A few months ago after taking my care somewhere else for an oil change, my car was leaking oil which it has never. After 3 trips back to them, still leaking oil. I decided to take it to B12 Complete Automotive, best decision I have made. It was only a few minutes and Bill the owner came and told me it was ready. They found that the oil plug was not tight. No more oil leak. Therefore when my son needed work done on his truck he took it to B12, Bill quoted a very fair price and they did a great job. So when I just had new tires on my car, no question where I would be taking it for an alignment of course B12 Complete Automotive. Carson that works the front desk is vey friendly and knowledgeable. Bill the owner is great, goes over everything in a way I can understand. I would recommend B12 Complete Automotive to anyone looking for a honest place for their vehicle repairs. This is where my son and I will be going.

Did a great job on my f150 and had it back to me the next day

Just picked my truck up from B12. Had my starter go out on my 08 F150. They quoted me over the phone. Got my truck in the shop same day. Called me a few hours later to pick it up. Price ended up being less than I was originally quoted. Will be bringing all my vehicles to B12 moving forward. Spoke with owner. Him and the woman up front were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 service.

This place was extremely nice and I can see they take pride in their work. I was able to get my brakes done at a great price and I am extremely grateful for their work!! The receptionist is very welcoming and makes u feel like you can trust them!! GO SEE THEM!

I called this shop looking for a presale inspection for a Jeep I was interested in buying and I spoke with Bill that got me in the following day. The inspection was very thorough and he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and very informative at this shop! I took my car to B12 Complete Automotive on a whim when my check engine light came on. The owner, Billy, was extremely nice. He explained everything to me in a way that made it easy to understand. He even told me about some things another mechanic had done that weren’t the best. I felt like he was very honest and i don’t usually feel that way about mechanics. He returned my car back in a timely manner and i feel like his pricing was fair compared to others in the area. The woman who works at the desk, Carson, is also extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable as well. They both made me feel welcome and seemed genuine—another characteristic you don’t find in mechanics very often. Highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back again in the future.

Lived in Hiram for Over 20 years worked around area the entire time had several vehicles in that time Husband wasn’t able to do auto maintenance and repair as before tried others found Compkete Abd Dale best thing for me Moved to ST Louis Mo 4 years back have had mechanic. Took my 2906 truck to get road ready well what I call A super important part of a vehicle is breaks . They were not properly checked . Heard little squeak for a bit so when I got To Dallas I called they were able to get my 2006 truck and n and said all 4 breaks needed repaired as well aa routers . I’m n a few hours lithely had the parts and my truck road ready well what. Drove about 1500 miles and they are great. Everyone is very nice!, like always!! They are very thorough! They did what I needed and more! The young lady at the front desk was very sweet! She let me bring my dog with me and her and the mechanic John loved on her and she sucked it up! She even crocheted my dog and necklace.I will definitely be back and recommend them!!! Very pleasant experience!!

We've been customers of Complete Automotive for over 15 years and the old owner was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect with the new owners, but so far they've been great to work with and even with my wife when I handed them off to her to talk to them about her vehicle. She has found in the past some shops tend to talk down to her about cars but she didn't have that problem at all. Their prices on repairs have been fair and the work has been done in a timely manner as well. I can't say I look forward to working with them more (who wants a repair bill) but we will continue to go here when we need to.

RUN! Do not do business here as they DO NOT stand behind their work! On October 23, I took a vehicle here for a pre vehicle inspection. A month later I take my vehicle to a mechanic because the check engine light came on and now I'm being told I have a $3800 repair I'm staring down the barrel of. When I call, instead of listening the girl that answers the phone tells me "she's not having this conversation" and hangs up! Accountability is everything and dealing with a company that has bone in this day and age is bad business!!!

My Son in law and daughter took their vehicle here. Their truck sat there for 2 weeks and for any updates we had to call them, each time being told “we still don’t know, we’re going to drive it” and then the guy working on it was apparently out with the flu for a week and instead of being communicated with it sat there Finally they decided to pick it up since they weren’t giving us updates and of course then they say “oh it’s the sensor and it will be almost $1000 to fix” after being told when they tried to drive it that they saw no problems. When we decline and pick it up they refused to give us the key and charged us $160 for a diagnostic they never told us was being serviced and they charges us DOUBLE the cost of the diagnostic because they can. Again, our car sat there and any updates was they would drive it some, that’s it. Do not bring your vehicle here. If you read a few other reviews here you’ll also see why. These guys are very sketchy! Have others say the same thing. Super dishonest! And not integers at all. Stay away!
