Worst service I’ve had at this location. Walked in no one was in the store and i stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledge so i spoke up and asked for a battery tester. When Mikayla came to test the battery, while the screen was blank waiting for her to begin the test, she was too busy texting than to just hit start before responding to her text. Then when i went to purchase the new battery i had to stand again waiting while Mikayla sat there on her phone texting. I’m not a stickler about sending a quick text but at least acknowledge the person standing there. When i went to swap the battery, i didn’t have my tools on me as i was in a friend vehicle, so the other associate tried looking for a 10mm and ratchet that i could use and the tools were no where to be found so they had to open tools for their stock on the sales floor. The customer service i have received today was completely unacceptable. The down fall is when Bob the store manager is there, he’s very attentive and takes care of you and helps, but now i see as when he is not there, the store falls apart and doesn’t know how to operate.

I'm a commercial mechanic it is so insane that it takes forty five minutes to get a part n i still didnt get the part cuz I left n there's one person in line!! I spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here, and i'm done!! It's not just one time, it's every autozone I go to cause you can't hire people and train them. Not to mention, have the people don't even know how to do commercial which blower my mind! We spend all the money there and they don't care if we come or not

Bob was amazing. The other store in East Hartford messed up my order and Bob straightened it out without a problem. Bob was great. He needs a raise.

Bob the store manager was amazing fixed my light issue in two seconds very rare now a days Thank You and can you please give this wonderful man a raise. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.?

It has parts and fluids. You're going to the wrong place if you expect more. They have parts in stock that I did not expect. Like CHF 11 (Audi specific power steering fluid) and other Audi suspension parts.

I came here looking for a part and as I was explaining the situation to the employee she rudely cut me off and just pointed to an aisle without even knowing what I was looking for. When I couldn't find the item, I figured there's no point in asking this employee again and left. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on .

Great product selection, lackluster customer service. That experience is not a one-off, it has been, unfortunately, consistent. Hopefully, this is something they work to improve. It could be a really good shop.

This is a great store. I've always gone there for many of years. The employee change varies from time to time. As I was there today, nice young gentleman. Help me out with my diagnostic. Explain to me what the situation was after I did. The test ended up being a catalect converter, easy fix. All in all the store is immaculate. Up-to-date clean plenty of parking. If you need parts they can order it or they can tell you exactly where and what store it does have it. So that way you can get it, get it pronto ASAP or you can have a ship there and pick it up in a day or 2, if you're not in a rush. So this is the true meaning of autozone, great quality

Went to autozone tonight last minute right before they closed(sorry I was that guy unintentionally) I forgot it was Sunday and they close earlier than normal. Now I normally go to the Manchester store as it is close to home, and they typically know what they are doing at the parts counter. But back to the review, it was literally like 20 minutes before closing and I go in for a bunch of fluids that I needed and instead of getting all flustered and whatnot the young lady (letty I think her name was) was all smiles and eager to help and totally not irritated by the fact that shes trying to close up and here I come for fluids of all things. I've worked retail before and I know how frustrating it is when a customer walks in as your trying to close up. And she did an amazing job with friendliness, professionalism, and ability to keep smiling even though I probably set her back 15 minutes by going in last minute. The employees that work at this store always are happy to help out and that's another reason I like this store. So to that young lady thank you for your help, and I'm sorry for being that guy.. lol. And to the management team and other employees at the Manchester store thank you for always helping out and making frustrating car issues a little easier to deal with while making repairs

Edwin marquis he really took his time with my car to clean up my battery. The end result was that my batteries at 100%. I had just finished coming from Firestone and they told me my battery was at 2% that I needed a new battery. I can’t tell you how much this means to me and this service that you provide and the service that he provide was awesome thank you so much

I been coming here for a few years now. I always find parts for my old nissan here. Staff is very helpful and polite. Jeremiah went above and beyond this time and installed a light bulb for me. Keep up the good work !

Super helpful staff! One of the workers helped me find my air filter and cabin filter for my car. He even helped me install the filters. Which I truly appreciate! Thank you again

Hello! I stopped by Autozone yesterday in search of a new battery. I had the pleasant of speaking with the new manager Mike O. What a breath of fresh air this guy is! He went out of his way to help me out and even offered help with a leaking engine gasket which really helped me alot. Next time I won’t dread going to Autozone!

Bob ,Robert...the store manager was ready to leave. I asked him if he could tell me if my battery was leaking and corded............... he stayed. checked the battery for being charged..........told me white corrosion was from an old battery ....was under the bracket.!! Also told me a batteries potential life span could be 8 years. Mine is 3 yrs. old. Amazing customer service, he also checked my wiper blades and told me how to clean them....................valuable information and help in less than 10 minutes!!!

Needed a new battery and heard about the free installation service. Didn't know about it till I read it on website. Danielle helped us out and did the complete install. She was super nice and very thorough. She's a great asset and you're lucky to have her. mj

Louis at the Broad St, Manchester Ct branch is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond at my last visit. This wasn’t the first time he has assisted me, I will only go to this auto zone for now on because of him. The last time I was there the inventory said that they had a tensioner pully in stock but once I got to AutoZone they did not have any in stock, nor did 6 other locations. He finally found me and saved me countless trips to other stores. I’m a business owner myself and wish I could find employees with his customer service, knowledge and dedication to his job. I called corporate also, hopefully they recognize how invaluable of an employee they have.

All kinds of products including tools at discount prices. Never know what great stuff you will find here. Their plants are also as good or better than the other guys. A must go store.

I bought headlights and they didn't fit so I returned them the next day. I was waiting for the credit on my card. After 30 days of checking I went to the store today. Store manager Bob R spent about few minutes looking up things about the purchase and found the proof I needed. He said the transaction didn't go through! Luckily he remembers the transaction because the guy helping me needed help. Broad street location Manchester Connecticut . Thank you Bob! awesomely helpful guy!! I work retail so I appreciate. I thought they would be like we gave you cash sorry! He deserves a raise!!

Im sure the rest of the staff and company are awesome but the guy helping me was dismissive and disrespectful. Wanting to get some wipers for my van front and rear. He summoned next, I went over uttering what I need...he cuts me off " year, make and model, twice. I absorb, he then rattles off some numbers and tells me what isle it's in like let's make this as unpleasant as possible. I absorbed again and just walked out. Keeping in mind, if I have a bad experience somewhere, I usually don't leave a review, but couldn't let this one go.

I had a headlight out, so I purchased what I thought was the correct one online to pick up in the store. Once I arrived, the salesperson was nice enough to offer to install it for me, and she realized that I had purchased the wrong one. She exchanged it for the correct one and installed it for me. I asked her if she would be able to check my battery since I was there and my car had not been starting up easily lately. She tested it and the battery was bad. She gave me options for a new one and then installed the new battery for me. Great service and very friendly workers. Highly recommend.

Phutger was really helpful with me when it came to re-filling my oil. I’ve never done it before and he didn’t hesitate to help. I didn’t have to wait long at all and was extremely happy with my visit.

I love coming to this location better than the one in Hartford, which is where I live, the employees here are very helpful and nice. Armando always seems to help me find a solution to every problem I present him with, whether I bring my sister's vehicle or my vehicle to the store. On one occasion, I went to get my vehicle tested, two other employees assisted me prior until he arrived, they were having difficulties clamping on the tester unit to my battery's side terminals, the previous employees each had multiple attempts they kept switching the testing unit, the clamps were all too big, but Armando came he gave it a try and he did not give up until he got me a reading. Love his willfulness to keep trying and not give up like the others. Definitely my go to place whenever I have car troubles or need any replacement parts.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I've never had a problem. The one thing I did have a little bit of an issues with was hearing an employee being annoyed with people that show up last minute before they close which didn't make that one employee look to good considering he was hired to help people. But that was a while ago and that was the only negative thing I've experienced.

I'm not a car guy, I barely own any tools. Anytime my wife and I have gone there they have been SO helpful. They know what we need when we aren't sure what to ask for and they help out with little installation things that I should be able to do myself but takes them minutes instead of who knows how long for me.
