2026 f250 I want to start by saying I have never left a review on anything before but I felt the need to let future buyers to steer clear of this dealership. Problem 1 communication was horrible, I would call to talk to my salesman in the morning and receive a text at the end of the day "apologizing for not returning the call and explaining how busy they were. I understand busy, but nothing the following day. Problem 2 very shady financing, not using Ford credit, its like they were going to mark up whatever financing they were going to get for me. Let me say my credit is very good, and I knew what I could get from my local bank. I figured they would beat it no problem, which they did but it was very shady and confusing ordeal. Problem 3 allocating money and organization Made a down payment along with an undercoating package with 2 separate payments. The day we signed papers they were trying to sell 2 packages to me, one of which I had already paid for and I explained to the guy numerous times. Finally he said yeah its included in just have to run the numbers this way. OK I guess. Signed papers, drove truck home. Got a call a week later from them explained that I owed them another 2 grand. The package payment was allocated toward the down-payment along with the down-payment. I agreed that morally I did owe it to them and drove up the next day to pay. Not an im sorry, or can we reimburse you for fuel. Not even a thank you for understanding. Problem 4 warranty Screen was glitchy at 70 miles, asked while I was there paying for their error if they could look at it. Was told sorry "we dont have a scope at this facility ". All in all, nice truck, but by far worst vehicle buying experience of my life!!! And I did contact another dealer after the first interaction with Steven point Ford to see if the other dealer could get the vehicle from them. Stevens point would not part with it. I could not find another truck like it in wisconsin. As someone who buys a new truck or suv every few years I would never go back to stevens point ford

Hope that you don't need to come here to have any work done. First they book you 4 weeks out for diagnostics. Then the parts come in the next day and they book you 4 weeks out for replacement. Imagine if you had an issue that didn't allow you to drive your Hyundai. Also labor seems to be 175$ an hour keep that in mind.

I made an appointment for my 60K service. When I arrived, I was told they only had me down for an oil change and there wasn't enough time allotted. Six days later my check engine light came on. I can't help but think that if my 60K service was done like I made the appointment for, maybe this would not have happened. I was told by the two service reps that there is a problem between the appointment taker and the service department. While there one other customer was quite mad, shouting, saying when he made his appt, he specifically said he needed a belt for service. When he arrived, he was told that info was not passed on to them and he'd have to come back as they had to order the belt. I think if people in the service department would take the service appointments, this miscommunication would be avoided.

Staff are upbeat, friendly, courteous. Seamless from check in to completion of work. They fixed my electronic glitch, showed me pictures of the cause, and gave me a coupon for a car wash. A very good experience; I come here often, and have never had a bad experience. Kudos to this dealership.

Was not very impressed. I bought a newer used car 23, with 50,000 miles. Was not detailed looked like a quick vacuum with a wipe down. Needed new fr breaks and rotors right off the bat. They did do a detail and replaced breaks(used cheaper option) for me free of charge. I brought up other concerns right away (was told that’s why you get service contract) about a sound they figured it out but didn’t fix it because no dash light. Couple months later that sound became a problem, also had to get more repairs done. $2,000+ later cars “fixed”. I’ve lost any confidence in the car and the dealership. I understand buying a used vehicle things can happen but at the same time you don’t buy something newer with lower miles to have to put money into it right away..

Picked my truck up in may and was told no leaks or seeps and when i changed the oil the filter had written on it oil changed not done/ oil pan leak

I had a very good experience in purchasing my 2025 Explorer ST The staff at stevens Point Auto Mart worked very well throughout the different departments. From buying my old car to getting a late arriving option installed in a timely manner. Also the financing @ 4% was a nice surprise.

Just bought a 2025 Hyundai Tucson and not only is the worst car I have ever owned but it is extremely dangerous. There is a feature that will lock the car up and stop on a dime causing everyone in the car to fly forward and any loose objects and people behind you may run into because no one is expecting the car in front of them to suddenly come to a complete stop. Who thought it was a good idea to put a sensor on a car that will make lock the breaks endangering people inside the car and drivers behind you. Can no longer change the headlights so instead of a $20 fix you’ll have to take it in and I’m sure they will charge you over one hundred dollars and same with the battery, put in so you will have a hard time replacing it yourself. Absolutely worse car I have ever owned. The headlight are way to bright, getting flashed because people think my brights are on. If you buy a new Hyundai make sure you check to see if it has a sensor that will slam on the breaks and see if you can change headlights and battery without having to go to the dealership. I’ve always liked my Hyundais but the new ones are dangerous and will cost you money on easy fixes you use to be able to do yourself.

Great experience from start to finish. I spent 9 years in car sales, normally not impressed. But from the first conversation with Steve Chrisinger in sales, through the trade in ride with Mac, and finishing up with Curt the dealerships owner should be proud! We were treated with respect. What an enjoyable experience! The Palisade is way above our expectations in fit, finish, engineering and options. I fell like a teenager who wants to go out and drive it again...even though I have no where to go (I'm retired). We took our time to decide on this vehicle. Never rushed, no pressure, no arm wrestling negotiations. All questions answered throughout the process. Delivery was smooth, with every detail covered. Follow up has been superb! If I were training each of these departments (both of us were business owners, customer service trainers and mentors in our professions) these team members would have received a gold star! Well done.

I would highly recommend this dealership and especially our Salesman Mat P. Mat was very respectful, and paid close attention to even the smallest details of what we were looking for in our new vehicle. He wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t in any hurry to just get the sale done, Mat was honest and patient and answered all of our questions. I am very pleased with the experience as a whole and was very excited to finally find our new family vehicle!

With an older ford truck with a 5.4liter engine with known issues with exhaust manifold gaskets, I assumed the best place to get it repaired was the dealership, where they've experienced the issues more. First I was told there was rust on my frame, and it wouldn't be cost effective to repair it, as it was unsafe to be on the road, I looked at the rust on the frame, it was not rusted through, and barely through the paint. Then, they said I needed a catalytic converter, and it would cost $3300 for it and labor, I went down and looked at it, there was no reason to replace it. Next they said with the broken studs in the head, they'd have to tear down the engine, to repair it, adding $6000 for labor, and it wasn't worth fixing, I needed a new engine. I knew the process of repair watching a mechanic do the job on-line, I could not do the work, as I don't have the equipment, but assumed a big mechanic shop like the dealership would have no problem. I had them quit the work, and push it outside for me to have it towed to another shop who would do the work. I called a bunch of local shops, and the usual ones I dealt with wouldn't do the work, schierl tire, river West, among others. Finally I called Matthews tire and auto center, Cory said his guy would love the challenge. So I had it towed there. $1800 in labor at the dealership, discounted to $1000, then the parts I'd purchased were not left in the truck, but turned back into the parts department. I had to go back the parts and get my parts. All in all, my take is the dealership only wants maintenance of their brand, and not major repairs. The on line estimate of exhaust gasket replacement is $300- $600... I'm already into it by$1500 with towing,and parts so, yeah, stay away.

Service Department was great. Went in for a recall item, additional requests were needed from Ford and new part ordered. I was updated through it all and everything worked out great. I would recommend Stevens Point Auto Center Service Department if you need a trusted place to take your vehicle.

Have always been very happy until last week. My car needed new brakes. I was called with an estimate of approximately $800. I was told this included parts and labor. When I picked the car up, the bill was $942!! I was NOT happy.

At Stevens Point Hyundai I have always had positive experiences. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Troy O & Carter. They were knowledgeable & courteous. They listened to my needs and helped me make a great choice. James in finance was swift with the paperwork and made everything clear as to what I was buying. Kelly the Service Manager has always been helpful & honest with my routine maintenance and care of my vehicle. I highly recommend Stevens Point Auto Center.

Usually when I’ve gone to dealerships in the past I’ve had awful experiences with smooth talking (they think they are) snake tongue salesman who want to upsell me something I absolutely don’t want saying it’s the only thing I can get etc. I did not have any such experience here. I called and made and appointment met with my sales rep Jeff and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and tried to get down to the bottom of what I wanted. Ironically the first set of cars he showed me was the car I had my eyes set on. The process was easy, he explained throughly the expectations on my end and on theirs. From my initial experience and the way I was treated I will be back to give them my business.

I was treated fairly and kindly. No pressure sales! Everyone from the salesperson to the Manger were terrific! I felt very comfortable and will go no where else to purchase my vehicles. I trust them completely!
