Daniel is awesome! He installed a new battery in my daughter’s car during this very cold weather we’re having. I appreciate his help so much! All the other auto parts stores wouldn’t do it because of the cold and Auto Zone was the only store that would do it. Daniel went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Daniel!
They tested our battery, we needed a new battery. Then then installed it for us! Tested the alternator as well to make sure the system will work as planned with the new battery. Great team, helpful. Not the cheapest, but you have a loyal customer by virtue of the knowledge and service you provided. Thanks!!
I had my tail lights changed on an 05 envoy 2 weeks ago now probably.the gentleman that help me was so patient with me. Iwish I could remember his name, for some reasom i thought it was something like nate
What I do remember there being to names on his name tag, dark hair and shorter. He was absolutely outstanding. He let me help him which I enjoy for next time, but he sure knew what he was doing and handled with care. Anyways he was great,funny and professional all at once.
The staff is always helpful.
To help make things easier, know your license plate and have them look up your vehicle to make sure you get the right part.

I needed some help replacing my windshield wipers, so I called in advance to verify they could help me install them. Dylan answered and was so kind! I went into the shop 10 minutes later, and Dylan helped me look up my vehicle on their database to find the correct wiper measurements. The transaction was also very easy, he helped me choose a good-quality, affordable wiper set. He was also so kind and attached the new ones on my car for me. Seriously, I was so happy with my experience. Especially with the snow coming, I was stressed about not having working wipers. I'm glad there are such great employees working in town :)
Stopped in to check out a new battery for my car. There was an associate by the name of Daniel K that help me look at batteries and then came out to test my current battery, my current alternator, and my starter. Everything was working as it should so he insisted on cleaning the battery connections. Mind you this was in the pouring rain. I was so thankful for the help and dedication to customer service. And my car is running great now that the loose connections where cleaned up! Thank you so much for your help!

I would like to personally thank Roger and the employee who installed a battery for my son today. We live in Appleton and he goes to UWSP. They were able to get a battery from the Rapids store and called me when it came in. I called my son and he went over right away. He was in and out. Thank you again.
I brought back the starter I bought back in August of 23 and was reimbursed for the cost. It was a faulty starter and customer service was excellent! Marquise was professional and answered all my questions. Was a great experience and that is why I keep coming back! Thank you for being kind in this crazy world we live in!

I want to give a major shout out to Dylan and Chris at Auto Zone on Church Street! They offered to change my headlight (before the rain started) and while doing so, it started to down pour and hail! They were so kind and had the best attitudes even though they are now soaked for the rest of their shift. They were determined to fix it even after I told them they didn’t have to! Of course the rain stopped as soon as they finished 😅 1000/10 customer service.
I had great experience tonight at Autozone. Extremely helpful with my car doing some crazy things. Came out and tested out my car and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service! Thanks I will definitely coming back for anything car related.
Called at 6pm today January 12th 2023 and needed a specific part(fuel pump for a 350 small block) and the guy just hung up on me. No words just heard the phone click. I’ve done many of high price purchases getting my classic’s fixed up from here but after this I don’t believe I’ll continue my buying here.
Absolutely wonderful service! I was able to pick up a car battery on my way to work and Dylan March was so nice to install it for me right there on a snowy day. The fast, friendly service was much appreciated!
Poor customer service and they lied to my face. I called and talked to someone who looked up warranty on previous purchase to verify if items (brakes and rotors) were still covered. I gave them my phone number and name the personal told me the year, make and model along with what I purchased and that parts were still under warranty. When I got there I was told there was no way to look up previous purchase even though I said this was done just an hour ago and it had been done for me in the past. I told the guy what I needed and his price was well over $200 more than what I could order it online standing in the store and pick up from them... The only difference was I had 6 $8.49 spark plugs. The guy had the guts to tell me that's why price was over $200 higher... must be some new math that magical made 6 x $8.49 = $200+ before taxes. Won't be going back there again. Went to Napa and received friendly service.
My daughter and I walked in at 8:45pm with a dead battery in her car. Everyone stopped what they were doing to assist us and helped install the battery in the trunk. The staff was extremely nice, very willing to help and had us out and on the go within 15 min!
I will now go to Auto Zone in Stevens point maybe not because of the product, but because you can’t put a price on the staffs excellent service.

I was there Friday the 25th around 7:30PM and I needed a headlight for low beams for my vehicle. This chubby dude with short brown hair helped me. He was EXTREMELY rude to me. He acted like he didn’t want to help me and didn’t want to be there. Only good thing he done, is look up the part number to make sure I got the right part.
When I asked him for help because it was dark and I didn’t want to get pulled over when I traveled back home, he said no because he needed to stay in the store because nobody else was in the store. But when someone else came in and asked for help another person came out and helped that person.
John Y, was an amazing worker. My battery change was not an easy one for a Mercedes C-300. When I first got there I didn’t even know where the battery was, and he was able to do it regardless. He was also very nice and kind, and was looking out for me by recommending I get the warranty, and corrosion resistant pads or something like that. I will definitely be back.
Truly amazing, kind, quite informative, and very helpful employees. Grateful for the courtesy and their patience with me. They helped me fix my car problem free of charge, literally, charged my car battery. Thank you. I know where I'll be going when I need auto parts for my vehicle from now on.
