We just starting a small road trip and when the transmission fluid temp light came on after just having it drained and refilled 2 weeks prior at a different shop. Dustin squeezed us in at the end of the day on a busy Friday. Transmission fluid was overfilled by previous mechanic and he gave us some of the dark burnt fluid that he drained off to take back to other mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We made it safely back home. I would definitely go back to him if I lived closer!
Dustin has worked on every vehicle I've owned in the last 7 years. Very honest and reliable . He's the only one I'd trust with my vehicles especially when my trucks are used for business as well. He does a thorough job you won't be dissatisfied

I had an issue with my car a few days before I needed to take a road trip out of town. Dustin was able to take a look at my car and get it repaired on time for the trip even though it was very short notice and he was already pretty booked up with other customers. Had he not been so accommodating, I would have had to spring for a rental car since no other place I had called could fit me in for at least a week.
Dustin provides affordable and prompt services. The 10% off discount for students is extremely useful and he is a very thoughtful guy. Would recommend!
I had a great experience with the shop today! I blew a tire right outside of their shop and they were more than willing to help me out! I am so grateful for the help from the two employees! They were quick about getting my spare tire on and they even filled it up with air for me so I could get my car into the dealership. Without them, I would probably still be stranded on the side of the road. They did this at no charge as well!
They were able to get me in right away when my car started acting up on my way home from a trip. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything clearly. They were able to get my car running smoothly again and the price was extremely reasonable. This would definitely be my go-to shop if I lived in the area. Highly recommend!

I woke up the other morning to a puddle of coolant underneath my Toyota Tundra; never a good sign. I’m new to the Stevens Point area so I don’t have many contacts. I called around to a few different shops with no luck. Dustin at DW Auto Repair was able to get me in that same day to try and figure out the issue. Found the issue and had parts ordered that same day and was able to get my truck in the next day. He replaced the water pump along with some other miscellaneous parts and I was back on the road that day.
Dustin is honest, fast and extremely polite. If you are having any type of car issues, he’s the guy you want to visit. He will definitely be getting any future work I need done on my vehicles!
Ive always brought my vehicles to dustin, he's always done a great job at a reasonable price and timely manner. he doesn't give the run around to females and tells you what's wrong and what needs to be fixed! All around great guy and service.
