A driver showed up unscheduled to get my totaled vehicle when an appointment for the following day had previously been set up. He ignored the appointment time and tried to bully his way into taking the vehicle even though I hadn’t had a chance to clean it out. He was extremely rude to me and my mother who was at the house at the time with my children. Avoid this business at all costs.
Didn't catch the guy's name, but whoever came out to jump my bike at 4 in the morning was great. Friendly, great service, good knowledge, and came an hour and a half faster than progressive said he would.
Had a blowout on Moeller and was quoted about an hour wait. Driver showed up in 15 minutes. My car was loaded very professionally and quickly. I will absolutely be using Blue Eagle the next time I need a tow.

My car stalled leaving Fort Wayne so I gave them a call for a tow. It took about an hour for someone to arrive - called around 8pm. The following morning I did notice oil or something all over my driver's seat door panel though.

Called to have my tire changed guy didn't have the tool so I got towed 3 mins down the rd. I was still charged for a tire change which wasn't done! He scraped my bumper going on and off the truck so I came out $85 less, still a flat tire and a scratched up bumper. The office lady was rude and condescending and would barely let me speak. Customer service sucks and I wish I never would of called this company! Honestly dont even deserve 1 star!
Worst towing company ever. Never deal with them they are such a rip off. They screw you over on their prices just because they feel they can. Complete trash.

Trainee messed my hood up trying to put air in. While in the air. Didn’t disconnect driveshaft took two heavy duty tow trucks to go 4 miles and they didnt drop trailer where the mechanics asked rushed everything the whole time and drove irresponsibly hopefully I never have to use them again. They did come fast given I was under 5 mins from their yard. :/
Called in to schedule a local tow. Was helped right away and got a pickup schedule the same evening. Service experience was professional and pleasant. Took care of the car when loading and unloading. And affordable too. Highly recommend them for your towing needs.
My interaction with Blue Eagle towing was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. The operator was very passive aggressive and rude, and then there was the crazy tow truck driver. This man called me probably 4 or 5x, and repeatedly asked me questions about my car, that I've never been asked before when getting it towed. I could also tell that he was audibly annoyed by every answer I gave him, because it made his job harder. Also, he had the nerve to get mad at me for not 100% knowing my billing address, telling me that he would impound my car if my card payment failed.
I was stuck right in the middle of the road today until Timothy showed up for the tow. Extremely courteous, polite, really put me at ease. We joked that we hope we never meet again like that, but hope we do outside his work. It was a pleasure meeting you young man, thank you very much.
I had to get my car towed and later in the day their dispatcher Harper called to make sure I was taken care of because her computer wasn’t updating correctly she was extremely polite and so sweet! AMAZING customer service to take the time to check in and make sure I was ok!! I hope to talk to her again if I ever need a tow she deserves a raise that’s for sure!
Called for a tow very professional on the phone ask for address telephone number they would be there in between 12 and 1pm they called back and they could get me in at 10 AM so I was excited about that. The gentleman came very courteous and polite. Ask questions what was going on he helped me jump my car it started so I could drive it myself without being towed so that is a ++ for me. (He was problem solving on site.) I think that show a lot about a company..
At my relatives on Christmas Eve. Noticed that someone slit one of my tires. Was about 11pm. Blue Eagle was there in about 15 minutes. Eric was wonderful. Thank you so much, for such prompt and courteous service.
Blue Eagle Towing is a great company. They worked very hard getting our car on our garage pad that is in a tight fit area. They took great care to make sure our car did not get any damage and that no property damage happened for us or our neighbors. I recommend them with complete confidence.
Me car would not start in my driveway and I could not wait for the tow truck to arrive. I paid over the phone and when they arrived I was able to watch them load my car from my security camera. The gentleman that loaded my car was very professional. He checked and double checked everything, making sure my vehicle was loaded properly and securely. I will absolutely use them again!

I had a tow from the dealer to another residence house. I needed to have an exact time and I was able to set an appointment. The gentleman was absolutely on time. Very friendly helpful did a great job towing it to the other house and payment was easy. Would highly recommend.
Do not use as they will bring the wrong equipment and damage your car. Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience with this towing company on a Saturday afternoon. It is evidenced in the improper handling of the vehicle in the photos and video attached which resulted in body damage. Our mechanic shop called to have our car towed because a repair they had just completed that day failed on the drive home. Blue Eagle towing was sent out by the shop to collect the vehicle and return it to the shop. Blue Eagle did not bring the proper equipment to tow a car with a ball joint failure. They did not bring out any skates, instead, they attempted to jack the car up and yank it onto the flatbed a little at a time (see clips of 6 minute video with air jack sounds). Additionally, they had the car owner sign a damage waiver when what they should have done is have the auto shop signed the damage waiver because the tow was scheduled by the auto shop. They might as well have had a random passersby sign a damage waiver. Blue Eagle should have called the shop back and let them know that they did not have the capabilities to properly tow the vehicle without damage.
Drove my sons older model vehicle to work when the engine started making noises. Contacted blue eagle towing since they were the 1st towing company on google. Initially they dropped my car off at the wrong house…really?!? No call or confirmation of the drop off. Contacted them, the contacted the driver, and my vehicle eventually got dropped off to my home but not before he damaged my parked equinox in the driveway. Mind you I don’t drive the equinox. It still has snow on it from the storm we had a couple of weeks ago.
Do Not use this company, it’s not worth the headache. I hade to contact them, my insurance, and file a police report on the Hit and Run done to my vehicle… and he left my vehicle on! The radio was still on draining the battery because he turned the key past the off position. Never again!
This company is TOP NOTCH! We had a mishap with a car coming off the car dolly we were renting one wheel landed in the middle of the Dolly while the other was in the wheel well. When we called at around 7:30pm, we were asked to send pictures of the situation. Then we were told they could get someone to us but it would be a little wait….A couple guys from Blue Eagle came to our rescue! We couldn’t have asked for a better company!
