Fraud. Stay away. Took our truck in to get an estimate. The estimate was way too high so we told them we would go elsewhere. They slapped an $855.00 bill for the giving of the estimate. Never told us up front. Never got our approval. Now they wont give us back our truck. Stay away from these crooks.
These stars are because they could not give me a satisfactory solution to my problem just because they did not have the model of the motor for my lift gate. I expected more since I saw that they installed new ones and that was the recommendation to install a new one.
We had a G2 Tommy Gate added to one of NPR's. Once the part came in the turnaround was exactly how the owner Terry, described, he's a true true professional. The part was delivered, we dropped off the truck, the next day they did the work, and we picked up the finished product the very next day. Very pleased and we will be taking our trucks back to have any work done.
Just called to if they do maintenance on a boxtruck. Lady who answered the phone was not willing to give me any info. I was looking to do a simple oil change. Stated she had no idea what the cost would be or a range. Her answer to anything is I dont know. Why would I bring my truck here if I have no idea what it cost to do a simple oil change. I told her I will go somewhere else and she didn't care. She just lost a potential loyal customer. Need someone else to answer the phone with better customer service.
Great customer service! The lady at the front(i think her name was Adrenne) was such a sweetheart. She was willing to do whatever it took! On top of that the job was finished early and above expectations. Thanks guys
