Excellent Service!
I don't normally leave reviews, but Chris' Towing had exceptional service.
I have had to be towed a few times in the past, it usually is nothing to write about: you call they pick your stuff up, drop it off, and you pay. Thats pretty much it.
I was stuck in a particularly tight parking lot that a truck couldn't get to and wheel dollies weren't an option.
These folks came out during a heavy snow storm to assist, usually after being unable to hook up, that would be the end of that.
Instead they check throughout the night until the parking lot cleared out and dropped my vehicle off at the repair shop.
These guys are very communicative and helpful. Service is reasonably priced.
I especially want to thank Mike the driver that helped me out.
Chris’s Towing was seriously incredible today. They responded within seconds and had everything handled so quickly and professionally. In a stressful situation, they made the whole process smooth and easy. Super friendly, efficient, and reliable. Amazing Service! Chris (who answered the phone) was very informative and answered every question I had. Was very prompt at getting a tow truck to me! Mike was the operator of the truck and was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Hands down the BEST TOWING SERVICE in the area!
After my partner had a medical episode & rolled our vehicle, Chris' Towing was right there to help. Here are all of the things they did for us: (most outside of their job description)
*They did a thorough job cleaning up the site (Which meant the world to me because there were a couple of sentimental items that were ejected from the vehicle)
*They helped calm me down after such a catastrophic event
*They did not charge me for tow mileage back to my home with the sensitivity of the situation
The thing that got me the most is... These guys knew our dog was ejected from the vehicle & ultimately was gone for 21 hours--
One of the workers called me the day after the wreck to check-in & ask about our pup. ?

Truck broke down in the Elderon area on a Sunday evening. Called Chris', and he had a guy to me within 45 minutes. Very professional. Mike, my tow truck driver, was excellent. Extremely nice guy and knew exactly what he was doing. If you need a tow or roadside assistance give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed
Someone ? accidentally left the lights on, so we called Chris. Chris was able to get Mike to help us on one of the hottest days! Very nice people, considerate, fast service , great and easy to work with!

These guys are awesome fast and efficient. The first company never showed up and ghosted us after leaving us to sit for hours these guys came right out and helped us find a place to take our trailer since we are not from the area

My son was in an incident in town where his psycho ex stole his truck keys and our truck ended up being towed. He was very professional and understanding to the situation my son got himself in. I'd recommend him everytime! Very friendly and even saved me some money by waiting for the police to retrieve the keys! Thank you!
My girlfriend and I broke down leaving her sons school at sunset lake. We live right down from Johnsons towing in Amherst and they wanted over 200 dollars for a tow back home, Michael came and towed us back home and it was 50 dollars cheaper 10/10 would recommend Chris' towing to anyone!
Highly recommend Chris’s towing. Fast service, very reasonable rates and lovely drivers. Mike and his truck were a welcome site when our van lost a tire north of Stevens Point. Cheerily and efficiently he got our van and trailer to a recommended local shop in less than an hour from our initial call. Despite the commotion our dogs were making and including helping a stranded group with a flat camper tire on the way!
I've always counted on Chris' towing, whether I need a tow or my car unlocked. Chris and Mike are always quick, helpful, and just all around good guys! I've had my fair share of problems with my vehicles, and Chris' has always gone above and beyond! You won't find anyone better!

My Excursion died at the local gas station and I really didn’t know who to call. A google search lead me to Chris’ Towing. Within 20 minutes of calling, they arrived and were able to flatbed my truck to the local dealership which was about 1/8 mile away. They were friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Chris’ Towing.
Had a blowout on my Roadtrek Class B. Mike arrived to assess situation & he was able to put spare on & checked the pressure in it. He was very sociable & helpful. Great service. My son used them when he hit a deer & they went above & beyond for him too.
I wish I would have called them sooner. We tried 7 different local tow companies after AAA wouldn’t service us. We had just over an hour to get our vehicle loaded and delivered over 30 minutes away and they heard the concern and got the driver there right away! Once the driver arrived he was efficient and got us to our service on time. He also talked to the service department to help with where to properly unload the vehicle. Overall very satisfied with their service and price seemed very fair.
So quick, friendly, and reasonably priced! When I was stuck on the side of the road Mike showed up quickly and had suggestions for where I could take my car to get it fixed. He was super friendly and helpful! Very thankful for this towing service and their help! Would definitely recommend!

First Father’s Day with my wife and 1 month daughter driving to my folks for the day. Car broke down on one of the busiest exits in Steven’s Point! We called our insurance company for roadside assistance and they said a truck would be there in two hrs. Local LE dispatched Mike with Chris’s towing and he was there in 15 minutes. He had us out of the hot vehicle and dangerous situation, all loaded within 10 minutes. Our ride was coming from 45 minutes away and after dropping the vehicle at our desired service provider Mike allowed us to sit in his air conditioned truck for and hr, even allowing our dog to sit on his lap and get extra attention while we waited. I can’t thank Mike enough for his attention, timeliness, and respect for my wife, daughter, and pup in an incredibly stressful situation. He went above and beyond and kept us out of danger and the 85 degree sun.
Chris and Mike really saved my Holiday weekend when my camper slide off the gravel next to a tree. They were able to delicately lift and slide it back onto solid ground allowing me to pull it out the rest of the way with my own truck without causing any damage. Great friendly service, would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a tow or vehicle retrieval.
