Very bad service, they refuse to honor the warranty. I bought one three months ago and they haven't replaced it. This is terrible. The man's name is Henry and he always makes excuses. Very bad service.

I bought something at this store and was badly treated by the cashier who served me. A man refused to help me find some lights for my car and wouldn't give me my money back. He threw the product at me.

Today I would like to give 5 stars to the General Manager, Henry for his fantastic customer service. From the time I called to the time, I entered the store he made me feel very special and welcomed. I liked his great smile and kind demeanor. He was extremely knowledgeable about Deer Whistles. I would definitely recommend this location.

Andreas and Henry are so helpful and also extremely trustworthy. After my purchase, I dropped my wallet in the parking lot. I didn’t notice until about 20 minutes later and they went out to the parking lot to find it for me and secure it. I was having such a stressful day and they really are life savers !!!

I recently visited this location and was assisted by a gentleman named Henry. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I initially thought my battery was still under warranty elsewhere, and he encouraged me to double-check before purchasing. When I found out it wasn’t, I returned, and he helped me select and install a new battery. Every time I visit this location, the service is excellent.

I went to Advanced Auto Parts, trying to figure out how to repair my car bumper because I didn’t know what to do; it had been partially ripped off and I needed to either fix the bumper or completely replace it. Mr. Andreas K. was so kind and gracious enough to look at my vehicle and found the best solution for me to repair it (a metal adhesive that will fix the crack on the bumper) so I won’t have to spend about $250.00 to replace the entire bumper. Thank you so very much Mr. Andreas for taking the time to help me find an ideal solution to my vehicle repair problems. You guys go and check him out. The staff at this location are very professional, very kind and very helpful; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

I don't like people working on any of my vehicles if I can avoid it. These guys changed my mind on that. Outstanding follow up and customer service. Which is refreshing nowadays. They fixed an issue I had been chasing for yrs. Beyond knowledge in their trade. Highly recommend!

My husband a I had a great experience with Muhamed who was working last Saturday 6.29.24 and 6.30.24. He provided excellent service. So much so that my husband thought he was the owner. He stated he was not the owner but that he had been entrusted:-) such wisdom to go above and beyond it's a great lesson for all of us :-)

Our Truck was stranded and we went to the Advance Auto Parts near us and Chad was super helpful he helped us figure out our problems he was kind and shown genuine concern. He saved us money and time.

I went to your store this week for a battery and One of your employees approached me but he was slurring his speech and was not helpful at all. I’ve been there many times this week and the smell of alcohol coming off of him was overwhelming. This needs to be dealt with immediately. I will go elsewhere with my business if this is not addressed soon. His name was J.

I bought a head light from them about 30 days ago a young man installed it for me I came back to get the other one installed I was told by a manager they don’t allow it. I was willing to pay for it but unfortunately they wouldn’t and I will no longer give them my business.

I came to the store at the same time as another customer, the store were empty, the door bell rang, an employee made visual contact with us and kept walking to help someone sitting on the floor organizing some tools. A third employee were on the phone looking for some parts and also noticed us and the fourth employee started to talk with the one on the floor, finally the other customer get help and I waited for about 4 minutes, no help was provided. I left.

I stopped in Advance today just to get some oil & an oil filter, not spending much money. When I walked in Ernest was working 2 different phones by himself. Once he was off the phone he asked what he could help me with. I asked if he could lookup my oil filter & I didn’t have all the vehicle information so he proceeds to try to assist me. All the while he’s still assisting customers on the phone as well as 2 more customers that came in after me. I did finally figure out the oil filter number & Ernest already had it in his hand. This guy is awesome! I didn’t even spend $40 but he treated me as if I was spending $400. I really appreciate his help & just genuinely proving great customer service. Thank you!

I just had my battery jumped and got to the store. The battery was 4 years old, and needed yo be re placed. Sarah, one of the employees here at this location, went above and beyond the understanding of customer service. She tested the battery, it was basically dying in our lovely 93 degree heat summer days. She recommend the silver 24 duralast battery, ( I have an Acura, which takes this type of battery) and went to work taking out the old battery, and literally dropping in the new one. Of all the auto places I have been in, she is the most knowledgeable one I have come across in many years. Make it simply easy on your self and go to this location and ask for her. You will get great service and a nice smile! Sarah, thank you again!!!

Ordered part in person. I never received a call even after a week of waiting. I traveled in person told my part arrived 3 days earlier. They would call me when they find it!!! They never called. I called the next day I was told the part was not their. Yet they never reordered after they sold my paid in advance part to someone else. No apologies. I had to file a fraud dispute to get my funds returned. Stay away from this location

This 5 stars are for Sarah, only because she was very nice and helpful. So the night before, my car broke down due to the belt tensioner broke out of no where. Which mean i have to wait until the next day for my friend to hook the car up with the town truck, i went to advance auto part to get the part I need, and because I work for a nearby mechanic shop, my boss ( Mr. Vo) gave me a permission to use his code to get discount for all the parts. Through out the process Sarah helped me out nicely and helped me order the part. But since it was my first time ordered that much stuff, so it hard for me to pick out the best part for my car. I think i ended up gave Sarah a hard time, im so sorry Sarah. I don't think i would ever do that again instead i would let my boss order all the parts next time to avoid the confusing. Anyway, 10/10 for customer service, 10/10 for working her best, and 10/10 for a beautiful smile. And If i got you into trouble Sarah im so so sorry. God bless you and thank you for everything. I love this advance Auto parts. The manager is so professional and he always takes really good care of me when I go there. The parking lot was recently repaved and the store looks brand new. This store has great employees who are always helpful and go above and beyond every time. I will always go here over AutoZone any day of the week

I'm no mechanically inclined individual, and I had an issue with my windshield motor, so naturally I go to here to check it out. The employee, his name was Ford, immediately stepped into action, checked out my car, explains to me the issue, installs the new part, shows me how to do it myself, and found me a really good deal. To say I'm happy with the expedition service provided would be a radical understatement. Ford, you are incredible, it's people like you that keep me coming to Advance Auto Parts. Thank you.

As far as Advance Auto Parts go this place is trash. It just looks awful. The last two times I've been there a car has been parked in the no parking zones. Obviously an employee. Signs on the door are hand written in spanglish. I read both. The address is written in window chalk in the top window not even a sticker. This place just looks trashy. Also when I place an order to pick up at this location I can wait 24hrs before pick up and I still have to wait for them to pick the order when I arrive so what's the point. If you have an opportunity try and find another location.

the only reason I give this place 2 stars is because I've never had a problem until today when I was denied service to just check why my engine light turned on. I didn't even get to the counter and was told no that I had to come in the morning because it was the time they did it which is so inconvenient to so many people who have work in the morning and dont get out until 6 or 7 at night I get it almost closing time by then but some people really dont have time to come in morning and it's not a long process. If something really bad is going on with the car and they said no you could be driving a car that can cause a deadly accident or just breaking down before you can even get home. I used to go here a lot but they definitely lost a customer.

I was directed to this location by another store to pick up a part that they were supposed to have in stock. The man behind the counter was very slow and did not write well in English. Eventually I had to spell out the word 'throttle' for him and help him look up the part myself. He went into the back to get the part, but after even more waiting he returned and said they didn't have it. I don't know if they really did or not, but after more than twenty minutes of frustration I gave up and left.

The man working here was rude, and disrespectful. He was not even knowledgeable. My child asked to use the restroom and told me that is was nasty and there were guys sitting around watching tv. The whole store is nasty, smells terrible, and is dimly lit. I understand that it us an auto supply store, and that they should not be expected to be clean. But other locations of this chain suggest otherwise. I am very disappointed, and will never return.

Bad service. Went in to get a battery replaced and they guy did it no problem. Very easy and he was super nice then. My husband and I drove away and noticed the battery was rattling really badly. Bad placement. We immediately drove back and my husband went in and told the guy that he thought the placement of the battery was wrong/the battery was insecure because it was rattling so badly. The same guy got on the defensive. Told us he has nothing to do with the rattling that he just puts the battery in and that something is wrong with our engine. I informed him that this has never happened before and it was only after he put the battery in. He flat out refused to take the battery out and put it back in. Told us that it’s not his fault and our engine must be bad or be on bad blocks. He tightened it at my constant insistence and was really annoyed the entire time. Kept telling us it was our fault. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service. If he would’ve replaced the battery as we asked him to and done it right, there would be no problem. He was such a jerk to my husband and I.
