Just had Charlies come tow my Mini Cooper the day before I was supposed to leave on vacation! They definitely came to the rescue. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

A great experience within a scorcher of a hot day. My car overheated and went into emergency mode. Charlie’s arrived in record time and the driver, Steve was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Charlie's was great. My kids car broke down at UCONN and they towed it home back to Albany NY, at a rate better than the tripple. Steve was there in 30 min and had the car on the road in 5 min. Great Service.

These guys were amazing. fast and reliable. My car slipped on ice and was stuck in a ditch as well as was stuck over a Gaurd rail post. They did an amazing job of getting it removed. Not only did they get it removed but they showed up 20 mins after I called them. I can’t thank you guys enough. For those comments I saw saying their customer service isn’t great. They did everything I needed from them. They were upfront honest and fair from the start. Truly can’t thank them enough. I didn’t forget about my promise to bring a cash tip and coffee for you guys! Just need to get my car back!

I had the best experience with Charlie's Towing! I had a very important appointment one morning and as luck would have it on that cold morning, my battery was dead. I tried to jump it with a battery starter but couldn't. Charlie's to the rescue. They were at my house in Manchester in about 10 minutes and started my car which allowed me to get to my mechanic to install a new battery and still make it on time for my appointment. Friendly, timely and professional. What else could I ask for?

I got into an accident and my car towed to Charlie’s. The tow truck driver that arrived was very kind and helpful. When we went to pick up my belongings everyone we came into contact with was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them, they made a nightmare situation a bit easier.

I of course had the worst luck with my car but the best luck with Charlie's towing! I called and they were thankfully able to send someone out so soon. I honestly forgot who I worked with but he was so nice ans walked me through everything cause I havent had to have my car towed before so you girl had questions! I would definitely recommend Charlie's towing for your car, not only are they nice to your car but to you! 13/10 would recommend ?

My car won't start, had odd messages on dash display. Thought I needed a tow to the dealer. They arrived in less than 2 hours. Just needed a jump start. The 2 men who arrived were very nice, which was helpful when one is frustrated. They took a little off the quoted price as no tow was needed.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, they charged me less than the towing company's that were closer. Also very professional and came in a timely manner. Highly recommend

These guys are top notch. I called for a tow an hour away and within 2 hours they were dropping my vehicle off. Very friendly and awesome customer service! After dealing with several tow companies, Charlie's towing was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Fantastic towing service. Called them up, gave them the location, said someone would be there in 20 minutes, he was wrong, they were there in 15 minutes! Tow driver was very friendly. Nice new towing rig too, not some sketchy rusty rig! Hope I don't have to call them again, but if I need to, I definitely will!

UPDATE: They left a response saying I was 45 mins late to appointment. This is untrue, as my car was stuck in the garage with a dead battery at Bradley after I’d return home from a flight. Nice try, but everyone’s time costs money (money that I’m happy to pay when you aren’t trying to take advantage of people). Extortionist company. Like to take advantage of people, demanding cash on the spot after being called in from my auto club. Wouldn’t use, or direct business to them.

Great service, super nice guy but it was super expensive. Got charged $160 to come fill my car with gas because I ran out. They bought twenty dollars worth of fuel so the profit for them was $140. My insurance wouldn't cover it all.

5/5 would recommend to anyone in the tri state area looking for FAST, RELIBLE & knowledgeable towing services. 10/12/22 Chris was my operator, he showed up extremely fast, was courteous & got the job done with ease. Chris went the extra mile in the customer service department, I only wish I could have afforded to tip him. Charlie’s towing is now my families go to for any towing related services. Terrible. Men are extraordinarily inappropriate toward women. Called to make a complaint and see if this was normal, "manager" laughed and supported his staff. staff demanded cash on site at a local small business lot without proper signage. You hope to see kindness in these difficult times and there was no reasoning or working with both the on site employee or the internal management. Would not recommend using their services.

Absolute asset to the community. Traveling down a road I was unfamiliar with I popped a tire on a roadside drain I misjudged the height on. Called AAA after having gotten my bearings and told them the roads I was on and the intersection I was at. Long story as to why I was still there 2 hours later with AAA still trying to get my location set despite having confirmed it with dispatch three times and having their app show me right where I was, but I called Charlie's and they pegged down where I was right away. LJ and his apprentice Will arrived right when they estimated they would. Took care of me right away, and brought me to exactly where I needed to be. Without too much hyperbole it's fair to say they got on the scene of a wrong situation and made everything right. It's safe to say no one enjoys having to call for a tow, but the quality of the assistance you receive when you need it makes all the difference, and LJ and Will at Charlie's make all the difference!

I bought a car down in new haven and had it towed back to Manchester. The price was more than fair, the driver did an amazing job. I will gladly use these guys for all my future towing needs.

Everyone knows that when you have to get your car towed, it’s never fun. Today, my husband and I had the chance to experience a great local company, whose punctuality, professionalism, friendly driver and most of all, great value, when we chose Charlie’s Towing. I’ve got the card in my glove box now and will always choose Charlie’s!

The driver is So rude and arrogant. He behaves like we committed some kind of crime. if it, s local private complex it, s not mean you guys only accept cash. who has 300$ to 400 $ cash , it's 2020 people use electronic methods of paying. if it's private apartment complex there should be some kind of warning.

Worst towing company I have ever had to deal with. The driver pulled up with an attitude. He saw that my sister in law had 2 shredded tires and said we would have to move the car. He wanted us to move it 2 blocks up. I told him it most likely wouldn't get that far but I would move it as far as I could. We got the car into the middle of the street to a point where he could get in front of it and hook the car up. He didnt say anything to us he just left. When I called the company to see what was going on all they would say is they are declining the service. So now the car is stuck in the middle of the road blocking off traffic and the tire is wrapped around the axle from him having us move the car.

The guys in this towing company should be given negative stars in the review (hopefully google will bring negative review feature). They are the worst people I have ever faced in custom friendly services. The big Guy is so rude, doesn’t treat you with respect. Once he towed the car from apartment parking lot, he treats the people as if we did a huge crime, he is focused only on money and not customer service

Terrible service. Staff is incompetent and rude. We made arrangements to have a vehicle picked up and towed back to our house. The tow truck driver could not find the car( even though it was parked in front of the address given). We were told that it was towed by the business owner’s towing company. After calling the business, we found out the vehicle was still there, we called back and asked them to go and get the vehicle staff was rude and refused to pick up the vehicle. Would never recommend or used this company!

broke down in sturbridge village on a saturday. called probably 5 different companies that either had no drivers in or weren't willing to come that far to tow me back to connecticut (really?). LJ came out quickly, loaded up the car and drove it promptly to the dealership. Quick, easy, cheap. Honestly thought the whole experience was going to be a nightmare, but I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless everything went. Next time I know who I'm calling right away.

Excellent family run tow company. They have been around since the '40s and are very well known in town. They have some of the best prices in town from a reputable company. They will take car of your car and make sure no damage is done.
