I’ve been going to this Batteries Plus store for quite a few years and they have always been very helpful. I’ve purchased two Replacement Roomba batteries, multiple key fob batteries, quite a few random light bulbs and cell batteries. And now I got a new battery ‘installed’ in my Honda Sport.

I had such a great experience with Batteries Plus. It was very convenient to place an order and also schedule an installation time on the website. Though I selected and purchased an electronics battery for my car online, it was the incorrect size for my vehicle. The person who installed the battery was not bothered at all that I had chosen the wrong one and quickly swapped it out for the right one. I even received a credit as it was less expensive. No one tried to upsell me or anything. Truly appreciated! Will definitely be using their services again.

This place was chosen for my cell repair by TMO. Front and back glass trashed. Right before Christmas. Fit me right in, quick repair, super happy. Counter rep was cool and knowledgeable. Technician was great and knew their stuff, walked me through the whole process before and after. There was another guy employee fixing equipment by the door who was super personable and pleasant. Definitely returning to make more purchases and will no doubt choose this place again if I’m stupid enough to damage my cell again! Highly recommended

Needed replacement key fobs synchronized to truck..after checking various locations, looking at internet videos that gave mixed information I stumbled on Batteries Plus in Manchester, ct. Can't say enough about the gentleman that waited on me. Very polite and professional. Sorry I forget his name, but he does have a very impressive beard. They programed the fobs to the truck in about 15 minutes. All functions working perfectly, locks, remote start and all reasonably priced. Much lower than a dealer or locksmith. I will return for their addional services when the need arises, Batteries, bulbs, battery chargers, cell phone repair, various electronics cables and accessories.

I had bad luck with their Duracell motorcycle battery. Only got one season barely. I would not buy another battery from that store. They were not friendly and claimed all batteries reacted like that.

Went in there and walked out a very happy customer! Dawson knows his stuff ! He was so helpful with helping me locate a bulb that I needed for my mother. I had gone to so many other stores first with NO LUCK! He also helped me with my car FOB situation. I was impressed with the fact that he was so young and so courteous and knowledgeable! I will definitely refer everyone there, and I will go back if I have an issue with a bulb or FOB , or need a battery . Thanks again Dawson . ? I hope they realize that you’re an asset to that establishment.

Upgraded my deep cycle battery to the Duracell group 31 AGM deep cycle and it only lasted 3 years ( funny how warrantee last 30months just 6 months after it dies out hmmmm?) It died wont hold above 8v , had many old lead batteries that were way cheaper last much longer , would not recommend for the price , or not this brand , 100% disappointing, and I've owned lots of deep cycle batteries, boats , rvs , trucks , power backup , overall expensive junk!

The batteries I need are always the least expensive at Batteries Plus. It's a drive from Springfield MA to Manchester CT, but it's worth it to save hundreds of dollars on batteries. The help I received from the staff with my last order was greatly appreciated.

I needed a key cut and programmed and he did an amazing job, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. He saved me hundreds of dollars, 100% recommend.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I had a long day trying to jump my car with a dead battery, and brought it here because it was close to my work. When Tim, our technician, came out to replace the battery, we found that the old battery was stuck on with corrosion. Tim and his colleague (whose name I didn't get, but I wish I did!) spent a LONG time carefully getting the old battery off, took extra time to remove some of the remaining corrosion, and made sure my car was working before I drove off. Not only did they take care of the issue, but Tim gave me advice regarding how to speak with my mechanic to prevent this from happening again. They didn't need to do all of these extra steps, and after a long and frustrating day, I could not be more grateful to them.

Fast, friendly and professional service. They replaced my Samsung S21 screen and had me back up and running in about an hour! Phone has worked perfect.

I cracked my phone and my insurnace plan througb T-Mobile had me come to this location for a fix. The tech who goes by Yeti did a fantastic job and it took under and hour and I was able to go same day. These guys do quality work and I am happy to know that I can get my device fixed here instead of them just sending me a new one.

These guys are awesome! Always have what I need, and if not, it arrives within a few days. Their automotive batteries are VERY good. Do not hesitate to visit and check out the store!

So after calling ubreakifix telling them Im coming from an hour away and told it would take 3 to 4 hours for a battery replacement in my phone; they refused to touch it because the battery was swollen, me applying super glue because I didn't know it was a swollen battery and refusing to sell a battery (recommendation; buy a new phone) I went to Batteries Plus, hoping to buy a battery. I told them my problem and my attempt at fixing and was told no problem, our phone tech is amazing, possibly worse case scenario is your back glass breaks and you have to buy a new one. Told it should be done in 1 hour. Being out of town and nowhere to go I was back 30 min later expecting to wait a bit; 2 min later my phone was done. The back glass didn't break, all my data was still there and back working as though nothing happened. Im definitely grateful there is still a place willing to try to help people fix their devices instead of telling them to buy a new one because the battery is bad.

Great batteries, Good customer service, Horrible website. Per Batteries Plus policy you WAIT for an email after you purchase your battery online. Most of the time the email never comes. Instead you should call the store to verify the pick up time otherwise you will wait weeks wondering where your battery is.

I ordered the specialty battery online and picked it up an hour later at my local store in Manchester, CT. When I got home I noticed it had slightly different terminals that what I needed. I returned it to the store that same day (about 10 minutes away). The sales associate made it very easy to exchange for the right one and I was on my way in two minutes. I got great service and the right product.

I brought my watch in to get my battery replaced. Unfortunately the stem was broken during this procedure. When I brought the watch back I expected a hassle trying to get them to fix the watch they broke. Couldn’t be further from the fact. The folks at the store fully accepted responsibility and sent my watch out for repair. A week later and I’m back in business! Although no one wants to deal with this kind of issue. The stores accepting of there responsibility was a breath of fresh air. These folks were all friendly and above all else honest.

Super friendly and helpful at pickup! The associate made sure that the replacement I ordered would fit my need and even soldered on a little adapter for me (Craftsman garage door opener backup battery). Above and beyond level of service. I'm really appreciative! Had I ordered from a big box store or online mega-retailer I would have been left messing around with the adapter myself. Many thanks for the great service!

The guys at the store were very friendly and willing to help unload old and load new 6 volt deep cycle RV batteries. They all wore masks and stayed a safe distance per Covid guide lines. I started with a call to the store to get recommendations for replacement RV batteries and once I knew what I was going to purchase the sales man recommended that I order on-line to save 10%. The online process was fast and easy and the order was ready about in about five minutes. The pick up process required going into the store to complete the transaction and get my core deposit back from my old batteries. Then drive around back to the loading door. Very happy with the service from Batteries Plus and the staff in Manchester store.

Hours on Google and Store are not accurate - arrived at 7:53PM to all the lights out and door locked. To think I was about to drop $400.00 on some truck batteries.... glad autoparts store has what I need and are open until 9PM(and actually 9PM not any earlier do they lock-up and leave)
