I was so amazed with this store! I was able to get a same-day appointment over the phone, which was already a great start. From the moment I walked through the door, the team made sure I was taken care of immediately. I’ve only been to one other Firestone location for service since I moved to Georgia, and this was the only time I didn’t have to spend an entire day waiting for my vehicle. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and everything was quick and efficient. I was truly in and out in no time. Hands down the best Firestone experience I’ve had.

After going to another tire store for a tire check, they overfilled my tires. Firestone explained the situation to me and fixed my tires free of charge. Very professional and personable

Demond and Enrique are always so amazing when I bring vehicles in! They are always transparent and honest and friendly. I am always impressed at the level of service I receive. 12/21 visit Francisco is amazing I forgot the young man who served my vehicle but he was efficient and respectful of my vehicle. This is the only location I will bring the vehicle.

The service at Store# 029289 has exceeded my very high expectations. Having had my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced there, which I driven since a brand new vehicle with zero miles, as a "pride and joy", I am very particular. Trust with maintenance service providers is hard, due to mechanics lack of desire to work at times or performance issues regarding Human Factors. Truly not the case at this location. Now having my 2011 Saab 9-5 Turbo4, my standards remain; all the more higher. The team here; Francisco (Service Advisor) and Demond (Technician), as well as Jeff (Service Advisor), handled my service with tact and tenacity. Professional and straight forward, and Demond shared vital knowledge pertaining to my vehicle and a willingness to get the job done. Francisco went above and beyond to research, and communicate. This store, in my opionion has not only lived up to the history of Firestone, but I believe that Mr. Harvey Firestone himself would be exceedingly proud. - HANK WILLIAMS III

Francisco and Enrique are the guys you need to see at this location. I went to another location in South Atlanta to get an oil change and a new tire, but they messed up the tire valve. So the tire went flat on the way home, and they also put in the wrong oil. My car requires 0w20, and the other store put in 5w30. The other store was responsible for this mess. I drove home a fully repaired car on a leaky tire. It was leaking from the valve stem. So I came here, and they resolved all my issues free of charge. Whoever reads my comment, please come visit this Lilburn location and get better service.

I highly recommend this location at 4309 Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn. I dropped in on Sunday morning in a desperate need of an alignment. Mr. Jeff attended to me and was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He got me in and out as fast as he could and I appreciate it.

I recently did a pre-purchase inspection for a car I was considering to buy. Every mechanic here was professional and knew their work! Ended up chatting with them for awhile even after my car was done. HIGHLY recommend!!

I’m leaving a five star review for Enrique. I was frustrated about the wait, but he was so nice and understanding. Definitely felt better when I left. Also shout out to Francisco and David (they were also very helpful)!

My car sent me an notofication ? She wanted an oil change while i was traveling . I booked the appointment online based on what was closest to the hotel. They found me in the system and hoisted my car up exactly on time! Did the complinatary service check and in 30 minutes i was on the road again!

David was amazing - they were about to close, it was raining, my wife and I were anxious because our tire was flat and we barely made it there. David went out of his way to tell us our options and made sure our tire got fixed and we just had overall great service. I really really recommend this place and he was great. 10 out of 10 for real.

Not a great location to come too I came with my truck to get an alignment , when I picked my truck up , it was leaking oil from between the motor and transmission. Note there has never been no oil stains in my driveway till I left this location. be careful these guys are messing with cars to get more work

Excellent customer service and honest work from Enrique Valencia and the team at the Lilburn, Georgia location. They explain the service and make recommendations. I’m impressed by the integrity that was displayed by all. The brake service price was not in my budget for that day but it was in comparison with other competitors. They made it easy for me to pay with no interest over 6 months. I will be a loyal customer and will share my experience to others.

I have visited several firestone, and and by far this has been the best, from the great customer service and welcoming, two explaining in detail what's wrong and how they're going to fix it. 1 hour Prior to coming here i went to the firestone on peachtree industrial, this service took extremely long, only to get my vehicle back.The way it was when I bought it in, then they said let them recheck it. I decided against it and came to the Firestone On lawrenceville highway. They fixed the problem correctly with wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this Firestone.

I went to Firestone store and couldn’t be happier. I needed tires and alignment. Got it done and was made aware of two other issues in my break pads that were fixed as well. I recommend them due to the transparency and efficiency on their work.

I had a pleasant experience at Firestone on Lawrence Hwy (Lilburn). The fact Mr Valencia, the manager, is bilingual made it easier for me and my husband. The service provided was quick, and very well explained to us. I highly recommend them!

My G. body Cutlass stopped running across the street at the sound shop. I went next-door to the auto shop and they were pretty rude. I then walked across the street to Firestone. Not only did they walk across the street to help me navigate what was wrong with it, they helped out in a major way trying to see what the problem was. That took multiple trips going back-and-forth across the street as the car wouldn’t start. They went above and beyond trying to help me. I don’t know everyone’s name there that help me. However, One used to own a Corvette back in the day and he just got a promotion and the other gentleman he worked the front. I believe he was a manager. I don’t like that I don’t know their names, but it was wonderful experience, especially after dealing with the auto shop that was next-door to the sound shop as they didn’t even want to walk 80 feet to help me with my car God bless Firestone

I am very particular where I take my vehicles for servicing because there are a lot of people and places out here that are not authentic. I’ve been coming to this Firestone for several years and I must say the ONLY reason why I’m still there is particularly because of the head mechanic named D. When I first started coming to the shop, it was a bit chaotic however because they are very busy. However, once the vehicle got back to the back D came out and reassured me that he would take care of me and that he did. After several years, his promise has never been compromised. He is an amazing mechanic and very knowledgeable about what he does. I have visited other Firestones out of convenience due to appointment availability but I rather wait my turn to come back to this Firestone because the service I get from D surpasses any other Firestone. I have referred my whole family to this Firestone just because of D. I’m sure all the other technician are great as well but I’m very loyal to D for always making sure my vehicles stay safe on the road. Thank you D for your skill, efficiency and passion!
