If I could give zero stars I would! We were told at 5:06 that someone would arrive at 6:18, then we were told at 6:16 that someone would be there at 7:05, then we were told 7:32 that someone would be there at 7:36. Well they never showed and then wouldn’t even take a phone call at all!!!! I directly spoke to the driver and so did my insurance. My employee was on the side of the road for HOURS and could not leave the truck because we had very expensive equipment in the back. This is absolutely unacceptable! I told my commercial insurance company to take them off of their provider list. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB also. I understand that things come up but flat out lying and then not even answering is not how a business should be run.

Called them to get my car towed. 5 hours later, nothing happened. I called them and they decided to give preference to the Georgia State patrol over me. They didn't even let me know. Never mind I had a deadline. This is the worst customer service ever. Absolutely pathetic. Update: after reading the owner's arrogant response, he seems to claim there is only one road to go to the mechanic. This begs the question: does it take all their tow trucks to open up a road or do they only have one or two? And why not communicate with me that you are unable to do the job you said you would? Instead, you just left me hanging... S&S towing took care of this tow within an hour of contact, so I suggest everyone check them out.

Called to get a quote for an oil change for a 2011 dodge Ram 3500 and I was told that I would receive a call back with an estimate, I had to call them back to get the estimate. They told me that the oil changed would cost me almost $300 but I called their competition and they gave me an estimate of $131.00 for the Same exact service, seems like the are price hiking and ripping people off. Google shop near them and you will see that the prices are very unreasonable

This is the absolute best towing company that I have ever done business with. Working in the transportation industry, I deal with a lot of tow truck companies. The gentleman that came out helped me offload my Jaguar and Hyundai from a semi truck trailer, and he absolutely worked his tail off to get my Jag out of the trailer. He never once complained, had a positive can-do attitude, and ultimately, he prevailed. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. This company has a work ethic of days passed.

I called another company (PJ Towing)and waited over 2 hrs after being told it would take an hour max. I got tired of waiting and called Moore's Towing. They told me it would take 30 to 40 minutes. They were there in about 20. Not only that, but the driver (if you're reading this, I'm sorry, I forgot your name) got me off the road and to the mechanic in less than 10 minutes. Granted, I wasn't too far from their offices, but to still be taken care of so quick was above and beyond my expectations. If I ever need towing again, I'll call them first.

We had a vehicle completely break down and wouldn’t start. Moore’s was quick to respond and tow the vehicle to their garage. They assessed what they thought was wrong and were completely forthcoming with us. Their honesty gained a faithful customer. They could have glossed over their diagnosis and had us trying to fix a vehicle not worth saving but they didn’t. It’s nice to see integrity in todays world. They communicated well and did everything they said they would quickly and efficiently.

Love, love, LOVE this place!! Being a female who knows next to nothing about cars, usually when I walk into a mechanics place they grin and begin rubbing their hands in anticipation of how much they can take me for!! Not the case with Moore’s, at all!! I had a brake job done and I had my hub assemblies replaced!! In 2 days!! I hate taking my car in because I am usually without for about a week!! Not the case here!! I brought it back in because I kept hearing a noise!! They fixed that on the spot!! I just can’t say enough about the professionalism and respect that Moore’s exudes!! They are honest and kind and patient with those of us who are lacking in the mechanical knowledge department!! Thank you, Robert, Don (Dan?) and the rest of the staff!! You have a customer for life!!

How does one rate a tow company that helps after an accident? Gentleman was very helpful when i came back to get the laptop that was still in the car. He verified everything to make sure I was legit lol.

This Company is horrible, I guess because I am black my car had to be impounded and not just towed to the facility because it was in a accident. Upon requesting to retrieve my belongs as directed by the insurance company I’m told I don’t have a right to my vehicle because it was impounded. How do I lose the rights to my vehicle when it was not impounded. This was only an attempt to continue to gouge my insurance company. Charged over 500.00 for my vehicle to be taken to this prejudice garage who is keeping me from getting my aftermarket radio as well as my tags and other belongings that I paid for. The insurance company has already told them the payment would be handled. So if I can help anyone please look past Moore’s towing for your vehicle needs, their luck one must press at least one start because they really deserve to be rated a pile of..... The best thing going at that company was the driver who assisted us... thanks sir.

I usually never take the time to write reviews. However, I have to take the time out to tell everyone how awesome this company is. Moore’s Truck and Auto went above and beyond to get my family and I back on the road. Long story short, we were traveling (not from this area) and broke down on the side of the road. I called the number listed on a Sunday evening and the on call dispatcher (Robert) answered while in the grocery store. He was courteous and caring. He had a tow truck driver to us within 15 minutes. When Jacob arrived, he was professional and concerned about our family’s well being. We unload all Of our luggage and proceed to try and get an Uber to a hotel. After many failed attempts, we were out of options. Jacob would not leave us though. He asked us to hold on, and he got on his phone. After a few minutes, he got in touch with one of the mechanics (Dillon). He hung up the phone and told us Dillon was on his way from home to pick us up! Wow! Dillon and Jacob took us to the nearest hotel and towed our vehicle back to their shop for repair. The following day, they replaced our alternator and got us back on the road home! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and thoughtfulness of this company. They were not obligated to do any of this, but were genuinely concerned about our family! This is an amazing company with a great team. Thank you Jacob, Dillon, Robert, & Kimberly! We could never repay you for your kindness. May God bless you and give you favor the rest of your days! We are so thankful The Lord placed such great people in our path! God bless!

Today while on a walk, I saw a old man drive into a ditch. I go to see if he needs help and if he is ok. He was ok but didn't have a way to call for help so I called Moore for him and they was amazing came quick and helped this old man get his car out of the ditch. And they didn't even charge him for the service!! Thank you for helping this older man

I was driving down the road and my car started shaking when I braked. It was 5:00 on a Friday and I searched an automotive shop close to me. Moore’s showed up and closed at 6:00. I called and spoke to a very nice receptionist and she told me to come right on and they would take a look at it. Mr. William took the car right back and notice my break pads were worn. I told him I was leaving early the next morning for vacation and it would be a long ride. He told me he would get me fixed right up and took great care of us. He showed me how worn the pads were and told me he was glad I brought the car in for a safe trip. I would recommend this helpful and honest automotive shop to anyone in the area.

Car broke down yesterday, luckily I made it out of the road but had to pull into a strangers driveway. Called Moore's Towing Immediately and Larry came to the rescue. Fast service, really nice guy, helped calm my nerves cause he was so kind and also funny. Very professional awesome service wouldn't reccomend anyone but Moore's.

The daily rigor of running our our garbage routes puts a lot of wear and tear on our trucks. A truck will go down with no notice, and a lot of times it’s just a guessing game as to what the problem is. The guys as Moore’s are brilliant mechanics. I never have to wonder if they can fix a truck. They are the only mechanics in the county who I KNOW will fix a diesel truck when I leave it with them. They understand that these work trucks are our livelihood, so they work hard (even after hours many times) to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Our business would be in a bind without William Moore and his crew!

Do they do the work? Yes Unfortunately, I feel like they value the $ over the customer’s overall experience. When doing business or having a business the number one rule is Customer Appreciation. I took my car there I paid an Extremely high bill took it back another extremely high bill! This let’s me know they value your money over the way they made me feel only thing they seen was $$$$$$

I was looking or someone who can fix my school bus problem I took my bus to them and was very impressed from the time i took till it get done. Robert was very knowledgeable , courteous and get it done the same day. I was so happy so I took my another bus to them and they get it done in the same manner. I will recommend them for any of your auto needs. Thank you Robert for everything .

Such wonderful customer service from the operator Brook!! She was able to give me a quote and ETA without hesitation. The driver, Dillion was very professional. He kept me informed of his ETA. They are very reasonable and I will be using them in the future!!!

We took the car in to get new brake pads to a local mechanic . Not even a week later the tire practically shot out from under the car while driving . Luckily nobody was injured but the car was no longer safe to drive, we called Moore’s towing Company and was helped by John To get it into the body shop. He was prompt, and friendly! He met our expectations and then went above and beyond ! He was extremely helpful . I absolutely recommend this towing company and we really appreciate John !

Extremely efficient with very personable customer service. Mr. Moore arrived within minutes of my call and quickly removed my disabled vehicle from the side of a very busy highway. I was pleased with the friendliness of the person who took my call and the professionalism of everyone involved in the process. I will use Moore’s exclusively for all towing services going forward.

Good people! They were very helpful took a friend of mine there who's vehicle was impounded so they could enquire about it and they were wonderful and very helpful even allowed them to get some personal items out of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place to someone. Thank you!

My grandmother & i have always used them for all our towing needs but my last experience with them was awful!!!! Everyone was rude to me. I waited over 20 minutes mins for someone to help me in the office before leaving. I had to wait for approval (when i had exactly what they told me i needed), then told that they only accepted cash like i was an idiot! So i ask if there was a big sign that stated that that maybe i had missed & was told i had been told which i was not!!! They looked down their noses at me & were very disrespectful. I would not recommend this company. I feel as though all customers should be treated fair & with respect.

I moved and had a whole Uhaul stuck in my front yard! It took them less than 30 minutes to come to my house and pull it out of the yard. Mr. Larry was so kind a helpful to me. I appreciate his patience and reassurance. The lady that answered to phone was very helpful as well. The fee they stated it what I paid! If anything else happens...and I hope it doesn't I am calling on them for help!

Great shop Great people. These folks have installed 2 motors for me at a great price in the last 4 years not to mention excellent work and parts availability, and the tools to handle the job with an inventory of parts for every make and model on hand . I would not bring my equipment anywhere else. Thanks again for a job well done

Moore's towing was extremely helpful when we got our moving truck trailer hitch stuck in our neighborhood! They came out and got us unstuck very quickly for a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend them for any towing needs!

Property is way too small, they have to stop traffic for tractor trailers to back out, they don't have many common items in stock. The went to a local store for a Freightliner tail light, brought the wrong one back, had to drive 45 minutes to another place, and struggled for a long time trying to get it on. Maybe they should have used the proper tools in the first place (a correct screw driver.) They took several hours to replace a light lens.

I live down a long, twisting, rugged drive way back in the woods. Gary was able to back his truck all the way down my ridiculous driveway with no problems. He was able to test both my battery and alternator, allowing me to make a more informed decision (as my battery is still under warranty). He was also very friendly. Although I obviously hope to not need another tow, I'll definitely be giving these guys a call if I do!
