Called on a Saturday, set up a pickup on Sunday & had to reschedule for Monday morning. Good communication, no issues & driver was a good guy . Would not hesitate to call this company again.

The guy is sitting in my driveway right now leaving with my "junk" car. It was a severely awkward interaction. The man shows up. Doesn't come to my door, just starts looking at the car. And when i walked out and started speaking to him he ignored me...right in front of me. I spoke a couple more times and controlled my anger welling up at a stranger on my property ignoring me. He eventually decided he could speak by offering me less money than agreed upon for the car to which i said i'd accept the amount agreed on...the whole thing made me uncomfortable, but he paid me and took the car so it was not all bad.

Called and over the past couple of days has kept being told I’ll be able to do it tomorrow until today where I haven’t been able to get a hold of them anymore. Was told he would give me the number to one of his tow truck guys but failed to give it to me.

Great customer service came same day I called and was very professional. I would recommend them to any one.
