The store is good, it's just that sometimes the people who work here don't help

Rudest cashiers ever. If you're going to hire just anyone at least train them. There's never any management available. Not that I'd waste my time visiting again, but the little boy that checked me out on Tuesday evening 12/23 is going to allow his mouth to get his ssa beat!

This Kroger has been the one we go to since we moved here. It’s convenient so it makes sense for us. I enjoy and appreciate the employees but overall this store has fallen apart. Today my order had 4 out of stocks. Granted it’s the day after Thanksgiving but I couldn’t believe they didn’t have a single pound of ground beef? Not even a brand substitute? Either that or the pickup employee is unaware of that process. I bought a package of big blueberries for $5 after a coupon and it’s half empty. I got a package of tortillas that was ripped open. The bread is squished. This pick up time is much later than a normally do, regardless the lack of attn to my items seemed iffy today. This isn’t the first, second, third and so on time I’ve had a poor experience with the store, as a whole. I have put up with it because a 2 min drive beats a 10-15 minute drive to the next closest Kroger. I feel like I may have to consider switching it up because at this point it’s on me for thinking it’ll be different from here on out. Again the employees are great. The store itself not so much. The self check out lines are long. They always seem to be low on stock or out of stock. What stock they have in produce isn’t great anymore. Their pick up staff always seems to be under staffed because my orders are rarely on time. I prefer Kroger to other stores based off prices but today fully summed up how this store is and what it’s become. I would like to give it lower but honestly if it weren’t for the employees I probably would have stopped going long time ago.

This review is for cashier Anthony- he has his personal Kroger plus out and swipes it if the customer doesn’t mention theirs. Guess he is getting some free gas

The pharmacy tech Marie is a very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. I called about a prescription that was supposed to be in the system already for pickup. I sent someone to pick the medicine up 2 days in a row with no success. I was trying to find out the reason for the delay but Marie had no time for questions and attempted to over talk me. I requested a manager which she tell me to call back tomorrow to speak with Chris. So, I asked for whomever was in charge today she said you will have to call back later cause they were busy. I told her that's unacceptable and to put someone on the phone cause they need to have additional training and this Marie person hung up the phone. Of course I call back and got to speak with the head Pharmacist Thirn which was I see why she's in charge. She was very knowledgeable and explained what happened with the other people saying the medicine was not in the system. She was very PLEASANT! Marie needs another job not dealing with the public PERIOD.

This review is on the ladies restroom. I would give a negative Star if I could. I used the ladies room today while shopping. I have seen cleaner gas station restrooms. Only two of the three toilets were working. None of them clean, stall doors had no locks. There was feces and blood all over the floor and toilets. No running water to wash your hands. I couldn't believe it! Disgusting Kroger, I know you can do better! I left there feeling like I needed a shower!

Ridiculous now. Used to be good and now they do not staff properly. This is multiple times I had to stand in line to buy groceries because they are improperly staffed. Its like Black Friday type lines when you come last 7. They should be embarrassed.

Terrifying experience with “Richard,” an assistant manager. Witnessed him hassle a customer for no reason as he checked receipt. Accused the person of stealing, with no evidence! I saw the person show the receipt. This Richard fellow is a BEAST, needs to be retrained. He blocked the exit with his bulk. Borders on false imprisonment!

Check the expiration dates for all items ( even no -perishables) !! Over the past 3-4 months I have been to Kroger several times and they consistently have items on the shelves that expired months ago. Just accidentally bought coffee that expired 4 months ago… a few weeks ago i bought lemonade that had expired 3 months ago as well and found a BUG larva in some nuts that I bought . I don’t think they Routinely check expiration dates across all items in the store. Very disappointing for such a large grocery chain.

I hadn’t been to this Kroger store in a while and now it looks like something from a dystopian nightmare. Surveillance cameras everywhere - from the parking lot to every aisle. Slot machines too. I feel like I am in a casino not a grocery store. Long lines to access the automated checkout terminals because no other lines are open. I won’t be going here again.

I bought dog food that was molded. I needed to bring it back. I have been in customer service line 45 minutes. No one is here to help. My husband had to go get someone to the counter and the phone was ringing so I answered it and the customer said he has been trying to get in contact with someone for a week. Poor customer service they need help. I hope they are hiring.

This was already one of the worst Kroger locations in our area. It's consistently cluttered with so many displays and overstock that you can't find a clear pathway to shop. Yet somehow they managed to be out of the most basic essentials when I attempt to shop there. But the new gambling machines as you walk in the door is the final straw for me. I will not spend another penny in this location. Do better, Kroger.

I just had a grocery pickup and by far this has been the most amazing experience! I wish I would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name that brought my items to the car for pick up. He was really kind and used care when putting my things in the car. Thank you so much!

This Kroger has gone downhill. From the rude front end mgr to the workers that don’t speak. Out of date items!!! I brought it to customer service attention.. I am going to Kroger at Home Depot on Scenic hwy.,

I liked this Kroger and have shopped here often, but am feeling more and more that this place is not for me or my family. First, they added the large camera fixtures to the parking lot that flash blue lights at all times. Rather than installing subtle cameras on a post, this device makes it feel like there are police there at all times or that management/ ownership expects there will be constant shoplifting occurring. This expectation of crime makes me feel uncomfortable. Just recently, they have added gambling machines right inside the entrance. I've never before seen these machines anywhere but in gas stations in the worse parts of town. This is red flag number two and further makes me feel uncomfortable. It seems this ownership/management doesn't know the area. I'm disappointed and will drive a few more minutes to take my business elsewhere.

Walked in today and they have installed several new video slot machines behind a wall of chips right after you walk through the door. Disgusting. That belongs in seedy gas stations (barely) and Vegas. I will not shop here again. Terrible.

The two times we've had an InstaCart pickup, we've had the pleasure of getting Isaac as our runner. Both times he has been so polite & pleasant. It's been refreshing to have such a good experience with Kroger pick up. This is not our usual or closest Kroger, but we will continue to come here for his level of service. Thank you Isaac!

Just bought groceries at Kroger, they were bagged by Michael, who likes to put the potato chips tomatoes and other perishables on the bottom and then put the wine, canned stuff on top this is so great because this way I get my chips mushed and I have my tomatoes made into tomato paste by the time I get home! I know Michael's been there a long time and he always works the front and he needs to be retrained or I'm going to be finding another place to buy my groceries, capiche?

If I could give Zero (0) stars or a negative star I would. I placed an online order on Friday 11/22/2024 for a Boar’s Head Boneless Sweet Slice Ham and Home Chef Creamy Macaroni & Cheese to be picked up today, Thanksgiving 11/28/2024 at 10am. My daughter arrived at a few minutes to noon to pick up my order only to be told that someone picked up my order at 8am! So thank you Kroger for giving my order to someone else! Don’t you check the order number or the name on the order? My name is not common, so there no way, that was the reason for the error. Good thing I have little faith and I placed a backup order with Publix and I picked up that order last night. I can say that I will never place another order with Kroger again, this was my first and it will definitely be my last time.

The very worst of all krogers. I've been living here since 1991 and the last 15 yrs this store and it's Mgmt has gone to Nothing. Crowded aisles. Vacant shelves. Old produce. I can go to any other location and find what I need. Clean house and start over. The only bright spot is the Pharmacy!

Awful experience at five forks Kroger in Lawrenceville Georgia today . 2 cashiers, only one bank of the self checkout was open as well. There were 8 people in line in the cashier check out line I was in. Same for the second cashier check out line. Self checkout was jammed too. Cashier working like crazy to check all of us us out. Never seen it like that before. A man stopped me in the parking lot and asked if id ever seen the check out lines like that before. I'll give it one more chance but will shop elsewhere if it's like that again. Who needs to stand in line for 12 minutes if you can shop where it's less than 5? My question is where was the manager? Aren't they supposed to open a check out line when this kind of thing happens?? There are lots of grocery store options around here. The situation at the store today was stupid. Also, always purchase heavy cream for a family member who is doing keto diet. No heavy cream! They usually have a lot. Bin where they keep it totally empty. No signage apologizing.

Amazing customer service from Jason!! I came out from shopping to find someone parked almost against my car so I couldn't get in. Being 40 weeks pregnant, trying to climb over the console from the other side was not an option. After waiting 30 min for the driver to come out I asked an employee, Jason, if he could make an announcement and he immediately did so then offered to climb through the car for me so I could get home. It's a small car so I know it wasn't comfortable for him, so I'm all the more grateful for his incredible kindness and quick desire to help someone in need! Kroger has an incredible employee in this man and he turned a horrible day into one I could look at as positive!

Not the best Kroger for sure. It's way too small for the amount of items inside, aisles are cramped, and it's never a comfortable shopping experience for me. In fact, we've stopped getting groceries from Kroger pretty much because this Kroger is not that great. Also, no sandwiches in the deli section. Would love to see this Kroger get renovated, it really needs it.

The worst experience here, racist workers! oh and if they show an offer they don't honor it! Two workers they were so rude! none of them could explain the offer! and they didn't even take the time to ask where they could help! If you don't want to work, don't! If you are a tourist and need to buy groceries, do not do it here!

I drive extra far to shop at this location. Very clean, great customer service, and a large variety of cheeses that other locations don’t have. And they have a Starbucks inside!

Customers make sure you check dates on everything you pick up to purchase because sometimes we check dates it might be put 4 to 5 years out of date. Roaches in Starbucks and if their there you already know the whole store. Being a grocery store you can control what comes in an out but being clean and fresh at all times. Let the Ceo tell it that all Kroger stores are speck n span durning covid?. Yeah, right! The cleanliness Kroger store I have every been was one of the oldest Kroger store and it's in Macon. Roach was looking for somewhere to drop her eggs.

I bought a roasted chicken today from the deli for a quick lunch with my family. Long sorry short, the chicken was raw and I was very disappointed. I took a bite before realizing it was still pink. Disgusting and absolutely unexceptionable! I wasted $7 for nothing because it went straight to the trash. I honestly won’t be buying anymore deli chicken from Kroger because it obvious they don’t take the time to check the proper temperatures for the chicken. The manager (Bryan) said he’d take care of me the next time I visit since I wasn’t unable to go back. So we’ll see how that goes.
