Very disappointed with the management at this AutoZone location. I came in for a battery warranty replacement and was sent to another store after being told the battery wasn’t theirs. The other store confirmed the same. When I returned, the manager, Gabrielle, admitted he sent me away because he didn’t want to take the time to replace the battery. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. The staff were polite — management needs serious improvement.

I want to be very clear — Yaneli and the regular staff at this AutoZone location were professional, helpful, and respectful. I truly appreciate their effort. However, my experience with the manager, Gabrielle, was unacceptable. As a manager, leadership and accountability are expected. Instead of resolving the issue in a professional manner, the situation was handled poorly and dismissively. When management fails to support both customers and staff, it reflects negatively on the entire store. The staff deserves recognition. The management needs improvement.

We had a great experience! Came in struggling to find the right wiper blades and the staff were super helpful! The manager today was really knowledgeable and friendly. We can brave the rain so much better now!

Yes I had to wait in line not as long. As I normally would have. But once you get to agency. They are awesome. Being a woman not knowing what to get . They take there time explaining to u .what u need and why you need it. Just so helpful. I give them a 10 in customer service.

I’ve been coming to the hub for years & I’ve dealt with an array of different employees….. idk where you guys have been hiding ponytailRAY , but man-o-man …. What a delightful guy , super educated , stopped me from buying the wrong part!!!!!!! I came in with a part# that I grabbed off the web & BECAUSE Ray insisted with look up YEAR MAKE MODEL I was sold the CORRECT heat/ac blower motor!!!!!! ….. doesn’t sound like much? Right? Just come back & swap’her out? Right? … NOOOOO!!! Ray saved my ? my house is 45mins away & this is (so far) been the coldest night of the year!!!! give RAY a raise & a round of applause!!!!

I came to AutoZone for a battery warranty replacement I bought two years ago. The service was quick, and the employee was friendly and offered to help remove the battery, though I declined since I could do it myself. They handled the warranty smoothly and efficiently. Overall, a straightforward and positive experience.

I was denied a return of few parts that I bought some other store. Employee stated you can’t return anything over $100 to a different store. I will be reporting this to the Autozone corporate. Poor customer serivce .

Very disappointed in Auto Zone. As you can see from attached picture that I had my motorcycle battery recharged at Auto Zone. Went to 2 AZ stores today & no one seems to recharge batteries. The first store where I did it before just seemed to disregard me at all cost. Like wow I got it done here before. I called the next store before I went there, got there same sentiments.

Nelly greatly improved a very stressful day. After 4 days of dealing with repairs on both of our vehicles very little had gone right. Today I found out that i purchased the $28 cans of freon from AutoZone rather than the $12 cans. Three cans totaled $50+ over my budgeted amount. Today as I went to exchange them I couldn't find my receipt and remembered that it may not be in the computer because we changed registers at the last moment because I was paying cash. Meaning my info wouldn't be found under my name. As I handed Nelly the items for return i was aggravated and ready for an argument when she unexpectedly resolved the issue by going over that day's receipts until she found mine. I expected her to take the easy route and deny my return but she didn't. Nelly and AutoZone solidified my loyalty when it comes to buying auto parts.

I am 72yrs senior. I had to put antifreeze by my self. And you know what I did it. The clerk showed me where to put it and the where line for full. We made a good team.

I live in the area almost 10 years, there are a couple of Auto Zone near by but this store definitely the best. I got good experience, good people here even new person every single time. Bryan is the man, I can see why he’s in training to be a manager. If you have him to help you out, you have a lucky day, he will take care of you and your car, even talk to you nicely. He will give you the best advise and options, he even took some time to think and figured out a way to help me today. When he help me replace the battery , he even help cleaning everything before put it in. Can not expect anything else from a store like this

I needed to test my car battery, so I stopped here for it to be tested. Pablo immediately greeted me and even through it was decently busy, was able to test my car battery quickly. The battery failed, and Pablo was very helpful and efficient in helping me find the correct battery for my car and even took the time to switch it out for me. 5/5 for customer service!

Worst store ever, called the entire day. They pick up the phone and place you on hold until you hang up. At one point i was on hold for over 1 hour. Went the the store and saw everyone on there phones just scrolling. Phones just ringing in the background. absolutely useless.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I walked into AutoZone expecting a quick and simple transaction—purchasing a $274 car battery and a 10mm tool kit. Nothing complicated. Instead, what I experienced was a complete disregard for in-person customers. While I stood in line waiting to be helped, three different employees prioritized answering ringing phones over the actual customers standing right in front of them. One employee told us they’d “be right back,” then simply walked away and never returned. The other two had their heads down the entire time, avoiding eye contact and any sense of urgency. Another employee wandered off, only to return briefly when the phone rang again, completely ignoring the people physically in the store. Not one employee acknowledged us with a “we’ll be with you shortly” or offered a simple, professional courtesy. It became clear that the phones were more important than the people ready to spend money in person. We weren’t there to browse—we were there to buy. And despite being ready to drop nearly $300, we received no service, no greeting, and no care. Customer service should never feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff by walking in. I understand businesses have to handle phone inquiries, but there’s a balance—and this store failed miserably at striking it. We ended up taking our money elsewhere. I’ll gladly support a business that values face-to-face customers just as much as those calling in.

Customer attempted to purchase the two air fresheners which were clearly labeled 2 for $5.00. Just by chance it was discovered that the system was charging $4.99 for one. Once this grotto management’s attention. Management simply dismissed the customer, refusing to honor the price 2 for $5.00 .

By far the slowest working auto zone I’ve ever been too. If you need your parts in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE! I don’t know who the manager is but he needs to get fired for allowing his team to work so slow and not trying to accommodate to the clients. Also they can’t multi task if you called them they will just put you on hold. This place sucks big time!

I came today asking for help with my battery and lights, a very friendly lady assisted me, explained me what I could do and told me to park my car so they can check it. So Mr. Adil ejaz came over and checked it, he was so kind, patience and helpful. He explained me what I could do and gave me all the options and suggestions. Great time and service today !!! ?

Excellent service! I needed a new battery and I really wished I got the employee's name, because he was phenomenal! Very professional and pleasant. He changed out the battery super fast, and helped me to pick out the best one for my car. He also made sure to check the car again before I left to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I appreciate you all so much, Especially after having to leave another store because they refused to change it, mentioning that its too complicated ! lol , But any who, thank you for the excellent service, God bless you all!

Miguel and Adil were amazing! Service was friendly and fast. Changed my tail lights out and did a full check of the others. Late night and they serviced me like I was the 1st customer of the day. Really appreciate it!

Not of the normal! Over 8 people are waiting for service/check out. Only 2 of the 5 employees are working. Two were in the back on phones, and 1 sitting in the floor changing prices. I, along with 3 others, eventually walked out while others were asking what it going on here. November 13th at 3:30 pm

Strike One, Inexperience Staff. Strike Two, Rental tools? A joke. Slide hammer bearing puller, vacuum packed and inspect by their staff, only the slide and zero attachments. Strike Three, Long wait times. Never saw more than 2 registers open. 30 minute minimum line. This makes my third trip trying to get the right parts and tools. No WITTIDJR.

Ordered a part Friday , paid for overnight shipping (guaranteed Saturday delivery) Item didn't show up until Monday 2:30pm Just look at images on the way these clowns shipped my part!!! " Part doesn't fit in the box! No problem just knock a hole in box and let it hang out the end, problem solved" Nothing but a "CRACK HEAD" shipped it this way!!!

Jay(manager in training) was sooo horrible. Came here to buy breaks. This dude is asking all kinds of questions about my car and my TAG number(like if a tag is going to tell you what breaks I need) stay away at least from this store. Way better service and KNOWLEDGEABLE employees on the auto zone down the street, sad to believe that they call this headquarters. Even with the vin number they gave me the wrong pads ??♀️??♀️??♀️

This AutoZone is open 24 hours. It has a large parking lot and extra parking on the left side of the building. A key making machine, the same FREE services at other AutoZone’s like check engine light, tool rental etc. Although there were several employees around the registers an immediate greeting wasn’t given. Thankful by the time I got to the end of the store Mr. JUSTIN a manager who was stocking the shelves with product greeted me with a warm welcome asking if he could help me find something. If you need a new battery with a good warranty and FREE installation come to AutoZone. If you need windshield wiper blades and FREE installation or even a headlight or brake light this is the place to come. Reminder, like the sign says.... AutoZone is hiring!
