If I could give 10 stars, I would. Clines Towing in Dallas, GA is truly the best in the business. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lloyd, and he absolutely deserves recognition. he was prompt, respectful, and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easy. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He treated my vehicle like it was his own, made sure I was safe the entire time, and even took a few extra minutes to help position my car perfectly once he got to the drop off. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great service and great people, but Clines Towing and Lloyd especially nailed both. Fair prices, fast response, and the kind of professionalism that’s hard to find these days. If you ever need a tow, don’t waste your time calling anyone else. Clines Towing, especially Lloyd, are the gold standard. 10/10 all the way.

Referred to us by shop we needed the car towed to. Absolutely an amazingly good experience. From the first contact with the office, to initial contact from the driver, and especially the tracking system, we were amazed.

Pam and Lloyd were very helpful on a Sunday. I broke down in south Ga near Columbus Ga with a truck and trailer. They responded quickly and drove two hours to get me and take my stuff back to my preferred shop of choice in Acworth Ga and cost was cheaper than I expected. Took very good care of my truck and trailer. Lloyd was very friendly during the two hour trial back north, making sure I was comfortable and asked a couple times if I needed to stop for a drink or anything. Their truck was also very clean and comfortable. Thanks guys for making a bad situation a little easier.

The best towing company there is. First-class service, they offer every convenience and adapt to your schedule. Exceptional customer service, they show empathy and dedication to their service, in addition to being super polite. Excellent communication throughout. 100% recommended. I used their services to take my car for inspection.

Exceptional customer service!! I don't know what I was expecting but the service that Mr. Lloyd provided was the highlight to our day. He was on time, quick, and so friendly (especially to our car/truck obsessed son). (From the side of the road to the repair shop, from the repair shop to the dealership) I had the pleasure of working with Albert from Cline’s Towing on August 4, 2025, and he was outstanding—polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dustin came to help me with my car, and he was extremely polite and respectful! He made sure I knew exactly what was going on when my tire went flat. I won’t use anyone else from now on.

My wife was stranded at the Kroger parking lot with a car that wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped off. Clines towing was there in 20 minutes and for a reasonable price towed the car back to our home. The tow truck driver was professional, friendly, and greatly alleviated my wife’s concerns.

I broke down in the side of the road coming home and called Clines. They were there within 20 minutes to tow my car. The tow truck driver quickly loaded my car and even delivered my car into my garage. Unbelievable! Amazing service!!! Yall will not go wrong using Clines. I never thought I’d be leaving a review on a towing service, but I have to this time. First, they arrived within a half hour of my call on a Sunday evening. I couldn’t even believe how fast they were able to come help. When the driver, Dustin, arrived, he was super friendly and personable, even making me laugh multiple times during a stressful situation. Needed to have my vehicle towed to the shop and Cline's was awesome. He arrived in record time (20ish minutes), got my car on the truck and to the shop quickly. Driver couldn't have been nicer. Really appreciate the excellent service.

When I called for a quote to have my sons car towed, they were quick to answer the phone and give me the best price (had to leave messages at other places and some have still not returned my call 5 days later). A few days later, I called to set up the service. Pam was super sweet on the phone and Lloyd made sure to call me with accurate ETA and was on time. He was very friendly and quick! So thankful for their service!
