Called at 830 pm because my child was coming home for Thanksgiving but his car wouldn’t start. A friend took him to get jumper cables and still didn’t work. I called and they answered, were fast and friendly, and reasonable priced. He said he could get to my son in 6 minutes and he did. Got the car started right away. So pleased. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Troy came in at 5 pm on a Friday evening to fix our tire and get us back on the road! It was a rough way to end a vacation but Tee-Roy's was a Godsend! Thanks again!

Im not sure about the company itself as a whole but i was driving along side one of the tow truck drivers and they were drunk swerving all over the road. I'm praying this guy doesn't hurt anyone. Absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing company! I had a spur of the moment emergency! I gave the guy the vehicle location and description and it's destination! Totally forgot to give him my name even. I was on a mission so to say and he worked with what little he had to go with and got my vehicle where it needed to go! His communication skills are unmatched, he answered when no one else would on a holiday weekend at that! But turns out under normal situations this would have been a legit emergency but turns out mine is completely different and didn't need the service after all but he still did what was needed! Thankyou again!

Today in the middle of a snowstorm that hit the area, we had a tire blowout while traveling. They not only came and towed the car, had us with a reliable tire replaced in 5 minutes and on the road again, when most other places were closed on a Sunday. They replaced the tire at no charge and got us on our way. Great job and service when I know all the tow companies were busy getting vehicles out of ditches and off the side of the roads.

After a long day at the hospital following my mom's surgery, I went to my car to leave and it wouldn't start. It was very cold, snowing, and I was tired. I just wanted to go home. I called my insurance to file a road assistance claim and they called Tee Roy's Repair. I called the number provided and they agreed to call me when they were arriving so I could go back inside and be with my mom. He was already home for the day, so he had to drive 45 min in snow to get to me and it only took 5 minutes to jumpstart my car, but he was so pleasant and he made an anxious, unpleasant situation not so bad. Thank you.

First time using Tee-Roy's towing, AAA call out. I was having a bad day, first my boat quit on the water, then I made it back to shore, loaded the boat, shut the pickup off to strap down and take a lunch break, tried to leave and the pickup wouldn't start. I tried jumping it, tapping the starter, looking at the fuses. Nothing worked, at this point, I knew I was not going to fix the pickup in the boat landing parking lot, so a friend that lives near the boat landing towed my boat back to my house. Now that I know that Tee-Roys can handle towing the boat and my pickup, I'll just have them take both if, and I mean if, my pickup doesn't start again. I am hopeful, but it's mechanical. The pickup is a 2007 F150. Tee-Roy picked up my pickup and delivered it to my house in a timely manner, very professional driver, ensured he was clear prior to backing and took the time to inspect the pickup after it was off the tow truck. Once I was able to do more trouble shooting at home, I found a relay in the fuse panel for the starter went out, so this was challenge one. Then the pickup would crank but not start, fuel issue, this was the inertia fuel shut off switch cut the fuel off, I reset it and the pickup started. I was thinking it was definitely the fuel pump went out. I'm glad Tee Roy was able to get my pickup to a location where it was easy for me to be frustrated about it not starting without a big audience. My insurance company contacted them to tow my vehicle. They provided updates when I needed them and delivered on the service. I couldn't be there for the tow or drop off but they did exactly what was needed and were professional in their service. Thanks for the help getting the vehicle back home

I was stuck all the way in Oshkosh,WI and my insurance company contacted Tee-Roy's after the other tow company canceled on me. Dustin called me told me when he was in route and when he was close to me. Very great guy professional and never made it feel awkward the whole drive back to StevensPoint. You have a great driver on your hands! Definitely will be using you guys in the future.

Just quick note - I just used T roys for a local hauling job. I need to get two large toolboxes moved from one location to my home. All I can say is Troy Herman is a top notch professional operator. Took the utmost care from loading to securely strapping each box down. The ride was very controlled and deliberate. The unloading was equally easy and uneventful. All I can say is thank you for your service and if anyone needs more support in choosing a reputable specialist for hauling odd size cargo; consider using Troy.

This Tow truck service was very courteous and helpful. The tow truck driver was able to tell me when he would be able to get to me. Arrived as expected, changed tire, looked for the cause. He also was able to tell me of a place I could get a new tire and directions to get there, since I was from out of town.

Great service. Extremly helpful. We found ourselves in a difficult situation with car and travel trailer. Tee-Roys repair came to the rescue. Highly recommend.

I low key think this is the best mechanic in stevens point for the price. I've been to a lot of places and this and matthews tires are my favorite. TeeRoy is honest and somehow can do certain repairs (front power steering rack) for sometimes half the cost of other places.

This company answered my road side assistance needs promptly. I needed some follow up care on my car and they were very quick professional and helpful in dealing with the extended services needed. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I was told that Tee Roy’s was the place to get your car worked on due to his prices and customer service. I’ve been a die hard Bergstrom customer in the belief that you have to pay for the best quality. However, Tee Roy fixed a rattling in my front right fender that Bergstrom hasn’t been able to solve In multiple visits. His price for an oil change was a fraction of Bergstrom and I also purchased windshield wiper which costed over 50% less than Bergstrom. Have no fear, an honest shop is HERE!

We are so happy to have found this place! Excellent customer service, great work, and very nice people to work with! We will be bringing all of our cars to Troy from now on! We couldn’t be happier with the service!!!!

My break system to be done and I went to a different shop and they wanted me to pay way too much. I called Teeroys and the did it for almost 250 dollars cheaper. They got my car in and stayed until 7oclock to get it done. I'm a single mother and they have really helped my pockets. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely be going here from now on and will recommend to everyone.

The owner, Troy, is excellent to work with. He was very patient listening to the issue I had with my vehicle and providing a solution. I had to get my car towed from the highway and his business partner Mike who runs the towing operation is also great to work with. Mike was on his way to lunch when I called and he immediately turned around and came out to tow my vehicle to the shop on a Sunday to get it repaired.

Tuesday 10/8/19 I was driving my client to UWSP down I-39 when the vans passenger rear tire blew. I called Portage county to let them know we were sitting on side of road. The dispatcher suggested calling TeeRoys to change tire. (We had temp. tire) So I did, and am I glad I did!. Two very helpful, kind gentleman came and changed the tire and got us back on the road again so quickly!! And for a VERY reasonable price!! Thank you and you will be the 1st to call when I'm in the area and in need! Your great service is very appreciated!

Great price, friendly service, and fast! Troy was very nice with his service and was able to stay open until 6:30 to get my cars rear struts replaced in the same day I dropped it off, which was awesome. Recommended

I was stranded in an unfamiliar area. I needed a tow and my insurance could not find a repair shop open. They called Fred's towing, and the tow guy was so nice was even willing to put on an alternator belt on the spot if it was that Belt was all on. He informed me Tee roy's could possibly do it that night. He called got a price for me. I didn't need to spend the night away from home. The charge was unbeatable. And he seemed to really care. My fear was a mechanic taking advantage of a desperate person stranded with two children. That didn't happen at all! Fred's towing and Tee roy are amazing! Honestly, I will go back for repairs if possible, it is worth the hour drive to me to get honest caring people.

In my opinion, there is Tee Roys, and then there's everybody else. Don't waste your time with the other guys. The work is done, and done right. Prices are outstanding, and the communication with the mechanic is bar none. Honest business, hands down the best. Troy puts his customers first, and has bailed me out of a tight spot more than once. I will never, EVER go anywhere else. And neither should anybody else. If there were a 6th star to give, I would. Cannot say enough positive things. Go to Tee Roys.

I've been living in Point for over 26 years and the service that is provided here at Tee Roy's is exceptional. He's honest and shows that he just doesn't provide a one time service but a life time impression. I recommend Tee Roy's service and pricing over anyone else here in Point or around the area.
