I cannot say enough good things about Alpha Auto Center. David, the owner, is genuinely one of the best people I have ever worked with. What should have been a simple insurance claim with State Farm turned into a complete nightmare. State Farm kept saying they were sending an adjuster and then never did. Then they started sending wildly inaccurate and unrealistic estimates. It was honestly a terrible and exhausting experience. But David was incredible throughout all of it. He stayed professional, calm, and patient the entire time. He advocated for me nonstop and was on the phone with State Farm probably more than I was. Knowing someone knowledgeable was fighting for me made such a stressful situation so much easier to handle. When I finally got my car back, it was in wonderful condition. The work was done right and with care, and I felt confident driving it again. I truly feel like I finally found my reputable, trustworthy auto shop. If you want an honest shop that stands up for you and actually cares, Alpha Auto Center is it. I will absolutely be a lifelong customer.

Excellent customer service and speedy service! They gave me a reasonable price for my radiator for my 2019 BMW GT 640i! I highly recommend them for repairs!

These guys are great. Took my son's Jeep in, they discovered that a part they had installed 8 months ago was broken. They warrantied the part and continued to fix the issues I was having. Thrilled with them.

My car's engine was overheating and required a radiator hose replacement. The repair was completed promptly and at a reasonable cost. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this shop!

I have had flats repaired there many times and all was perfect no issues. This time a plug was placed in the tire rather sloppy and left a huge lump noticeable on front tire and could feel the thumping while driving till it flattened out. Hopefully in the future it would be cleaner and less noticeable. Other than that they have always done great work and honor there repairs

Very disappointed in the maintenance that was done on my RAM. I brought my vehicle in for an issue, a part was changed, the issue went away ( for now). Since then, my vehicle has been making a clicking sound. I took it back to them only for the manager to tell me that it’s the part that they changed and for him to tell me that how it is. That’s total BS because it wasn’t making that sound prior to them working on it. Needless to say, l will never recommend or take a vehicle back to them

Don’t come here. I am 19, have just gotten married, and am pregnant with my first beautiful baby, when we needed to take my little black car to this place. The communication was not there unless we called or went up there, after my bill already being $1,000 they decided to “fix” three different small meaningless parts to add on over another $1,000 without calling, texting, emailing, then after they racked up the bill, we called to ask about an update after days of nothing and they told me I needed an entire new engine which i now had no money to buy. They did absolutely nothing to try to let me know they were going to take advantage of a young newly married and pregnant girl.

Alpha Auto Center is one of the best Auto Service places I've ever been to. They are friendly and their technical knowledge is top notch. They are able to diagnose problems quickly and often have them fixed within a day or so. As long as we live close to this area, we won't be going to anyone else. I have always had a great experience going to Alpha. They always get my car in quickly and finish quickly with impressive results. The price is more agreeable than other shops I have looked at. The customer service is polite and welcoming love them.

I had my brakes and my rotors changed by these guys. I was in and out in a few hours. The price was very fair. And the people working there had a great attitude. My brakes no longer squeal and they no longer grind. I would definitely suggest these guys to anyone looking for any type of automotive repair.

Had a great experience getting my front end alignment done on my Toyota. Nick was very helpful and found that I also needed a tie rod replaced. Everything was fixed in a fast and timely manner. will do business again.

So it’s a Friday night and I take my son to go fishing at Lost Mountain Park. When I got there I realized I had lost 2 of my 5 lugs and they were broken off, then I realized a 3rd lug was about to break off too. I had my truck towed to Alpha Auto Center at 10:00PM Friday night. Saturday morning David called me with what it needs. It needed a lot because I rode around on a wobbly wheel for a week or two. Kelsey, my mechanic, did an amazing job and they got it all done by Saturday afternoon! I really enjoyed the quick turnaround and communication! I highly recommend Alpha auto center for your car and truck repairs. Thanks to them I’m back at work quickly, a must for a pool guy in June.

As usual, when my car needed service I've called to make an appointment and was able to get in & out quickly. The customer service is always great. When I have questions I can always call. David will even follow up to make sure everything is working as expected! What more can you ask from a mechanic who actually cares about his service! Do not trust these guys for anything! I am a disabled veteran and I paid the about $6,000 to replace the front end parts and new breaks, shocks and so on. I took thevtruck back 6 times with the same complaint of shaking. Each time costing me money and time paying someone to help me drop it off and pick it up. They said it was tire balance, then a pitman arm, then they said it was the rims. I bought new rims spending more money. It goes on. I spent $6k to fix it and another $2k with their suggested issues. I finally got angry and climbed under the truck myself. The pitman arm was installed with a broken distorted lock washer. This part connects the steering and if it failed would have resulted in loss of steering and could have literally killed me or someone else. Next I pulled the wheels and they installed the wheel bearing finger tight without any grease on the bearings scoring the spindles. I took it back one last time and they said the spindles were fine and reused the wheel bearing that ran without grease. The tried to say it's an old truck and tried to blame the shake on the tire tread. BS. Thus last time they left the radiator cap loose and it leaked out all the fluid. So now I have 8 grand into a 5k fix and it's still not right. Finding the owner is near impossible. I see they are not part of the BBB but their rating is a B-. I will be posting one all veteran sites, Facebook, and filing complaints Do not trust these guys. Update*** After this post David text and stated he wanted to talk to me. On Tuesday, I called and listened to him. Among other things, he stated that I hit something with my truck and bent the rims causing damage to the rear drums which he replaced under warranty. Essentially he did me a favor. Then he described how to adjust and set the backlash on the wheel bearing which is not at all what the specs on my truck requires. In speaking to him I discovered my truck is missing a cap that the cotter pin goes through to keep the bearing nut from loosening while driving. He said he would work with me to get my truck fixed. Now I know for a fact that I have not hit anything in my truck to bend a rims as he stated happened. So with my bad back I loaded the 4 rims David stated I bent and took the to discount tires to see if the rims were in fact bent or damaged in anyway. Discount Tire stated the rims were not bent and could not find anything wrong with the rims! Just as I suspected. So buying new rims at his recommendation was a total waist of time and money. David stated he is the owner, but dun and bradstreet states Dean Townly is the owner and Paulding county states an Amiar or something like that owns the business so I don't know what the truth is there. I have a heart condition and I am not supposed to get angry or excited. I was extremely angry.With this in mind and the fact that I brought my truck to him around 8 times to fix is enough. For my health I need to remove myself from this situation. The last time I took the truck in I told him I wanted the spindles, wheel bearings and rotors replaced. He did not do that admitting to me he reused the ungreased wheel bearings that were driven on. I told him you cannot tell by "looking" at the these parts that they were in good condition as he stated. They need to be tested or replaced. I will tell this story to anyone that will listen including the judge. David if you want to replace the spindles and wheel bearings greased and installed correctly and refund all the money I spent fixing the non existing issues you stated were wrong when in fact it was your mechanics abilities we can talk. I spent $2k in rims, parts and other mechanics checking your work. In addition I feel you leaving the radiator cap loose on our last vist causing the pressure in the system to eject the coolant was intentional. Had i not caught this issue in time, this would have caused an overheating issue leaving me on the side of the road and possible damage to my new engine. I am not spending anymore time or another nickel for you to cause more issues with my truck

Several of my cars have been here and all the repairs I have had have been fixed correctly. David and crew are honest, upfront and explain things very easily for those not mechanically inclined very well. Last repair I needed was 3 parts and was done in 24 hrs. Obviously this was based on current volume but it was much appreciated.

I recently had my oil changed and rear brakes replaced at Alpha Auto Center, and as always, the service was top-notch! David consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. Went to get the under body of my vehicle checked as something was hanging and dragging the ground underneath. Very knowledgeable young lady who was at the front desk. She seemed to know exactly what my issue was with just a small amount of information given to her. They were able to zip tie the shield or covering at no charge which I was pleasantly surprised about. Had my car running and waiting for me out front in a short period of time. Great experience, very nice employees or owners. Having coffee available that could be made fresh by the cup was wonderful also with a great selection of coffee k cups as well as tea. Nice clean waiting room with television, books and magazines. Will definitely return here for service on my vehicle as well as recommend to others.?????

When my wife and I moved to the Dallas area I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't find a good mechanic like we had in Houston but after my check engine light came on I started to really look around. I saw a lot of good reviews from here so I decided to take a chance. I cannot stress enough how much I love this shop for my car repairs. Their prices are average but the quality of service you get is always amazing. I take both of our cars here for any repair and it's usually done quickly, completely, with quality work, and well-priced. I did have an issue one time when picking up my car after a repair but the mechanics stayed after-hours to fix it and get me on my way. I find this shop to be far superior to any dealership mechanic any day of the week when it comes to quality, speed, costs, and customer service. After I take my cars to the shop I'll get messages from them a few days later asking if everything is running great so they really do care about their customers...and they're honest with you, a rare quality in car repair these days. I am writing this review after using them now for 3 years so this isn't a one and done incident review from me.

My vehicle went in for differential services, replacement of battery and spark plugs, engine oil and gasket replacement, brake pads and rotors due to leaks and the concerning smell since it was already metal to metal grinding. All of them replaced and serviced... result: smooth ride, good breaking (no longer having that long break), and not shaking anymore. overall highly satisfied. The completion was within 24 hours which is very commendable. Unfortunately I could not take a pic of the rear and from wheel differential. But the feeling of the drive is a bit more comfortable. Tested for 2 days. No smell, and no leak.

Ended up here simply because they answer their phones on Saturdays. David was very friendly and professional. On with the story!! Brought my daughter's car in for a transmission fluid and filter change. Because of it's make the repair cost was 800+ dollars. I declined the filter but had them change the fluid. David called later that day and let me know that they had cracked the pan drain and would have to replace the pan. I was expecting them to blame the age of the car and give me an excuse and fully charge me. To my absolute astonishment they took FULL responsibility AND paid for the repair in full. On top of that they were still polite, professional and kind. They changed the fluid, put in the new drain pan and changed the filter all for the price of a fluid change. These people ARE HONEST AND DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. If you are looking for a mechanic give them a call.
