My wife and I are regular customers at this Kroger and we always have a great experience, today was different. We were very uncomfortable as we were walking past self checkout, we first heard before we even saw that who seemed to be a manager was giving the nastiest attitude to the younger employees. I had to stop my wife from stepping in and saying something because that type of treatment isn’t right. Not only did we have an issue with it but as well as other shoppers who overheard it and were obviously talking about it within themselves. That is no way to speak to others, especially when it comes to your employees. She was wearing a red lanyard, short hair and as regulars we have never seen her before, we assume that she must be new, regardless of who she is and her position it’s very distasteful. Kroger, do better! ??

The store employees are buying and notifying other people about Pokemon sales ,specially the black guy who is next to the self check out , seen the dude call a guy to let him know there was something in the vending machine then proceeded to buy it and wait for him to get there to get pay more for it .??

Every week, Berkmar High school takes classes to "shop" as part of life skills education for the special education program. The employees at this store are so very nice and understanding that I am just amazed. Today, Karl was so very helpful as the kids asked questions in finding pizza sauce..(it isn't with the spaghetti sauce). He said he is glad to help! He also said he remembered the special education classes from when he was in school. Thank you Kroger employees for treating all customers with dignity and respect.

I went to the Pharmacy at 12:24 and I just strained my muscle. I am to obtain a pain patch. She tells me I have to wait an hour as they are going to lunch. Really ?!? You see me in pain. Will NEVER USE AGAIN ?

This store’s employees, and security guard are too worried about loitering around the Pokemon vending machine than working. They literally have a “hustle” going where they take everything out of that machine. It is for paying customers, not them. I’ve been shopping at this location for about 10 years, and I’m about to stop shopping there, because of this. Every time I’m in there I see them messing with it, and buying things out of it. I’ve even had one of the employees try to sell me something, right out of it. 100% unprofessional. Sick of it.

It's a shame that the staff and the quality of produce and delivery have gone way down over the past few years if you want quality or good service go elsewhere and save yourself a headache

I go in today August 22 to pickup some baby shower items! Diapers, wipes the usual. Number 13 register was the only human register available. Many older ppl were in this lane. I hate checking myself out. I did today! The light skin, heavy set security guy locked eyes with me while I was checking out. Me and my girls walking towards the door and he wants to see my receipt. Now you just saw me checking out. That’s what I said to him. He saying he wants to see my receipt no reason at all. At this point I don’t know where my receipt is. So I go to the lottery machine. He runs out where the buggies are. A lady walks out before me the detector goes off.. I haven’t even start pushing my buggy yet and he told the lady you can go and wanted to see my receipt! Ok after seeing my receipt, then he says was that so hard. Please open more lanes to avoid me being harassed by your FAKE cop. This could have been avoidable if more lanes were open for a human to check me out. The FAKE cop also said something like I went through checkout that’s why I was stop.

I really liked this store but it is going doing some of the food is outdated I pray no one gets sick they need to do better at checking the dates on their food

When you rely on pharmacy to make sure your meds are filled appropriately. But call to get refills and find out they expired/ no reills and no one told you prior to. Some people lives depend on some meds daily. Pharmacy is a main point between doctor treatment and patient.. show that you care a little. Ugh!!!

Zusana provided an amazing service for my niece's graduation. She arranged the flowers so beautifully and with such care. I was very happy even though it was the last one available and I couldn’t find another I liked, she went out of her way to recreate it for me. ??

While walking to the store I smelled decayed flesh and blood from the chicken in the back. I decided to look at the date on the chicken and old it was near expired. I asked the African American male supervisor that works in the poultry department and he explained to me there was nothing he could do. I bought the near expired chicken. This is very disturbing and unfair to the customers

Incredibly tired of stores employing less and less of our neighbors and forcing us through self check instead.... While passing zero of the savings on to us. Less and less customer service for the same high prices. This particular Kroger doesn't even have any express lanes that are not self check. I have eight items, and a broken foot and I'm on one of the little motorized cards.I did not want to deal with self check and bagging and getting out to the car by myself since three of the items are cases of soda. So I'm in a non express lane. Which there are significantly less of since they want you to go through self check. I have literally been in line for 14 minutes and it's not my turn yet. Dear kroger, I miss when you provided customer service and paid my neighbors to do it.

It has gone extremely downhill. The management seems to have a chip on their shoulder. For whatever reason, the meat has been bad with the dates showing, they should be good. The prices go up every time you enter the store. And there are never any cashiers, but there's a squad at the self Checkout An utter mess and I refuse to continue spending money here. At this point I find it too late for them to start over. Seriously?This place has gone way beyond the point of repair I believe they need to close this store down completely and have another grocery company take over completely.

Again, I've come to this Kroger and it appears that there are ample able body people to help bag the groceries. On this particular day, I spoke to the manager Alfredo who was doing some pricing checking up front. I asked him "Are you the type of manager who is not willing to help on the Frontline if you see your team struggling?" He never answered my question directly. Instead he said they are supposed to call for help if they need it. The cashier did. Nobody came I bagged 120 dollars worth of by myself. While the manager watched me do it. I feel for the employees at this Kroger. How can you respect a leader like that.

This store is usually well kept and organized. The woman working in the deli was great! Usually a quick process to self checkout. The produce manager needs to check things closer. I made the mistake of picking up 3 stalks of broccoli and paying $2.39 for each one; they didn't have any bundled together and it wasn't by weight!

This location was clean, fully stocked, and had everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised because I've experienced other Kroger locations not having items I've needed when I go on a Saturday.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I asked for an over the counter cold and flu medication that I couldn’t locate on the aisle. They suggested a cold and flu medication that can only be purchased with an id. I said no problem. The person ringing up the order asked for id which I provided and a method of payment. As soon as i processed the payment the system crashed. They tried on another terminal but that one also crashed. The pharmacist barged in with a horrible condescending tone. Saying too bad we are closing. I understand the process to expedite that medicine but there was no need to be so rude. Specially when It wasn’t my fault the registers had an issue. Customer service!!!

I was overcharged on a few of my items. I bought 6 of the clearance items, and only two were the correct price. I looked to make sure one was correct, and it was, so I kept putting my other items up. A couple of other clearance items I did the same thing.

Ive never been to this Kroger and not have to bag my own groceries. Call me crazy but that is a major factor where i spend my money. Coinstar is never working. ( when i come) store is a mess and alot of associates standing around doing nothing. Where is the manager?? I tried to speak to him/her about my grievances. They couldnt even find them

I just wanted to recognize Cashier Murial... she is very respectful, considerate and kind individual. She made my shopping experience better. After covid, customer service has decreased severely but coming here and interacting with Murial has made me feel better about shopping in store.

When I first started going here, it was a great location. In the last ten years or so, the place has gone downhill. It is still a good store, but it needs a fresh coat of paint. The parking lot is a little shabby. There is usually security around there, but it doesn't make me feel safer. It gets a low B or high C as far as rating the store goes.

I understand it’s the holidays and it’s very busy, but when you are purchasing some bread and are on a budget and the bread scans at $7 and the price tag states $4. Even with your membership scanned. And you let the cashier know this and that you might need to go to customer service to let them know and her answer was “it’s like they can do anything about it, it’s what comes up.” I’ve been coming to this location since I was 10yrs old I’m in my 40’s now, never have I ever heard this come from a employee, they have always been friendly and willing to do anything to help out even with price issues. I’m very disappointed in the behavior and actions by this cashier. I decided to purchase the bread I needed for dinner at another location even though I had to drive 25 minutes out of my area.

I have been coming to this Kroger location for many years and never had any problems. The store is always clean and the produce is always fresh. Everything I've ever needed to shop for has always been in stock. The only problem I have is customer service is sometimes slow when there's a long line they don't get a second or third person to help out but otherwise it's a great store to shop at and the prices are great.

I'm going a little crazy here with down time so I'm writing lots of reviews.:) This location has such a great selection of fresh fruits and such a pleasant staff. I highly recommend shopping here!

Excellent customer service and I can always find what I'm looking for.

Decent place to shop for dry goods. I do not trust the quality of their dairy products. I went there 3 different times in two months and bought shredded cheese only to discover it was molded when I arrived home. They definitely need a new dairy manager.
