughout the process was great. The service team and technician were outstanding. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. Appreciate the service and the great people that helped me out this evening.

Do not use as they will bring the wrong equipment and damage your car. Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience with this towing company on a Saturday afternoon. It is evidenced in the improper handling of the vehicle in the photos and video attached which resulted in body damage. Our mechanic shop called to have our car towed because a repair they had just completed that day failed on the drive home. Blue Eagle towing was sent out by the shop to collect the vehicle and return it to the shop. Blue Eagle did not bring the proper equipment to tow a car with a ball joint failure. They did not bring out any skates, instead, they attempted to jack the car up and yank it onto the flatbed a little at a time (see clips of 6 minute video with air jack sounds). Additionally, they had the car owner sign a damage waiver when what they should have done is have the auto shop signed the damage waiver because the tow was scheduled by the auto shop. They might as well have had a random passersby sign a damage waiver. Blue Eagle should have called the shop back and let them know that they did not have the capabilities to properly tow the vehicle without damage.

Drove my sons older model vehicle to work when the engine started making noises. Contacted blue eagle towing since they were the 1st towing company on google. Initially they dropped my car off at the wrong house…really?!? No call or confirmation of the drop off. Contacted them, the contacted the driver, and my vehicle eventually got dropped off to my home but not before he damaged my parked equinox in the driveway. Mind you I don’t drive the equinox. It still has snow on it from the storm we had a couple of weeks ago. Do Not use this company, it’s not worth the headache. I hade to contact them, my insurance, and file a police report on the Hit and Run done to my vehicle… and he left my vehicle on! The radio was still on draining the battery because he turned the key past the off position. Never again!

I’ve used them a few times through out the years but my last experience was great they had good customer service and picked my car up and dropped it off in a reasonable amount of time for a really fair price. The gentleman who picked my car up had great customer service also and I definitely will use them again in the future!

This company is TOP NOTCH! We had a mishap with a car coming off the car dolly we were renting one wheel landed in the middle of the Dolly while the other was in the wheel well. When we called at around 7:30pm, we were asked to send pictures of the situation. Then we were told they could get someone to us but it would be a little wait….A couple guys from Blue Eagle came to our rescue! We couldn’t have asked for a better company! VERY professional, caring people who definitely knew what they were doing! Thank you so very much!
