Helpful store personal in general I would say probably one of the more helpful staff at auto parts stores in the area only thing I wish they would change is their starting to go to the dumb down version of an auto parts store where they no longer have a bolt wall instead they have these single serve bolts in plastic packages it's absolutely ridiculous went in to grab 10 bolts for a project and they looked at me like I had three heads then a light bulb came on and they realized hey we still have the old stuff in the back let me see if I've got them sure enough they did but for warned me that the future is those single serve packages out front in which case if you need more than two of anything you're out of luck cuz they don't seem to stock the back inventory Genuinely though and A for effort and an A for attitude. Unfortunately an f for the corporate idiot that decide to go from being an auto parts store to the millennial version of one when it comes to actual Auto parts and bolts and things. Easy online ordering now too

Love how NAPA carries OEM brands for most cars for a peace of mind. Nice clean store, good staff!

Thank god I worked parts counter b4, still a little to be desired from my look up vs NAPA guys have in front of them. My look up said front caliper rebuild got there had guy double check & rear caliper rebuild they are totally different then car down ect!!!

'Greg' a NAPA employee just delivered a new battery for my Kia Sedona- it arrived just 30 minutes after I ordered it online after calling and speaking briefly with 'RJ' who told me they WOULD deliver locally within a certain distance, unlike Autozone, Advance Auto and it seems all of the others ( I called pretty much everyone in town ) who flat out told me they 'deliver to COMMERCIAL accounts only! So? I am now doing my business soley with NAPA. As a heart patient, I was not happy to find that just an hour beofre my new battery was delivered by NAPA, my van, which has been fine-no issuesm was totally dead. As I work on my own vehicles when possible these days, I checked the battery with a meter and it read 4.3 volts, I tried a portable jump started I'd bought about 5 years ago which I always check and charge, and it would get my lights working but did not have enough to start my van, and it was 'LO' quickly so now a new battery. It may- or may not solve my issue, but irregardless, NAPA came through so Kudo's to 'RJ', 'GREG' ( who even carried the battery 50' down to my van, and ALL at NAPA for helping a 'local' guy!!

The staff at this location is amazing the person helping me was casey I was unable to come into the store due to having a sleeping child in the car and they got my oil for me Took my payment at the door So that I did not have to leave my car unattended they didn't even think twice about it and were so helpfull

The guys here are so helpful and very kind. I would Give 5 stars if it was just them. Not happy that i was given the wrong part size also. The manager is very unprofessional, rude, awful attitude and very combative. Definitely shouldn't be a manager with how she doesn't know how to deal with people.

They have good quality parts but as far as Wix oil filters go they are twice the price of the online stores. I don't mind paying a little more for the convenince but twice the price is crazy

Napa is always my first choice. Never met an employee who didn't know cars. Parts always fit and always come with all the doohickies and fasteners. Their knowledge is yours for the asking.

NAPA had the blinker switch for my 2003 Ford Crown Vic in stock! Their competitor told me they could get it in three days. Thanks NAPA.

Needed some touch up paint and they mixed it right then and there with lightening speed. They know their stuff.

Had what I needed. Friendly service, helpful, open on Sunday till 5pm. My truck was broken down right before a snow storm and I needed it fixed asap, and the fact that they are open Sunday saved me.

Good knowledgeable staff, clean store. Knocked off one star because of their prices for parts; seem higher than their competitors for most stuff I've gone on to inquire about.

Excellent service and a team that will converse with you about your problem. Had a long wait from all stores to obtain a special hose. Staff was knowledgeable enough to use an even cheaper hose that is close in shape that worked extremely well. Just an example of what to expect when your project isn't going your way.
