This was the best and quickest purchase I have ever made on a truck. The salesman Dillion and Jake were easy and professional to work with. All paperwork was done with just a few clicks before I even got there pretty much just had to look it over make sure it’s what I wanted get the keys and go. I couldn’t find a better price anywhere else. Love the truck. Mrs.Blackburn was such a nice lady it’s always great to meet such a successful business woman. It makes all the difference in the world to work with small family businesses. Highly recommend them.

Blackburn provides exceptional service beyond anything you can imagine, my appointment was for cable service on my 50ton and they resolved the issue as well as educate me on the proper service procedures which we’re welcomed and helpful. Bought another truck from Dillion, another great experience!
We bought a great used truck at Blackburn and can't wait until we have them build us a new one. Dillon took care of us and equip our truck with new straps and lights.
I can't say much about this place. All I can say is if you're buying used, proceed with caution because the truck I bought has single handedly ruin my life for now. This place knowingly sold me a lemon. I wasn't going to say anything but I feel compelled to warn others.
I’ve been doing business with Blackburn for the past 7 years, they built a few trucks for our fleet. We love their work, they have the best customer service.
Absolutely the worst experience I have dealt with in 17 years within the tow industry. They have lied and lied and led me to believe they were building a 12 ton 2465 for us, told me completion with a month. I called them to check a week ago, and Dillon tells me that the chassis for us actually is being sold to someone else but will confirm the other person wants it and let me know asap. After a few days I have to call him back to get the response that he is selling it out from under me and acts like it is no big deal. Absolutely horrible communication from them, hadn’t done any business with them before and def will not ever be doing business with them in the future. And not even an apology, just a “sounds good” when I told him my opinion and concern that they have bad business practices.

In response to the answer provided by Blackburn, that is exactly what happened. I have been calling and being led on for mo the now. I have spoke with multiple different people, and my driver and other employees were sitting with me when you told us you had the chassis in and we’re starting on the build and would call me when you were ready for the details on paint, lights, etc. bottom line, you guys absolutely dropped the ball on this one and instead of owning up to it you want to play it off and put the blame on me. It’s real simple, you screwed up. Owning up to it and asking how can we make it right is 10 times better than your arrogant sales person acting like he screws people like this all the time and that this is a regular occurrence. You’ve lost my business for good. End of story. And my review will stay up here so that other people can hopefully read it and be aware of your shady and unethical procedures and practices your doing and hopefully don’t find themselves screwed over waiting on a truck they were promised with a final price and build date and projected completion date, just to not have one show up because lord knows you won’t call them to communicate a dam thing
Went in today Joey was a great help to me he was very knowledgeable and he was very concerned about what I had going on that's why I love coming to Blackburn he gave me some very informative information let me know that by us being so far away that there was a way for us to order online and get it shipped to us great busy thank u Blackburn

Stay Far away from this company and its arrogant sales person Dillion. We just bought a 2020 For F550 flatbed from these people. Drove it back from GA to NV straight and never even put a vehicle on the truck and its got a transmission issue.
We asked that he cover a service and investigation where the leave is and we were denied. The truck went out of warranty 1000 miles ago on the trip back.
What a disgrace with 61 K miles on this and he thinks that a transmission service is expensive. Wait until he arrives in court and has all kinds of state paperwork to fill out and better business bureau documents to answer.

Very knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately for the staff at Blackburn I am MILLER. Brand loyal. They have to deal with me from time to time. Ben and the team have always made me and my hooptie trucks feel welcome. The parts are always in stock and fairly priced. Yes it might be possible to find something cheaper but if I need it now it’s worth the 5 bucks to have it now. I really appreciate stopping by to a good family vibe.
