I was first of all surprised to have been able to get in same morning I called, I've been in trucking for 41 yrs dealt with a lot of maintenance issues customer service and level of professionalism is definitely some of the best I've seen

We've been going here for years and have gotten all kinds of service done on our vehicles, across many makes and models. Dropped my car off Wednesday night for an oil change, and by 9am Thursday they had called to say it was ready. Always fast, reliable service.

My car was making a concerning noise and they narrowed down the source and replaced the part, keeping me informed as they learned along the way. I felt like I knew what to expect and what was happening as well as they did. My recommended auto spot for south point.
My car was squealing for 20 seconds every time I turn it on. They could have made me buy a new belt and install it for $900, but they were honest with me and not only tightened the belt, they did it for free. I will be going back if I have any problems. :)

I had incredible service at Auto Select. When my car started wobbling and making odd noises, I was nervous about having to take my car in. I'm so glad I went with Auto Select because Sue and Alyssa made my customer experience a dream. They were friendly, nonjudgmental, and informative. They even allowed me to use a loaner while they worked on my car so I could get to work! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone, especially women who have been treated differently or disrespectfully by other mechanics.

The team at Auto Select Express was fantastic to work with. I had an emergency tire issue with my Tesla which takes a certain type of tire. They took the time to research which tires would handle the weight of the car and provide a quiet ride but still work well in the snow. Their communication with me was helpful and service was completed quickly. I will definitely go there when I need service again.
I had never been here before, but this is my new favorite car place. The people i dealt with ( the girls in the oil change area and Jim and Doug? in the car repair area) are super nice and helpful, open and trustworthy. They explain everything and treat you like your family. They also enrolled me automatically in their loyalty? program and now I think I have free roadside assistance, some money back and other great perks. They are also alot cheaper than the other places i had been. So glad I found a place that i can afford full of people i can trust!
This place is absolutely amazing! The staff members are so friendly and genuine. As a broke college student, they really helped me out with the pricing, and helped me understand the issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Select in Stevens Point for anyone, but especially if you're like me and do not have a lot of prior knowledge about cars.
