Excellent customer service from Emily! She replaced my battery. It was hard to get out but she stuck with it! You go girl! Would definitely recommend her team for your automotive needs.
The tattooed guy is the only helpful one. I hope he gets paid more than the 3 people standing around that couldn’t be bothered to help me find a part in the aisles.
I have recently switched to using O'Reilly's over AutoZone the service is excellent they seem to care about each customer that walks through their door rather than ignore them and walk away when they see them thank you all for the great service at the Manchester store on Broad Street I look forward to returning when I have more needs
The girl was so knowledgeable and very cool. She helped me with my situation when I was stuck give me better options and I was over to take care of my problem and I love her colorful hair and very pretty. I appreciate her.
This was the third of my three O'Reilly Auto Parts store locations I visited in the same day
. Frank did a good job of getting me in and out quickly. This location was not very busy, similar to the Newington location.
The guys here were very nice. If it were closer to my house, I would set it as my store online.

-1 star actually, the tool(that was out of stock) I needed wasn't there and I am a female and your female employees decided to snicker and laugh at me friend and i when we were looking for said tool instead of coming to help us while lauding in the isle behind us, I'll definitely be going to auto zone from now on... do better
This store was good service, however my home store said they have the part and didn’t double check -but took my credit card quick enough to will call it. I go out there, and the guy says “it was there. You can see the dust in the shelf where it was, but it’s empty now.”

David saved my life, he went above and beyond then any normal customer service skills. This team is amazing they help each other out and go above and beyond to make sure that each customer is happy and SAFE!

Assistant manager has attitude problems. Wasn't apparent while I (white lady) was in the store with my boyfriend (black guy) but when he went back in alone the next day to return the wrong bulb the assistant manager gave us the day before he was accused of trying to return the broken one, which actually was a completely different bulb because he gave us the wrong one. We just wanted to trade it for the correct one and pay any difference. I use O'Reilly's exclusively for years now for all 3 of our vehicles. Not going there ever again.
Currently switching stores right next store until this Thursday. Shelves are empty, and they have to walk products back and forth between stores. Might be quicker to go to autozone across the street until the new store is fully open. I heart O'Reillys.

Shout out to the manager, Junior. He treated me like family and doesn't even know me! He definitely makes me want to do all my parts business with this store! I highly recommend this store and the people that work there. It's a bit out of my way, I will definitely be back.
O reilly as soon as you walk in make u feel welcome and they really hear u out to solve your problem. Pricess are fair compearing with the others auto parts. Some are alil more others alil bit less. Fair. But great welcoming and attention.

Far better than auto zone across the street. Knowledgable team on staff at all times. No 20 minute waits and parts can almost always be ordered by next day from other stores. They have a tool lending program that they are flexible with if you have a project crunch. Saved several times.
I needed a new battery for my car, after having a not so great experience across the street at auto zone I tried my luck here. Customer service from Kyle was great. He explained the best battery for me with the best price, even changed the old one out for me.
Amazing place to shop for auto parts. The workers are always there and available to help you,they have good prices, and the workers know there info. This place will never fail you so next time you need help or a piece for your car stop here!
The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mark in particular helped me find cheaper oil to use, explained what the codes were on my car, offered to help explain how to fix them and when I needed a part he was able to rush order it to their location. Excellent customer service and real-life advice!
