Made an appointment day after Thanksgiving and when I arrived I was greeted and was informed that it might be a wait, but it turned out that they were able to take care of the problem sooner. Customer service was great.

I had a very good experience with David the manager... very polite and professional... I did have some questions about the work done on my car and I came back and talked to Tam the mechanic... He was very polite and I felt he answered my questions honestly

Love it here. They are always fast, knowledgeable and I love the free coffee!

Really bad, They sat me down for five hours and no one bothered to explain what was going on. I asked questions but they didn't pay attention to me.

Called to make an appointment and once i got there they stated they dont recall i check phone number and address and it was the same store I called. The guy stated his tire guy wasnt even there to assist nor did they had space to see me.

The counter agent was helpful in pointing me to another maintenance shop for a nissan rogue. Most would not do that i appreciate his honesty in knowing the limitations of the shop. I appreciated the honesty

will literally always try to upsell you on any issue. bought my car less than a year ago and came in to get a tire patch, they told me the tread on all 4 tires was low and they needed to be repaired. scummy business practice. better luck going to any mom and pop shop.

Pep Boys ran a diagnostic on my ac before Freon was added with dye. Great job. Clean waiting room too.

The knowledge of the service attendant was great. I waited for my car and they looked everywhere for parts so the job would be done quickly. Completely satisfied.

The crooked service advisor insisted that my rotors needed to be replaced. After rejecting the hugely expensive quote, I changed my rotors myself. There were NO GROOVES at all in the rotors. Thus, the claim that they could not be resurfaced was demonstrably false.

i walked in to simply ask a question ERIC was so rude!! he didn’t greet me and he told me he was too busy, just dismissed me not kindly at all. i would never recommend or come back here.

Scheduled appointment online for a wheel alignment on 1/31/25 at 8 am. Walked in ar 7:50 am. I greeted the person at the desk and advised him i have an appointment at 8 am for an alignment and he stares at me like I'm crazy and exclaims at 8? We don't even have any techs. so i advised him i scheduled online and he responds right you scheduled online. They don't know our schedule here with an attitude like I the consumer am supposed to know the intricacies of the way their system works. Never showed any empathy or apologized for the situation and he just says if i wanted to leave my car they can work on it when they can. Which i replied it's ok and i walked out because at this point I was livid. Complete waste of my time. I don't have all day to wonder when my car will be worked on which is why i scheduled the appointment. I can understand that maybe their system isn't set up correctly. But absolutely not the way to show a customer 0 appreciation or understanding when i wasted my time and effort to be there at 8 am today.

Managers here don’t know what they are doing. I walked in @1 to make sure that they could change my headlight bulb & they said yes and I needed it done today. So i expressed that and the female manager at the desk said oh yes it’ll be done before then since they close at 7. So I went ahead and booked the later appointment @4 got there @3:45 and was told that they couldn’t replace them today because the man who does it left in an hour and had 3 cars already. I booked the restoration packet online thinking it also included the headlight bulb (which doesn’t apparently) & the male manager said they don't do those anymore and it had been years since they last did it why have that as an option online if they no longer do it? If they had let me know when i went in @1 that they wouldn't have my car ready before closing time then i could have taken my business elsewhere. Overall this was a huge inconvenience and these older people need to get retrained on what services they offer & estimated times & how scheduling works people book appointments and go an extra mile on calling or going in store to avoid inconveniences like this.

This is the second time these guys have helped me out on a weekend within a couple of hours of closing. I limped into the place after a heavy piece of metal bounced up from the roadway on 316. As always, everyone there is super helpful and all about getting you back on the road. I had to wait an hour or so, but it wasn't much longer before I had a new tire and was on my way. I'll need two more tires soon, and of course, I'll be back there to get them! Great service, competitive prices, and superior work.

Have you ever gone to an automotive repair shop, and regardless of your anxieties, was made to feel relaxed and confident that your automotive problems, would be resolved quickly and efficiently as possible. Well that was my experience with Maggie, at the Lilburn repair shop on Pleasant Hill Road. No stress, and no foolishness. They did what she said and she did it Well. Thank you so much Maggie, I really appreciate you and your team for keeping my family and I safe in our little car. Ms.B.

They did a horrible job. I don't recommend them at all. They should close down or run to the manager. I went to do alignment and balancing and my ball bearing was turned to the left and they didn't rotate the tires. I spent 210 dollars for nothing. I came back to get my money back for it. Bad job and I didn't get a refund. The manager and the person who worked on my truck are trash. Don't let them work on your cars, especially if they are new.

I've had the worst experience here. My check engine light came on and I HAD to stop here because it was the closest. I received a tune up, breaks and other services however as soon as I left the parking lot my engine light was back on, I returned only to have several tests done a long test drive and my check engine light was still on. My car wouldn't pass the admissions test and I called to se if there was anything that could be done since I'd already spent over $1000, David was extremely rude and threatened to call the police on me and told me I wasn't welcomed in his store, I went anyway because I need to get my car to pass the admissions test and everything they said they fixed came up on why my car failed. David didn't acknowledge me at all and called the police on me and said that I was trespassing which lead to the police Giving me a criminal trespassing warning. I wasn't rude to anyone and was very patient in trying to get this matter taken care of. As a paying customer I'm truly heart broken to be put in this position to have the police called on me for no reason and for them to tell me He said he doesn't want me in that store. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this. And my car still won't pass the admissions test.

Very friendly and fast service. I needed rotors, calipers and pads and they had me in and out quickly. Maggie was extremely helpful. Price was very competitive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ken was very polite, and really professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'm not easily impressed by people doing their job but I'm very impressed with I see a person going above and beyond!!! It was very refreshing to experience. People like Ken are needed to restore faith back in our service industries. Keep up the GREAT work Ken!!!!

Wow, where to start. I took my car in because the front passenger side, near the wheel was making a very loud noise. They recommended I replace the control arms. It was supposed to take 3-4 hours. I brought my car back the next day, after 4.5 hours I get a call saying they never received the parts. Ok, cool, not their fault. A little annoying it took half a day for them to let me know this, but whatever. So I make another appointment, after 4+ hours, I call to check on the progress. The older man who answered the phone informed me he WAS trying to work on it, but now he was on the phone (as if I was the one keeping him from finishing the job). 2 hours later I get a call saying they had the wrong parts and couldn't complete the job until after the weekend. After having my car for 4 days, and an $800+ bill, I get in my car and it feels like they didn't do anything. If anything the noise has gotten louder. Now I'm out a lot of money and on the hunt for a decent mechanic. **Side note: Ken was the only pleasant part of my experience with Pep Boys. I in no way want my review to reflect poorly on his customer service. But I hope he finds a better job because this place is a joke.

I had a very positive experience getting my car serviced for the first time at Pep Boys - Lilburn! I needed my alternator replaced and was given a significantly high quote from another place. My sister recommended Pep Boys and the manager, David because she said that he's always been honest about her car needs. He shared his estimate for replacing my alternator, which was very much in line with the estimates that I researched online. Once completed, it even came in a little lower than the original estimate that he gave me. I am very happy that I came here!

We came to have a Tesla serviced but they didn't do that at that location, altho it says that on the website. But we found out we could bring it to a pep in Marietta. Overall clean place friendly staff well stocked items reasonably priced.

I used to always go here to get my tire changed as well as to get my car serviced. However, their customer service has been the worst lately. I scheduled an appointment twice at this location and I received a call back the same day of my appointment stating that they are not able to service my car because they only have one mechanic. This is very inconvenient and poor client care. They should block their availability online if they are not able to accommodate customers. I spoke with the assistant manager, David. I even explained I was going out of the state and needed to get my tire checked. He was not willing to help at all. I then decided to go to the pep boys at W Pike street to see if they can help and they were able to help me with my two tires changed. I hope upper management will look at this and do something about the location in Lilburn. Very disappointed at this location!! Never going back to this location!!

I had always liked coming to this location. But for my last oil change I am very frustrated with them. I made an appointment Monday and received a call saying they needed to cancel. I made a new appointment for Saturday at 4:30, my car was not ready until 7:00. They also told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP and that they were so bad that they would start squeaking any day now. I took my car to my trusted mechanic and was informed Pep Boys lied to me, and my brakes look brand new. I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me to get more money. Very disappointing.

I would like to compliment and acknowledge the amazing staff at Pep Boys in Lilburn. David and his staff always provide the best customer service and customer satisfaction. This remarkable group of gentlemen have always been able to diagnosis and replicate any problems with my vehicles. They take the time to explain the issue in a way that any car owner would understand, and their estimated time of service is always spot on. I never doubt or question their diagnosis or service. I’ve owned vehicles for over 25 years and until the past few years, I have never found a reliable and trustworthy service as this location has provided. My family has been Pep Boys customers for the last 2 ½ years and there is not any car I would hesitate to bring to them. Congratulations on building such a wonderful brand in this community. If the mission is providing high quality service, then the employees at this Pep Boys are exceeding that mission beautifully. If you anyone out is looking for good honest service, please stop by this location – you will NOT be disappointed.

RODGE IS THE BEST HUMAN I HAVE EVER MET IN THIS BUSINESS. HE GOT RIGHT TO THE POINT WITH MY SERVICE REQUEST AND TOLD ME HOW MUCH I WOULD BE LOOKING AT FOR MY BRAKE PADS, ROTORS, AND MAJOR TUNEUP. IM IN MY 2015 DODGE CHARGER ROLLING HARD NOW. BRAKES FEEL GOOD AND POWER WAS RESTORED BACK TO FACTORY. IM OVER 100,000 MILES AND IT FEELS LIKE 74 MILES AGAIN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS POST IS IT DIDNT BREAK THE BANK EITHER!!!!! RODGE WAS SUPER GREAT

Do yourself(and your vehicle) a favor, don't go there. I had brakes done which caused a weird voice from front passenger side by the wheel. Went back there next day, they drove around their shop but the mechanic wasn't able to hear the voice which I was hearing. I insisted, response was 'you need to replace shocks..' really? without looking?? I went to another repair shop and they found that **Screws on breaks were lose** One of the fluid containers lid was also missing. I am not going there again, ever
