I am the assistant manager of a shop in wausau. My sons car broke down in point and I was gonna roll on the ground to do the repairs my self. How ever. We came across this shop. What a great guy. Got un in right a way didnt charge hardly any labor in my opinion. Thanks so much for taking care of my boy.
In all honesty, I've worked with Steve and have been friends for years. I've gotten to know his family and they're good people. I normally do my own car repairs, but if it's beyond my knowledge or means, I turn to him. He's always been honest with me, and stands by his work.
Bought a car from them and it died less than a year later also received bad advice on a repair to have it postponed on a different vehicle which should of been repaired earlier.
To be honest the customer service was horrible.
I came in today because my minivan was making a whirring noise when the van was shut off.
I walked in and I asked him if he knew anything about it and I got no response other than "I don't know."
I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment so he had time to look at it. The response "Well I don't know what you want me to do about it."
Ok...
THEN I asked if he just had 30 seconds just to take a listen to see if I should set up an appointment.
He walked out, put his ear to the car and said, "I don't know" and then just walked back in.
Completely rude and unprofessional.
