I literally got a tire a couple weeks ago and it is already flat .. once they put the tire on the did not disclose the correct price I was over charged and now have to go get another tire .. literally waste 100 dollars for nothing . Would not recommend

Would not recommend. At first seemed legit $450 to fix a cracked rim that wouldn't hold air. They failed to complete job correctly and also offered a warranty just to charge me another $150 to "fix corrosion" that was causing an air leak. Then tire went flat again and they wanted to charge me $75 again to have someone fix the rim that they had supposedly repaired and patched. When I sent a location for their "mobile techs" to come out no response from anyone after calling multiple times and they've yet to reach out. Extremely unprofessional . If you couldn’t fix it just say that. Or if it’s not repairable that’s one thing but continuously having me come back to charge me more money for something that should’ve been fixed the first time is ridiculous. Feels like a money grab. Wouldn't suggest bringing your business there.

I came to this tire shop on December 14 Cause he was the only one that was open at that time I usually go to my regulars, but they were closed. First off, he doesn't even take your used tires like the regular guys do! second he has a policy of final sale for used tires usually at other tire shops they will inspect the tire and give you a new one or fix it for you with free of charge with in a certain timeframe. And he's claiming that I probably have a nail or something in it, which is not the case, it is a slow leak. I can tell cause I check my tires all the time. Then he tells me to come back so he can charge me again for another tire for a discounted price. Why would I waste my time when I can go to somewhere else that would do it for free! and looking by the reviews, other customers have the same situation. He’s rude, unreliable, disrespectful, Just poor customer service overall very disappointing!! Will not come back again! Only had this tire for a month. And purchased Two!! All they do is steal your hard earned money!!!!

Phenomenal service. It was a holiday and all the tire places were closed, but not Eazy wheel repair. I got a flat tire, and when I put my spare on, that was flat ! They came out Late and put a tire on my Honda Pilot and I was back in business.

Hands down best tire experience… Top tier!!! I had been calling around searching for a “full size” spare tire for my SUV! I was due to go out of town that morning and didn’t want to chance the drive in inclement weather!!! Not only did they have what I needed… the customer service was on point!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable!!! But The PRICE$$$ was RIGHT!?? Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!!!!???

I highly recommend Easy wheel repair. I was stranded with my tire to the rim on the highway. They came right out and eased my worries in a timely manner. Very professional and great energy. Next time I’m stranded their the first call!

I reached out to Tire Wheel Repair last night for curb rash repair and they quoted me a fair price and fixed my rim as promised. They were fast and courteous.

They fixed my rim and put my tire on my car. Service lasted maybe 20 minutes and the product was great. Drove an hr on a donut and would do it again if I knew they were going to be the ones fixing my tire for me.

I went to Eazy Wheel Repair on Thanksgiving morning and paid $60 for a simple tire plug. I was grateful in the moment… until I woke up five hours later to head out of town and my tire was completely flat again. We tried calling twice, and both times the call went straight to voicemail. For two days, no answer. When we finally got in contact, instead of listening or offering any kind of customer service, he told us we “couldn’t have called” because he makes “money moves every day.” Then he got rude and abrupt, saying we “can’t call two days later” to complain that the tire was still going flat. #1 It was Thanksgiving. #2 We were trying to leave town. #3 We DID call — he just didn’t answer for two days. Because of their poor service and lack of professionalism, we had to get a rental car, costing us even more money. The whole situation was stressful, unnecessary, and completely avoidable. Rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. Never going back.

They did great work, had a air leak and found out that the rim was cracked. After repairs everything is working fine at a great price

There’s not a better Repair tire shop in Dallas or in Paulding County like EAZY. He fixed my wife’s rim on the Mercedes GL 450 he also fixed my wife Tesla model X rims. I recommend him to anybody..

If you’re looking for somewhere that does it all this is definitely the place to be. I came in with a cracked rim and my tire needed to be plugged not only did they get me together, but they were understanding and service was very quick. They literally saved my life, and I love the fact that they’re open on the weekends because most Rim repair shops are not open. This is the type of place that you definitely wanna be locked in with for life so don’t look any further only come here. ???

These guys at Easy Wheel do great work. They are quick and the repair looks great. I had curb rash on a brand new car that they fixed and you can’t even tell. Friendly staff with good work ethic. Their prices are fair too. I recommend!

Had rash repair on one of my wheels completed. I was told the area was sanded, resurfaced and painted. Now about one month later, I’ve come to find out that the area was just covered up with paint and whatever else they used to make it appear smooth. I drove to Dallas from Atlanta because I trusted the telephone conversation I had with the gentleman. My time and money has now been wasted.

Eazy wheel repair is top notch. I had taken my son’s electric motorcycle wheel to bike shops and national tire shops and they either couldn’t or wouldn’t put a new tire on the wheel for us. Within 5 minutes all was complete with class and comedy at Eazy wheel repair? I highly recommend the shop for any wheel job (repair, customization, wrap,… Etc). You will not regret the choice! Great Place, brought in my eletric dirt bike tire and he fixed it in under 10 minutes highly recommend for e-bikes or and kind of repair very professional and knows what he is doing.

When I tell you this is my first time coming here and I am more than satisfied! I came on a random Friday and Eazy and his staff were determined to fix my rim which they did plus more. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

Great service! I brought in my BMW, and they handled the issue like pros—so yes, they know how to work on European cars too. Fast fix, friendly staff, and they even fed me tacos while I waited. Definitely would recommend this rim shop to anyone looking for quality work and good vibes!

Just happened within the hour… Not only do I hate reviews,I hate that it had to be for a local business. But anyway, I came here about a month ago for a respray on two tires. A few weeks later after noticing the paint peeling, I brought my car back for an another appointment. A female employee told me to bring it back whenever I had some free time. So I returned today and was approached by the same person who did the respray before. While we were exchanging information, another guy walked up and started talking to him. I overheard him say, “He’s going to have to run another number.” I was like, what??? I just spent over $300—another number? I might as well buy another rim! Then he gave me a country song about his situation. I’m like, whatever with that; our money is the same color. Respect to the female and the guy today I initially talked to, but I'll pass on this place. And in response, to the Owner’s recent response, since Google doesn’t allow you to respond to the owner’s reply: Give me the dates of that 75$ discount because that a discount in regards to your competitor's isn’t a discount and I have my receipt. I was willing to pay the ticket out of the initial treatment before the service.One thing straight, I never caught an attitude. When your employer tell me he will fix it. You walked up, with a no go attitude after he explained the situation to you. The time you opened your mouth your employer walked off. I suppose he felt I didn’t get the service I should have and saw what time you were on. Which he agreed to fix, but you disagreed to fix it. The facts is, you never gave me a dollar amount which I still wouldn't accept after this work highlighted in the photos attached. You just said to him and me “I need to run a number”. This made me wonder, if you use coded slang for the average customers. Because evidently, you were stereotyping me. So I let you have greed over customer satisfaction. Just, learn something from this encounter. So your future customers are given the correct customer service in the future. But I’ll rather keep the scratched over peeling paint.

10/10 recommend. Got scratches on my rim, called them & they were able to fix it the very next morning! Fair price & Very professional. Rim looks brand new, honestly excellent work!
