First went here for emissions testing and had a very positive experience. I was able to drive up and get it done in less than 15 minutes, and Ruben was friendly and funny. I came back couple months later to get a 120k mile service and it only took 2 hours. The price was extremely reasonable compared to the other repair shops that I was looking at and they were able to fit an appointment in within less than a week. While I was waiting, Jay was chatting with me and he is a very personable guy, makes you feel like family, and really establishes a great rapport with his customers. He is honest and won't try any funny business when inspecting your car. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for anything car related!

I recently went to Jay’s to have them figure out why my back door wasn’t locking because the dealer had told me that it was gonna cost $569 to fix this and that Jay’s they fixed it in a matter of minutes but just cleaning and spraying the lock. So I was very happy about that highly recommend.

I found this place completely unprofessional. Stopped in with my son for an emissions check, and found the person in the office, swearing and banging things around. Then when he was told by another worker that there was someone waiting for him in the office, I could hear him say I don’t care. When I called back to complain, he hung up on me. Not the way a business should be run, regardless of what caused his anger. I will never set foot in there again.

Yes, the service was excellent. Jay got my car in for the oil change amid a number of big jobs hw had going on at the same time. Paul is an excellent mechanic and Luna, who did the oil change, also checks out all my other fluids and tires. They top off any fluids that are not full and make sure u know when the next oil change is necessary. Ken G

Jay was absolutely correct when diagnosing the problem, finding parts, and finding other problems that could lead to difficulties. As a women, I have had some very bad experiences with auto mechanics trying to take advantage. Not at Jay's. I brought my car in for a repair and he told me not to waste my money. My car was safe without it. I will never go anywhere else again. A trustworthy mechanic is priceless.

Jays has been working on my cars for a while now. They’ve never done me wrong, and always work with me. My car is getting a new alternator there today. Jay is very smart and very good at diagnosing what the problem with your car is just off of a description of what’s going on. Highly recommend and I always will.

This place is great! My car started stalling and sputtering and I called Jay’s on a whim because they’re close by. Jay got me in right away!! Super super friendly guy, and very honest! They figured out the problem quickly, changed out my very overdue spark plugs, and tightened my rattling heat shields! My car sounds and feels so much better and the price was very reasonable! I’ll def be back!

Brought my truck here for some front end issues and my radiator was leaking. Jays was quick to diagnose properly, provide a reasonable quote for repairs, and then get the job done in a timely manner. The work is excellent and the price is fair. I am 100%pleased with my experience and will be back.

I got my cars emissions test done here and it was pretty quick. $20 cash just make sure your check engine light is not on so you can pass. his shop looks busy that's cos he does a great job. I saw some classic cars over there.
