Tom is excellent - knowledgeable and friendly, He consulted with me on the various options and helped me make the best choice.

I had an interstate battery that apparently had issues. They checked it, and within 5 minutes handed me a new battery... under warranty... for free... how do you improve service?! I don't know... maybe give a complimentary steak and baked potato... joking aside, the service doesn't get any better then this.

What nice people and very helpful. Was impressed by how clean the place was too. Definitely will go back if I ever need them again.

It’s quite a challenge finding this place and I arrived 4:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing time. The tech Tom said they only install batteries until 4:00 pm. I pleaded, they consented, I am so thankful. The new version battery didn’t look as snazzy as the old one. But I found out the old Interstate battery was since October 2012–that’s a good 9 years and 4 years over the expected life. The Interstate brand, the accommodation to put the new battery in, and the friendly efficient service by Tom and the lady who took my payment are truly worthy of 5 stars!

These people are so nice to me. I've been coming here for decades. I'm no longer local, so that is saying something.

This company is so honest and easy to deal.with.My battery was a couple weeks out of warranty the owner replaced the battery and gave me the next step up battery and didn't charge me.Thats customer service.No wonder why they've been in business longer then I've been alive.Dont go anywhere else but the Lorton interstate !!!!!! These kind of companies are getting harder to find
