Asked about a resonator delete and was told $300 !! Unfair when i could go anywhere else for $100 less i just needed a estimate but this was ridiculous

I took my vehicle there for emission related problem. Needed new catalytic converters and 02 sensors. Took it back several times due to. 02 sensor problems. Well had same sensor code come back on. Figured I would replace myself. Got under the vehicle and 02 sensor is cross threaded from them. Now taling to another shop to fix JC’s issues. (Edit) Owner reached out tried to make the situation right and fix it. Have had it for two weeks now and still running good. Hopefully stays fixed.

We’ve been bringing our vehicles to JCs for a couple years now and have always had great experiences. This last time we brought in my husbands truck, it was in and out within 24 hours, which we were very thankful for because he needed it back ASAP. Our vehicles are always fixed and we’ve never had any issues after leaving the shop. We’ll be moving an hour away in a few weeks, and we’ll probably still end up making the trip to them when our cars are giving us issues as I dread the thought of trying to find another reliable and honest mechanic. Thanks for always doing right by us!

I have been going to JC’s for 15 plus years, for all my family’s cars once you find an honest mechanic with quality work, you have hit the jackpot! This last experience is one of my favorite. JC’s printed me a quote for my Honda Civic to have a clutch rebuilt and asked if I could give them a one day notice to order the parts, which I did. These mechanics had the forethought that the slave cylinder will need to be replaced as well otherwise I would be back for more issues. The car did not just sit in the lot or in the garage, these guys fixed my car in the time they promised. I would highly recommend this shop. Everyone, (including JC and his pups) are great caring people! Thank you, car drives fun again!

They are great! I called them up at 10am. Dropped my car off at 1130 and they were done at 4:30. Fixed my timing belt and water pump. Way below what internet prices estimate what they should be. They have a new customer for life! I’m telling everyone I know to come here.

My husband bought a little Ranger that had a hard time cranking but after it warmed up it ran great. He changed all the sensors but we couldn't figure out what was wrong. We took it JC, and within a day, he figured out that the computer that was in it had been replaced, but the one they put in was for a smaller motor. Because its an older truck, they had to search high and low for the right part, but once they found it, they fixed the truck and it runs like a brand new one. We are SO grateful! They were quick, honest and we will definitely be back!!

$240 for evac and recharge on my honda and they only pulled a vacuum on the system for 10 minutes if they did at all. Should have taken an hour and a half but it was ready in 15 minutes. I should have just filled it myself. Kams would have been half the price and they would have left the vacuum on it for much longer but they couldn't get to my car until Monday.

Went to JC’s auto care for my Hyundai Accent. It had squeaking sound while turning the steering. The other shops told me change the fluid pump but at JC’s auto care they found the real issue that one of the hoses were leaking and fixed that. It was very nice experience with them.

JC's auto care went above and beyond for me. At 40 weeks pregnant, they didn't turn me away even though they didn't have the personnel to check out my vehicle at the time. They still made it work and was able to get my car fixed & it was affordable. They ended up fixing one thing that was commonly the issue instead of two things that the dealership had said, which would have doubled the cost. The only thing I would have changed was I wished they called me to tell me when the price increased (due to a necessity) instead of me learning about it at pickup.

Great customer service. I spoke with John and Neil seamed very well trained technicians. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. The cost was very low considering the speed and efficiency they performed the repairs.

We brought our VW Atlas in to have a battery installed. This battery is very difficult to install because of where it is located and all the things that need to be moved to change it out. During this process a simple mistake was made that lead to several days of our car being at the shop to diagnosis why the alternator was not charging. In the end John figured out the problem and did not charge us anything for the inconvenience. He could have easily charged us for the other stuff he did to our car that we requested but he would not let us pay anything. It was very refreshing to find an honest mechanic that only wanted to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend JC's and will bring our cars back to him the next time we need something done.

John and his team are hands down the most professional and honest mechanics I have ever been to. I have used several different mechanics throughout Atlanta and Paulding County and have never seen the type of honesty and professionalism like I did yesterday when they serviced my vehicle. I stopped by to see if this auto shop could fix the latch on the trunk of my Rogue, and was all set to make an appointment to drop it off. John, the owner stopped what he was doing and fixed it right on the spot!! Great customer service, and a very personable guy!!! I will definitely make JC’s my first call for car-related issues!!!

Integrity, service and speed! At 4pm on a Friday as I drove along 381 I discovered that my car was beginning to overheat. I quickly pulled into the first mechanic I could find. I'm so thankful that it happened to be this place! They found the problem (water pump belt was shredded) and fixed it, test drove it and had me back on my way by 5pm! They charged an incredibly fair price even though I obviously wasn't in a strong negotiating position. Thank you!

John and his team of pros at JC's auto service have been taking care of the Barger Family fleet for the last decade or so, and we feel very lucky to have John And his guys taking care of us with top notch mechanical work on our cars and trucks. These guys are honest, Very knowledgeable and really fair , they get the job done to keep us rolling.. These guys are good, they will walk you through the repair and explain how and why. I have found them to be trusting and fair prices. They treat my wife with respect and will listen to her and then explain how & why. Very responsible, I haven't had to bring back any of the repaired jobs , they fix it right the first time.
