Tried to do a simple oil change and added a brake pad replacement for the car, they added the rotors WITHOUT approval and were adamant in their refusal of us using the coupons from their website for the service, increasing the cost and claiming we approved it, when we didn't. Made a huge deal as if it was a burden on them to not do the rotors and tried to push it on my girlfriend and me. Simple transaction just made it into an argument for no reason here. Not to mention it all of how their brake pads are abhorrently overpriced, twice as much as nearby shops, so stick to oil changes here and nothing else, make SURE to PUSH for the coupons on their websites. They try to lure you in with all these breaks but then do their best to prevent you from using them

Been going to them for years. They get the car fixed 100%. I have no complaints.

Nice guys, service was fine. But their technician with “20 years experience” totally misdiagnosed a heating system issue. They said it was a faulty climate control panel and quoted me $2100 to replace. I bought the part myself for $60, installed it - still no heat. Another local shop found the issue was just a misplaced fuse, 5 minute fix, charged me nothing. Would’ve been a huge waste of $$$$ here

I went there for the first time this weekend and i was so pleased. I will not be going anywhere else for my car maintenance

This team was great! They didn’t try to sell me any service I didn’t need and were very honest about what I did need. I would go back any time I needed service

Brought our pickup in for a oil change. Clean waiting room and pleasant straight forward service .

All else aside, there was no point in even considering replacing a simple sensor if we knew the engine had further significant problems. A good mechanic would have said that the sensor is one of the issues but would not resolve a blinking check engine. A good mechanic would say more than just a sensor is the issue and they did not do that. All jobs would have been declined in that case, this was treated more an attempt to just get money as opposed to actually being upfront about the issue at hand. Why make it sound compelling to replace a sensor knowing it would do virtually nothing and then not even explain that. Do better.

Satisfied with my oil change, I asked you to check the air in my tires and the pressure , the reason why I asked for this the idiot light went on, my light is still on my dash, your receipt on my bill says this was done, how long does it take for the light on bb my dash to disappear

Craig is such a sweet guy. Had no heat in my car but they got it back and saved me from spending way more than I needed to. I always feel taken care of when I come here.

They were not ready for my appointment time. It was on Veterans Day and I am a veteran so I scheduled appointment beforehand. They didn’t get me in till almost 30 minutes later they were supposed to rotate my tires. They didn’t do that. It was just terrible service to me and it may be a while if I ever go back there, they apologize for not rotating my tires and asking me if I could come back several hours later to get it done which I couldn’t. They asked me if I could come during the week to get it done? My work schedule would not permit when I get off. They would be closed. It was just a bad experience

I had an oil change the oil light went went on and they never checked if there was something wrong with the oil level in the car and the light keeps going on and off.

Thank you Craig for fitting me in to the busy schedule of Friday, Nov 7th. You and Bill completed all the repairs within the day and had me on the road in time to join in my family celebration. Great crew ? ? took very good care of what I needed. Great customer service and friendly and professional staff and manager. Pricing was a little high though for a new muffler.

Went to Meineke in Manchester today for an oil change and was well taken care of by Anthony at front desk. Jaleeq performed the oil change and was very respectful young man. Overall it was a great experience and look fwd to coming back!

Many auto shop people say "we're gonna take care of you", but Craig really meant it. Long story, but I'll just say he went way above and beyond the call of duty. Saved me time, money and my faith in humanity. Couldn't be happier to know that I can rely on this shop as long as Craig is there! Highly recommended.

I took my girlfriend's car there to have her breaks done. We didn't have an appointment and they were still able to have it done within a few hours. Craig at the counter was very kind and communicated effectively with us through the whole process.

Aaron provided exemplary customer service, there was a glitch with the inventory and he called me promptly and provided an honest explanation, this made me trust his judgement and he didn't let me down. There are LOTS of other options for tires and brakes but I waited due to his professionalism

I called the staff at Meineke because of a check engine light in my car. (You can imagine the panic that set in) so l called on Wednesday to setup a diagnostic test. Arranged to drop the car off on Thursday at 12 for the test. In about an hour they let me know the issue and that they could repair the car first thing the following day. Sure enough the problem was fixed and my car is running beautifully! Thanks for the professionalism and the easy experience. I recommend highly!

This was my second time at a Meineke and another great experience! I think Aaron was the name of the guy I spoke to, and he was really sweet and helpful when I had questions. Trustworthy and thorough!

Great service and done in a timely manner. Aaron and his team did a great job. My brakes were shot and they stayed later than usual to get them fixed.

My experience at this Meineke location has turned out better than expected. I am very happy to know that the company has decided to begin a whole new service revamp. I was provided the best customer experience and advice made by the manager, Troy! He has shared all of his knowledge of cars and has made different suggestions in helping me through my trouble. The mechanic team also were very hard working and was able to provide custom adjustments to my car part so it could work properly! Thanks to the manager, I had felt confident in my transactions with how transparency was communicated, and illustrated; when I was shown my vehicle at the garage and the solution driven service that was described to me. Thank you so much again!

This is the worst mechanic shop in Manchester!! Took my car there yesterday 8/11/2021 for a inspection not only was I over charged but the mechanic left my manual car in first gear and didn’t say anything to the front desk or myself ( and he walked right passed me) as I started my car and me not knowing it was in first gear my car jumped half way over the curb almost snatching my son out into the street with the car. The manager was told this and they’re saying it’s no one fault which is a lie because their mechanic was the last person to touch my car and it happened on their property; there was damage done to my car and no talks of them repairing it only to get themselves out of the situation I will be filling a lawsuit. I’d advise anyone who goes here DONT the service had gone down 100% and I had been going here for years, I am no longer a costumer.
