I went in there lost. I had no idea she’d go find anything. Mr. Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me figured out the size of wipers and which pads i needed for my brakes. Definitely will recommend.

I bought a new battery for my BMW because Advance Auto now offers FREE registration of the battery, which is a necessary step for the vehicle, and something I really value! However, after getting the run around from other locations and even after 2 calls to customer service, I landed in this store, which was confirmed to have the necessary equipment to register my battery. Hooray! Well, after a quick chat with some members of the staff, I was told that it is not a service offered at this location, and I was promptly dismissed! Then Kristina saved the day!!! She went above and beyond to look for the equipment to be able to help me, and she spent almost an hour with me outside to get the job done while learning the process! I was very disheartened with my experience at Advance Auto until this angel of a person did what no one else wanted to help me with. Thank you, Kristina. She took my 1 star experience and made it nearly perfect! For that reason, I give 4 stars

TL;DR: Go to another location, the team at this store is shady. Why: I was recommended a product based on my make and model and when it didn’t fit store employees refused to initially offer a refund. I asked for their return policy and the manager made an "exception" only after I insisted. I have never had an experience like that before. **Update** Looks like advanced auto parts corp team takes the feedback seriously. It is still my favorite place to buy parts, but I will skip this store in particular. Thanks to responsiveness I am adding a additional star but keeping this review up for others.

The store is well stocked. It is clean and organized. The store is also well lit. The staff were very helpful but not intrusive.

I went to this advance auto parts today and had the best experience. The manager Nayeli was so helpful and knowledgeable about cars and the products that they have in store. She was kind and explained what I needed for my car in the best way because I know nothing about cars. I will definitely be back whenever I need anything for my car!

Drove all the way from conyers to get grill retaining clips for 2000 chevy silverado which only takes 2 clips. They would only sell the whole box 25 clips.
