Master Towing came and got me off busy I-85 south when my drive belt snapped. The driver was on time, friendly and good at his job. The price charged was also reasonable. I recommend this towing company!
My radiator failed on the highway. I checked with my insurance's towing company and a few local ones, but they all had 1+ hour wait times. I called here, exchanged a few texts, and Manjit (I think?) arrived in less than half an hour. Good conversation, polite, nice to my car, good price, etc. Will use them + recommend them to friends.
Master Towing kept in constant contact over the phone and text message. They arrived early and quoted less than another companies. They were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Mr Goodman helped transport our classic car that is being restored. It does not run and the interior is completely stripped out. He was very careful when unloading He even went a step further and helped us position the car in the garage which took a little time. I will definitely be using them again

This is the worst tow truck company I had called them because my wife is stuck on the side of the road with daughter upon arrival The driver was trying to get my wife number I hear this gentleman say you need someone like me that’s cool come get you not like the one to send a tow truck after you very disrespectful and unprofessional I would not recommend this company to know one When I try to get a refund they ran my card twice
This is an amazing tow assistance my car was stuck in my yard from the rain and they were able to come and get the job done with professionally with care. I highly recommend you choose this tow assistance, a great man indeed!
This service is amazing. My friends truck broke down on Lawrenceville hwy today. He waved at a tow truck. The man turned around and helped us. Mr. Goodman is great. He towed the truck home and gave us a ride. Very good price. We would have been stranded for hours if not for him. I would use him again definately.
I called 5 other "24 hour" towing companies listed on Google around 6am today, and this was the only one that answered my call. Goodman was very professional, courteous, and arrived to tow my SUV within the estimated time given. I will definitely be a continuing customer. Thank you Goodman!

My kitten had escaped into my car's wheel well and would not come out. Mr. Good man was here within 15 minutes after I called him and 10 minutes later he rescued my cat! My car broke down at one location and the tow driver was headed my way but then my car turned over so I canceled services. As I was trying to make it to the auto shop, my car stopped again. I called the same driver and he was gracious enough to come pick me ip at the second location and didnt try to overcharge me. Very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this towing company.
Great services, on time didn't even have to go to the car, driver pick the car up an drop it at my house, easier then ordering pizza, will use derives again soon look for my next review, of yea even got to pay with my card no cash
I am not one to write reviews very often, but my experience with Master Towing was absolutely one of the best I have ever received from any service company. Mr. Goodman showed up about 15-20 minutes after i called him. The spare another company had put on my car was not tightened and on my way to the dealership, the spare had loosened until only one lug nut remained on the tire. Mr. Goodman was very knowledgeable when it came to my situation. We faced a few difficulties with hitching my car to the tow given that my tire would not roll properly. He was able to load my car onto the tow with ease. I rode with him to our drop off location, and he offered me water and we had such a nice conversation. He made me feel very safe and comfortable unlike many times in the past where i had felt uneasy being in the car with a total stranger. Turns out, the place we took my car was not able to fix my problem given that there were more issues with my car than we had initially thought. He patiently waited until i could find another shop that could fix my problem, and then took me there. His pricing was fair and affordable, although i would have paid him any amount with the outstanding service that he provided. He was so helpful, kind and professional. I refuse to use any other company other than Master Towing in the future and i have already recommended him to my family and friends.
Exceptional service. Mr. Goodman was very friendly and took time with my car considering it had a body kit .. he also drove me home after leaving my car at the body shop. Best towing service I’ve ever had
