Had to get the waterpump replaced on my 2015 Freightliner asap. Heritage got me in the shop the same day and had me out by end of day to deliver my load on time. Repair was professionally done and they did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me in the loop of how the repair was progressing. Cost of repair was also reasonable and fair . Definitely will be doing business with heritage in the future.
The technician that came out to work on my truck name was Mark and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did a great job and got me back on the road.
Michael and Heritage saved the day by having a tech go out and diagnose the coach bus quickly so it could continue its trip with students. The tech knew exactly what to do and had the right equipment to allow our bus to continue safely. I received texts and emails to keep me informed of the ETA and when completed, received a detailed computer list of what he found and what he did to resolve the problem.

I had a truck repaired and Heritage Fleet Services provided exceptional service. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
We depend on our truck for a living and Heritage Fleet Services had it repaired in a timely manner. Michael, the manager was professional, honest, explained the work required and the cost. Mark, the mechanic was knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job making certain everything was completed correctly. Heritage Fleet Services is truly a professional operation with great customer service. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
This is the 2nd time we have used there service's. They first serviced our Newmar. We were broke down on the road there service truck came out to help. Tried was unable to fix. But Wow what service Needed to be towed to there shop. Found the problem after 2 other shop failed. Replaced our fuel pump and we were able to get it to Minnesota.
Brought our Beaver Tunder for a check up. Transmission, oil change, generator check up. Runs beautiful.

Mr. Mike was definitely helpful, patient, and communicates everything throughout the process. We will return for their services, they are a bit pricey, but they go ahead and get you in and seen about as soon as they can.
Michael and his staff were absolutely amazing!! They diagnosed an intermittent problem quickly and fixed everything in a very timely manner. The best part was they cleaned my car!! I would absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future!!!!

They came out for roadside assistance. Unable to fix it there. Roadside assistance was in a timely matter.
Mark was awesome! He diagnosed and repaired my camper. I was desperate to find someone to do the work. I was unable to move my camper and kept getting outrageous quotes or outrageous timelines everywhere I turned. So glad I found Heritage and Mark!!

My truck have a breakdown in Atlanta I20 due to a hose or spill of antifreeze. I can't not call a better option for road service. The Mechanic Mark go far and beyond to fix the problem. They arrive in reasonable quick time. They have some spare parts with them so that saved time too. The Manager Michael was very professional and make sure to explain everything. They sent updates and video on your phone about the repair. I got impressed and be able to be back on the road for my delivery. Thank you so much for the outstanding service. Recommended ?
Heritage Fleet Service was a great experience! They where very informative and understood the assignment. Mike the owner was attentive to any changes and let me know before he started any work to make sure I was ok with him going forward. Heritage Fleet is a professional company and I definitely recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future.
