BUYERS BEWERE went here expecting to get great service and a quality vehicle to have a safe commute for not only me but my child and 2 weeks after I got they vehicle the engine light came on they did not want to pay for they repair to the vehicle they just sold me and about three weeks later they transmission blew and after I called to ask about my warranty they still have not called me back or reached out to try and take care of the situation BUYERS BEWERE

I can’t say enough good things about this place. When I looked over the 2012 Explorer I wanted, I noticed the axle boot was leaking grease, I didn’t say anything, because I was already inquiring about them replacing the brakes and rotors before purchase because they were clearly warped and not in the best condition. They agreed to doing the brakes and rotors, and to my surprise they even told me they changed the axle and a rear caliper that needed replacing. This meant a lot to me because this showed they are HONEST. I saw that it needed to be replaced soon, didn’t say anything, and they still changed it because they saw it needed to be done. They also flushed the fluids and did a fresh emissions on it. They thoroughly have gone above and beyond for me throughout this whole process and I am extremely grateful for everything they’ve done for me and getting me into my new car. I highly highly highly recommend this place, they’re so nice, and they stand by their work and want to keep a good reputation. They will do right by you. Thank you Alaa.
I heard about this place on line so I decided to go and check it out. The people and service are great . Mo is a awesome person he showed me cars was very patient and answered all my questions. There's no pressure nor do they follow you around every where you go. Lol. I ended up buying a 2009 hyundai sonata very clean car with low miles. I've had the car a few months now with no issues I love it. Yesterday I brought my nephew there and he also purchased a hyundai santa fe also nice clean and low miles car. The whole process goes very smoothly. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend Oakland auto sales in Manchester ct. Ask for Mo he will work with you. What is there not to say about this place!!! The service, the people, the vehicles and so much more are worth the trip. I watched this dealership for about a year and constantly viewed cars leaving off the lot left and right. So, I finally decided to purchase a car and went to many places but ended at Oakland Motors in Manchester, CT. I have never been to a car dealership (large or small) and had the kind of service that I received. I recommend them over high-end dealers any day. I am so satisfied that I wouldn't even buy a new car even if I could, not over Oakland. The folks are graceful and understand any situation you may have. Please consider them or at least go check it out, it's small but very big service. My car is a 2012, very low mileage and they have it clean as a whistle, they even put new tires on. See for yourself
