What a fantastic car buying experience! Stopped on a random Saturday to just drive through the lot and take a look at a couple vehicles I seen posted online. Was approached by Charles (who was not pushy at all!). Ended up test driving the 2 I was originally interested. Neither really ended up fitting what I was looking for. Charles asked the right questions and got me into a vehicle I absolutely love! Even followed up with me a week later to see if I still love it. Thanks Charles! You helped make what could have been a stressful purchase into a great experience!

We walked in to the Hyundai dealership and met Charles. I will say there isn't a better sales guy out there! The only thing charles cares about is taking care of his customers! He went out of his way and made our experience purchasing a car the most painless and wonderful experience I've ever had, HANDS DOWN! We started thinking about a used car, but with charles' guidance, we came to the conclusion for our family (that was growing by 1 in just a few short days) that the purchase of a new one was the best option for us. He captained a crew of members at the dealership to get us into a car that had just came off the delivery truck less than a few days prior to us showing up at the dealership. Ive had experiences with sales reps that try to pressure you into sales, not caring about you and only caring about commission. I am happy to say that charles is not like that! Kudos to him and the entire staff at stevens point auto center!

I want to thank Jeff Olson for the quality service in helping me negotiate all that was involved in purchasing my new vehicle. Jeff went the extra mile to make explaining the intricacies of the vehicle. He took a lot of time to go through everything that was required to be filed out. It was very much appreciated. Horrible service and can't stand Joe that works there. Real arrogant person!! Shouldn't take a month to get a vehicle back especially when told multiple times it will be ready. Each week goes by without even a call with a update. I'm definitely going elsewhere next time.

Another great service experience! They changed the oil, rotated the tires, and conducted the multi-point inspection on my high-mileage, and the price was still less than the no-name joint down the street that tries to up-sell everything. I trust the team to get it right and they don't disappoint.

Contacted a salesman there about looking at a truck I had seen on their website. Hunter Wenzel was the salesman that contacted me. When I got there he was very nice and not your typical "pushy salesman". He listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for and what they had available. Test drove one vehicle and just wasn't sold on it. So upon leaving, I seen that they had a truck there that I had somehow missed seeing on the lot. Came back, asked him if we could test drive it an go thru it and he happily obliged. Loved the truck. Had options I wanted, color was in the span of colors I'd like, was fair priced, good milage and very clean for the year of the truck. While doing paperwork Huntur was helpful and informative about what was going on. Took care of the financial side of things and Huntur even put the new plates on for me! Overall great customer service, fair pricing and above all not pushy or tried to make a sale just for the sake of selling something. Very happy with their services.

The sales person we had was fantastic. Top notch. There service department is terrible. 1 month out on getting an oil change on our 2025 Hyundai Tucson. A good thing I scheduled slightly ahead of time. Are they that busy, only 1 bay or that short of Technicians? This ridiculous. May have to go to Wausau from now on. Can’t get service at the selling/local dealership.

Great experience purchasing our new vehicle! I appreciated that they asked us questions BEFORE even looking at a vehicle..”what features we like/need” “how much we travel” “daily commute” “price range” and also what we liked or disliked about our current SUV. Communication was excellent as we took a few days to make our decision. Everything from finding our SUV to the trade in process and finally working with financing was a stress free and easy process. We will not hesitate to visit them again for future vehicles. Thanks to Eugene, Curt & Troy!

It has been wonderful buying a car from Stevens Point Auto Center. Our sales representative, Jeff Olson, is wonderful. He was very helpful with the process of purchasing a vehicle and even offered to drive the new car to our home to save us a trip. He then took time to explain the ins and outs of the car with great knowledge. This is our second car we bought from him. I am completely happy with the service we have at Stevens Point Auto Center!

Stay far away from this place, their service "techs" destroyed my Volkswagen alltracks haldex system and told me I was going to have to pay for the fix. Go anywhere else! Had bad experiences with the ford side of things as well.

Quoted a package deal for new tires. How can you screw that up. Well didn't get the alignment, then when did overcharged vs quote, then on way home put me in the ditch was so bad. Take it back and they say their scanner can't recalibrate tire alignment to 0. Undrivable and couldn't at least tell us that when we picked it up. Now say nothing wrong have to find someone else to redo. Don't back there own service stupidity. Never use this dealer... dangerous.

I loved the whole experience. I loved the no pressure car buying experience that they offer. We had the pleasure of working with Bayleigh, who I can’t stop recommending to everyone. I liked that I got a phone call a day or so after my purchase to check in and see if I had anymore questions. I test drive several cars at other dealerships and this was by far the best.

I would give a zero if I could. Do not waste your time going here. I have been dealing with repair department since April ( now end of October) for same issue - engine/oil. Have had it in there 3 different times. And not a single phone call from them, after multiple " we will check on that and will call you back".

My experience with Stevens Point Auto Center has been outstanding. My Sale representative Steven Chrisinger was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of my question that I had. Steven and the rest of the sales staff treated me very well and were able to give me a very reasonable offer for my trade in. We ran into a little bump on getting my accessories installed and I reach out to Steven for help. Steven immediately worked with the parts department and service depart and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. I received Outstanding customer service from the sales, parts and service department, which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend the great customer service I was provide and will certainly recommend Stevens Point Auto Center to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Again

For sure my worst, most frustrating service experience ever. Let me start by saying I have never done any kind of review like this, in fact I typically hate these things but this experience has me here since I cannot even get a phone call returned. Bought my truck from this dealer and after just about a year I heard some noise from the rear end. Set an appointment to inspect the noise and have an oil change and tire rotation. (Pretty simple). Brought the truck in first thing that day. Later that day about an hour before they closed I called to find out what was going on and I was told the truck hadn’t had anything done but they could still get it done before closing. Not sure what the appointment was for then! When I picked it up they told me the rear end was the cause of the noise. We then talked about the quote to fix this issue which I then put money down to order the parts. Next appointment to fix I took the truck in and at this time also added doing rear brakes so now my total after parts and labor is well over $3000. Truck was in for close to a week and finally got it back. That same night the noise I heard was still there!!! Also the new brakes I had installed squeal every stop. Went back the next morning and they sent a technician with me who heard the noise and I had to yet again schedule an appointment to have repairs made. Also had them check into brake noise. After not hearing anything for a week I called for an update because I guess they just don’t call any customers with status reports and I was told oh we actually haven’t even started working on it. Again what the hell is the point of an appointment then!! Finally after about 2 weeks I got my truck back. Original rear end noise is finally gone but you can bet my brakes are still making noise! Called back and I was told brakes sometimes takes several thousand miles to break in. I don’t believe that and I have had several pad and rotor changes in my time and have never had this issue. Also now I hear a different ticking noise from the rear. Called again to explain this and was told earliest it could get in would be a month from now. I was just trying to get it inspected again at this point as it could be warranty with everything they had just done. And possibly save them some headache of something being further damaged but again I’m told month out and sounds as if they could not care any less. I feel like I have been pretty easy going with all this as I too work in the same industry never got mad or threw any kind of fit but this isn’t right. At this point I even tried calling the GM who I don’t even know a name of but I keep getting sent to “ his voicemail”. Several messages left but no call back so here we are, creating a google account this morning to post this review because I have ran out of patience and ideas. Can’t believe it. Do better Stevens Point Auto Center!

Just purchased a new 2026 Hyundai Palisade XRT Pro AWD and the process could not have been any easier or more pleasant. Our salesman, Steve Chrisinger, made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. We felt absolutely no pressure to purchase. We were asked to take our time in any decision we made. He showed us different options that we may, or may not, want or need. Didn't push us into anything we didn't want. The financial end all went well also. Curt was very professional and helpful. I'd would highly recommend these two gentlemen for anyone looking at a car from Stevens Point Auto center.

This has been a very disappointing experience. We have had our car for 8months, and had it in 4 times for various reasons. Every single time we have needed to drive back and let them try again. There doesn't seem to be much care that we are unhappy with their services. Mark and Patrick have yet to call me back in a week. I went in for another flub and spoke to Lisa. She was lovely, listened and apologized.

Dan was very approachable and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help me secure my vehicle as I was arriving from out of town i very much appreciated how smooth the transaction went and made sure everything was conpleted in one day. I love the 2024 Venza and it ran perfectly on my extended drive home. Thanks again to Dan for the remarkable service!

Bayleigh is the absolute best! I was going through a very stressful time, and having to buy a different vehicle was not at the top of my list. I was very anxious and doubtful, but Bayleigh was a trooper. He took my situation on with care, grace and honesty. He did not give up unlike at three other dealerships I had stopped at first. I felt pressured and like I was a bother to them. Bayleigh made all the difference. I couldn't have asked for better service all the way around. I absolutely love my new vehicle and still can't believe my good fortune. I was blessed by God to find this young man who led me to an amazing vehicle. I will not go anywhere else. The salesman that had helped me when I purchased my car from here, John, was very helpful. Aside from that, my experience with this dealership has been terrible. I purchased my car at the beginning of August and had paid to get my registration renewed right away, only to find out just now that my registration was still expired and I had been driving illegally. Looking back at the paperwork, I was charged $300 for NEW plates even though we transferred my plates. So I had to go to the DMV and pay $125 to renew my registration since I had thought I paid for that to be done. They even gave me the new stickers for my plate. On top of that, I also found out that I only have a back license plate on my vehicle, which you are supposed to have 2 in WI, but when looking for my other one, it's nowhere to be found. So now I am going to have to pay to get another license plate so I don't get pulled over for that as well. Will not be returning to buy another vehicle from this place again.

Tyler and the other employees we dealt with did an awesome job helping with the purchase of my new car! I love the car and would highly recommend going there for your new car! We had a great experience purchasing our Santa Fe Hyundai at Stevens Point Auto Center. Tyler Sittig was very helpful! He is not a pushy salesperson and has a great personality. We are happy to recommend him. Also shout out to Lucas Vincent who handled the financial paperwork. He was very friendly and easy to work with! We had a good experience also with the service department there as well. Great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Tom in the service department was great to work with too.

The sales team is truly exceptional at Stevens Point Auto center. My salesman John Russell came along side me during the entire process to find the best fit for me, my family and our budget. Nothing on the lot exactly met our desires, we did a nationwide search, there were no exact matches. John a I went through the process of building a truck through there app and explained in detail and answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed or pressured. My new truck was built and delivered to the dealership in 5 weeks!!!! They gave me an extremely fair price for my trade and payments were less than expected. I’ve bought 5 new cars from them in the last 10 years, I’ve never left disappointed

I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. The experience of purchasing my new 2023 VW Jetta was very smooth due to salesperson Lucas Vincent's knowledge and guidance through the process. He took the time to answer all my questions. The whole staff was very helpful and professional, from the website administrator, Megan, to the closing with Ashlee. I am very pleased with my purchase and will refer others to Stevens Point Auto Center! 7/13/23 Update—I really love my Volkswagen Jetta sport. As you can see, it is a great mid size sporty car. It is a great ride with plenty of power, a roomy interior, stylish exterior, packed full with many amenities that only higher price vehicles come with. The fuel mileage is awesome averaging 47 mpg both city and highway as shown in picture.
