I have a 1991 Mazda pick up that I bought for work. The lawn service guy ran his mower over my gravel drive way a shot rocks all over the place busting my driver side window. The local body shop could not find a replacement glass because the truck is so old. Best Auto had one "new" with whoever makes them still. Being from out state from their location I was like is this legitimate? They are! came via UPS fast and damaged free. Thanks, James

Best Price and same day sourcing for my glass with very friendly service. I was very pleased. Safelite failed on me for several weeks and just let to maximum frustration. A Best Auto Glass saved the day!

Best Auto Glass replaced the window for about half the quote I received from Safelite. I was able to get a same day appointment and out of the place in less than two hours. Employees were very nice too. I highly recommend this place.

My mother's windshield got cracked so last week I went to the Lorton location to receive a quote and information about the process to replace my windshield. The man was helpful and answered all my questions, and also checked his system for the car model's windshield to which he confirmed he had available. I told him I would bring the car in the following week when I was off, since my mother struggles driving to places she's unfamiliar with. A week later I called to inform him that we would be on our way and he said that I should go to the Fall's Church location instead of the Lorton location, this was due to the fact that there wasn't a technician available at Lorton. This was already an inconvenience since the Lorton location was just 10 minutes from home. I asked him again how long it would take to install and he assured me that it would take 45-50 minutes. When we arrived at 10:15am, we were told it would take a little over an hour to install since they didn't have the windshield available. This was very frustrating since they had previously informed me that they did have it available, but we didn't make a fuss since it was just a few minutes extended than expected. My mother and I walked to the Mosaic District for breakfast, we came back an hour later expecting everything to be ready but the windshield still had not arrived. It took over an hour for the windshield to finally arrive, and while the technician was installing the windshield he asked me if I wanted to replace the mold around the windshield for an extra $50 charge, I asked my mother who said no, and I relayed the message to him. I had looked at the mold while he was working, and I noticed he had already cut it into pieces before asking our permission. When the job was finally done he told us he had replaced the mold anyway and would charge $30 instead of $50 since we said no to this previously. We just payed because we wanted out of there. The invoice he texted me was at 1:15pm. In conclusion what was meant to be a less than one hour installment took three hours, and we were charged for molding that didn't even need to be replaced since my mother's vehicle is fairly new (3 years). He either accidentally damaged the mold or purposely did so to charge us extra. Speaking of charge, we later found out my mother's coworker was charged $280, while they charged us $425 for the same work (not including the $30 mold charge). Mind you the cars are different but why wouldn't there be a flat consistent rate for the same work? The money was one thing but you can't put a price on time, especially when you're working full time with little time off. we both had plans that we had to cancel due to the constant delay, and we had to deal with their smug unprofessionalism on top of it all, with no accountability or apology whatsoever. We left feeling unsatisfied with their service, and feeling like we had been taken advantage of. I, by no means would ever recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!!! Agreed to pay $500 based on the promise the windshield would not need recalibration (said they've done it a thousand times) and guess what? Lane assist doesn't work anymore!! I had left town so he said to come back when in town, explained to him that I travel for business and that it could take a month or two (sent him the picture of the inactive lane assist message a day after I left his shop). On top of that, there was a small dent above the windshield on the body! So now I don't have lane assist and they don't want to help! Liars! One employee even admitted they fired the guy who worked on my van. I will file a complaint with regulators and dispute the charge as this is a rip off. Ali is nice until you pay them. If anything goes wrong during installation, they won't take responsibility. No ethics! Came back to town 45 days later and went to see him as we agreed. Initially he said to come back tomorrow morning so that a tech could take a look but then he said if it needs recalibration that I would pay half of it! I agreed on $500 because they said recalibration would not be required, they never told me it might. Then when I showed him the damage, he got angry for some reason and said not to come back and he that he doesn't wanna do anything. He also tried to say that it was fine when I left. Lastly, the quality of the glass is not like OEM. Save yourself the headache and avoid, don't be fooled by the good reviews. Update: bank refunded me the $500 after they conducted an investigation and concluded promised services weren't performed.

I need to start off by saying that I have NEVER left a review for any business. I am so impressed with this company for how quickly and efficiently they helped me get what I needed. The rear driver side window of my car had broken a few months ago. I searched for a while for affordable windows and would keep finding them for around $200+ and safelite wanted over $300 to repair it. Money has been tight with a new baby on the way and I wanted to be sure my car was safe enough for the little one. I found their store on eBay motors and they had my window in stock for $75 (with free shipping). I’m usually skeptical with purchasing items online, but they messaged me to confirm my VIN# and guaranteed that the window would fit. On top of being courteous and professional, the window arrived a week early in excellent condition! They saved me so much time, money, and hassle that I felt it appropriate to leave this review for anyone in a similar position. You guys are amazing and I wish I could thank you all personally! A Best Auto Glass was referred to me by a family member. From the start both Reza and Roya provided top tier customer service. My back windshield was damaged from an accident and they were able to get me in the following day, cleaned up the glass pieces, and completed the repair within 24 hours. The windshield replacement was a custom order due to the model of my car. On the day the repair was scheduled there was a small discrepancy with the VIN and order from the supplier. Reza was able to find a local manufacturer with the right glass model same day. Upon install he informed me the glass was a level up from the standard tint and no additional charges would apply since it was the manufacturer who made the error. The windshield also came with a Life Time Warranty! Great communication, pricing, quality and overall customer service.

They were very professional. Making an appointment was easy, quick and simple. They stayed in touch. The price was pretty cheap and they did quick work. My windshield has never looked better.

We have use Best Auto Glass for our fleet vehicles and they are, and will continue to be our go to. Yesterday they went way above our expectations. A couple days before Memorial Day is was the most crucial time that we have every available truck. By the grace of God they had finished early on a vehicle and able to get ours in and out within 1 hour.

I called ahead and asked if they were available for a cracked windshield. Guy on the phonr said yes. However, once I got there a woman at the first desk said there wasn't any opening today in a rude tone. I was so beside myself I just walked away. Do not recommend this place at all .

Not only are their prices great, but the service is even better. Called them around noon about a broken rear glass and they told me if I came in before 3, they could have me done the same day. They also cleaned all the broken glass left in the car. Other places couldn't schedule me for a couple days and were more than double the price. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my overall experience. I got my windshield replaced within one hour and everything looked good. Would defiantly recommend.

Great customer service, as well as great people. They were very helpful and they even gave me recommendations for a auto body place. I didn't end up using the auto body place because they accidently sent me off to an auto care place. However it was very nice of them to try and help me. They were also very quick which is amazing since I just got off work that morning. Highly recommend them.

I have used Best Auto Glass several times now. I returned again last week for some trim repair. Roya was wonderful. She remembered me from last year. Ali took care of my Explorer right away and repaired my windshield trim. They are very polite and honest and know the work. Great prices.

I was looking for quotes to replace door glass from several different suppliers and when I got the A Best quote, it was ok, but then I got ancall from them for a better quote if I was immediately prepared to drop off the car. In less than an hour, the glass was replaced, my car was cleared of glass shards and I was ready to go about my day. Excellent fast and friendly service.

They werw able to squeeze me in before I left town, did a great job, desk lady was helpful. Quick in quick out, quality work, great price, and came with a warranty. I'm satisfied.

Atrocious customer service...they subcontract there work. They also use aftermarket glass so with that being said I had to go back and have them put in a new rear window do to the imperfections in the glass. The new glass they installed isn't much better but at least I can see through it. They charged me what my deductible was which was $500. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever be back.

Truck window shattered overnight from vandalism, call around for same day service and a reasonable price. Best auto glass rep was kind and quick with service, dropped off my truck they cleaned out the old glass and repaired it for almost 100 dollars less then 3 other competitors. Old man in warehouse and young lady at desk were friendly and quick, will definitely recommend and use them again.

Best Auto Glass really came through for me in a pinch. After calling local places all day and being told I would have to wait for as long as a week, Best Auto Glass saved the day by squeezing me in that very same afternoon. I was helping my teenage sister who came to visit and had her car window smashed, and the folks at Best Auto Glass took extra care with her car and helping make her feel better after her...interesting... first experience in DC.

The glass was installed properly but the latch was not affixed. I told the technician before I drove away, he reclined it, but did not seem concerned that it was not able to be properly attached. A couple months later, the latch fell off (and was lost). When I called to see if I could get a replacement latch, they said because I was not in the area, they could not help me at all. I stated I would buy the latch, but they were unwilling to even try to help me. Horrible customer service.

Address is wrong. Should be 8245 -F Bracklick rd. Slum of an office building, but at 1/2 the cost of others for a windshield replacement, I can deal with it. Same day call/estimate and install is great!

Prices were half of what other places were charging with no waiting for an appointment. Staff is friendly and the service was quick. The waiting room is fairly basic, but I was only there for an hour. Our other car now has a cracked windshield (I caused it), so I'll be definitely going back there for a new windshield.

My car failed the VA state safety inspection because of a crack on my windshield. The inspection place told me they can replace it but the price sounded so expensive. I went to several glass places to get it fixed but since it was big and close to the edge it had to be replaced. I went to Best Auto Glass and talked to Ali; who was friendly and honest. While I was out hiking, someone threw a rock through my driver's side window which also shattered the passenger's window. So I came back to find two broken windows and my purse stolen. While I was dealing with calling the credit card companies, my boyfriend called around to try to get someone who could fix my windows. He called Best Auto Glass and they said they were about to close but would stay open late for him. He drove there and they were wonderful, quick, and charged a lot less than the place that my insurance had recommended. It was such a relief to have my windows fixed less than 6 hours after they'd been broken!
