I just wanted to write this review and recognize john daniels at the firestone in manchester, connecticut, for his amazing customer service that he gave me. People always think about having to do emissions. And it's a nightmare where he made things extremely smooth and he was very courteous.

Firestone is clearly under new management, and the difference is highly noticeable. The whole experience was excellent — the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting, the pricing was extremely reasonable, and the service was fast and efficient. I even had the chance to meet the new manager, who was right up front working alongside the team. You can tell he’s hardworking and setting a great example. This location has completely stepped up its game. Highly recommend!

Went in for emissions testing, in and out in about 30 minutes. Dealt with Dylan on check out. Awesome guy! Very friendly and professional!

The customer service at this location is top notch. They were able to complete my emissions testing in a short amount of time. The technicians are professional and engaged in their work.

Was there this morning for few hours had a few things done to my Lexus and wanted to just say that manager Darmesh was excellent and the guys that worked on my car efficient and official they take care of me today. Gd work my guys.!

Booked a 10am appointment, manager called and changed it to 11:30am. Just needed an oil change and headlight bulbs swapped, couldn’t manage those tasks in under 3 hours. Neglected to communicate that the job would take twice as long as originally stated, did not have materials in stock and had to wait on them to be delivered…”under new management” sign out front. They should seriously consider trying again. The only impressive thing about this location is that it sucked before under the old management and they somehow managed to make it suck more. It’s impressive, like someone fitting their own head up their rear end. Do it yourself if you have the time. These rookies don’t have your time or satisfaction in mind.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Firestone today. From scheduling my appointment to completing the work, everything was smooth and professional. Nate and John truly exceeded my expectations—Nate was helpful, informative, and professional, and John got my truck back in top-notch shape. Thank you both for the excellent service. I am starting to doubt your professionalism, after being an over 2 decades loyal customer. For my wife car I was told that the headlight wires and the socket were burnt, they weren't. For my car I was told that a code for the ABS, the original issue I brought it there was linked to the same code for a bad coil. They wanted to charge $700, to replace an $89 part, which took me 5 minutes to replace. In addition to that, I have been tryin to get your help with an ABS light and you pointed me on a direction that was not it. I am disappointed and will look for other options to service our vehicles

It was the horrible experience this guys did not tightened the bolds and tyre almost came off on highway and also the tyre pressure was low. I heard a lot of Firestone that’s why I used this brand I could have gone to a local mechanic rather then this also tyres was not cleaned properly And tried to connect with them on call never get any response from Them back

Recently had my car serviced at Firestone complete auto care in Manchester, the staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Darmesh took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions, definitely recommend this location for anyone needing reliable auto care.

DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY!! I went in for an oil change and emissions test, and was unable to drive my car away after they touched it! The car I have been driving for months with absolutely zero issues suddenly had a completely empty brake line and no brakes. While I was in the waiting room waiting two hours for the oil change and emissions test to be completed, I overheard another customer being told that she had a coincidentally similar emergency repair that needed to be done for her to safely drive her car. I paid a garage to have my car towed elsewhere rather than dare let anyone at this location touch my car again. Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT bring your vehicle here, under any circumstances.

I had service done 10 days ago at another store. They made my truck ride worse than when i brought it in. This store was polite, Knowledgeable and best of all, the manager walked me out to my truck and showed me the old settings and the new corrected settings. He also pointed out concerns he had with the front end. It was a relief that this shop knew what they were doing and when i left the store, i felt comfortable that my truck was driving they way it supposed to be driving.

I went there for multi point inspection , in the first attempt they didnʼt found problem, in the second attempt I went there again since there was still a vibrating noise at highway speed, I got quote to replace the front wheel bearing hub assembly, I took my car to a local mechanic he did that shake test in front of my eyes and what found was that wheel bearing are in good condition. I don't why they were trying to rip off me. I am a college student and especially they wanted me to pay 1100$ for nothing. Iʼm speechless after this service

I was a walk-in for an emissions test. The associate named Passion who waited on me was very professional and friendly. The test was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them.

Firestone in Manchester offers a great experience for smog checks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Smog checks are processed quickly. Honest. I went to get a new battery on a Jeep that one vendor told me I needed, but Firestone did a test and said my battery was fine. That saved me $300.

Needed to tow there prior to opening, created a same-day appointment in the app and after calling a few hours later from home Darmesh (the manager) graciously pulled my car into the bay a couple of hours earlier than my intended appointment. As I waited there was clear communication about the car's problem, potential additional issues, work progress and timeline for getting the work completed. Darmesh, a young woman (whose name I didn't get) and the tech Dillon were all personable and did an excellent job.

Really solid experience at Town Fair Tire. Alex and Dillon were super helpful and made the process easy start to finish. They were friendly, explained things clearly, and got me in and out fast. Alex D at the front desk was amazing! He was so kind and immediately greeted us upon entering. The level of professionalism he carried throughout my service was very impressive. He constantly updated me on the status of my vehicle while I waited, and when one of the men wasn’t finishing the paperwork, took the initiative to go get it himself. Great experience all around! Firestone was able to take my Dodge Ram 2500 in for an emergency service on a Saturday afternoon and it was all fixed the following Sunday. On top of that pricing was more than fair.

Managers is unprofessional. Steve should me the store manager. Be careful taking your hybrid cars at this location. I still have problems with my van. Technician left oil cap open and doesn’t take responsibility. Do not leave your car unattended. Keep an eye on your vehicle.
